after I updated the app I have been asked to do the sign in progress all over again. i am sailing I don't get sim Singal for a very long time for OTP. updating the app should have been simple without authorisation again and again. i would prefer old app over this one. glad I didn't old one. this app needs lot of work. not as good as old one.

I am not even able to login since the first day, as sim binding login is taking automatically to the messages app and when I come back to app, it says please do not minimize the app in this step.. omg, I didn't do anything in this regard... how can I possible fix this app switching, this is a really frustrating and wrong experience for a Banking App that the customer is not even able to login in the app

It is a very bad app.very slow app opening time.It feels very bad. You can't multitask with this app...it closes automatically and you have to restart it and login again and again. This is a very bad app.Old app was good It was fast and smooth, there was no lag. I would not even give this app a rateing or 1 star.

Unusable! having installed it, it wanted to verify it's me. App tries to send SMS verification code and fails. Service desk operative clueless and blamed it on my network provider. Nonsense! I am an NRI with UK phone. when I log in on net banking the SMS OTP arrives fine. I think the App is prefixing India code +91 rather than UK code +44 when sending verification code. sadly I couldn't make service desk operative to understand this nor would he check the number being generated for the SMS

I could not get in after recent change. its keep mandatory getting started page to give permission, but no calls or sms are received am outside of the country, and getting other text messages and contac us feature also not working saying invalid number, its stupid logic of making mandatory while getting in itself. what are the other options. pls call off the mandatory get started page.

I don't think Kotak Bank is spending any money on their IT Budget. What a pathetic app they developed. Just a waste of time whenever I log in. This reminds me of IRCTC old days. Extreme latency and dying slow. God helps the users. (Please note... that I've got good internet speed and not to complain about that) It's an app problem.

it's the worst bank app.Nobody should use it especially for transferring money. your hard earned money would get lost. Nobody in the bank would help at all despite so many mails. It's a FRAUDULENT app. after so many emails, no resolution was provided at all!!!!

Dear Kotak Mahindra Bank Team, I am facing an issue while trying to add a new payee. Every time I enter the IFSC code, it shows as invalid, even though the code is correct. This problem is occurring for all new accounts that I try to add. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Old app was really good... Don't make such nuisance in the process if you are not capable of doing good things to the customers. I'm using wi-fi with 150 mbps speed still I'm getting error that you on slow network... Why you are making an app which requires 200 mbps speed. Lol

after using the old app for more than 7 years, I can say without an iota of doubt that the New app is nothing less than worst. It doesn't open swiftly, keeps closing while trying payments, gets frozen etal. Simply the new app is a nightmare. I hope you will fix the issues without delay or bring the old one back with needed support.

A bug in this app is crashing the application while doing a money transfer. Please fix it ASAP. My response after your developer's reply: When we enter remarks/notes about the payment, the app crashes again and again, and sometimes when we mention the amount. My Katak app, phone software, and Google Play services were all updated when I shared my initial feedback. Please get this diagnosed and provide a fix for this.

This app is a major downgrade compared to the previous version, which I used seamlessly for six years. The older app was far more user-friendly and reliable. In contrast, the new version constantly freezes during navigation, frequently crashes when switching between apps or even when minimized, and makes basic tasks like initiating a bank transfer nearly impossible—selecting a payee causes the app to shut down entirely. Overall, the experience is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

seems like some bug in this app. because it's not open for 2 days for me. whenever I open the app it's saying "Request time out". it would be helpful if they resolve this issue. can anyone tell me if that is happening only for me alone else others also having the same issue?

This app is always crashing. It takes very long to open and it keeps crashing. the homepage takes a long time to load and when you click on something else it just shuts and suddenly goes to another app like whatsapp or the phone goes dark. it's really bad. please fix it.

Issues 1. On the screen of sharing payment screenshot, the mobile back button does not work. User has to stretch the thumb to go on top-left of screen to go back. Pls add a back button beside share button on this screen. 2. The payment for 3rd party billers like light bill, gas bill, etc is not working in this new app. On old app it used to work nicely.

Most features in the old version are either removed or not working. For example, recent QR based activities used to get listed and enabled us to make payments without scanning. Mutual funds initiated in the old version cannot be seen here. I have to use the netbanking to view them.

Get back the old UI and that app works just fine and fulfills all needs.. this migration to a new app is simply utter useless decision is what I feel. Getting stuck at all levels of access or enquiry. left with much minimum options to check... No way an app should work this way and that too in these advanced days of tech... shame

The old app was much better than the current version. It lags, freezes, and sometimes gets stuck, and it doesn't always unlock immediately when I try to open it. I don’t understand why there's a feature that allows scanning a QR code before opening the app itself. Additionally, when I enter the amount, the keyboard disappears and takes a long time to reappear on the screen. There are so many bugs; it is not the best app. Maybe worst.

Unable to open the app time and again. Stating slow network or check internet connection whereas my Carrier is absolutely stable and has excellent signal strength. I have tried all possible troubleshooting steps but to no avail. This is really very frustrating. Please fix this problem urgently. Awaiting a prompt response from you guys!!

Old version was better, didn't want to switch but kept getting notifications to migrate today installed the new version, turned out to be pretty bad. Always starts with delay and is very slow require full signal from wifi or mobile whatever. old app would work with bare minimum network coverage and the UI was pretty smooth. This new version only has bright colors, rest every technical aspect is dull. Developers did a poor job in making it, bank did the worst by allowing it to be released.
