This app is frustrating me i make a deposit from my opay to the account provided on the app and the money never reflect on my account and the customer care are not even working how will i recover my money now am really blaming myself opening such app if possible i should not have given you any rating star because this is frustrating me am i going to loose money like that

With Keredete app transactions are fast, the User interface is quite easer, outstanding and user friendly, the credit score is something we don't see in every app which allows you to know how eligible you are for a quick loan. So far so good this app ticks it all. Kudos to the team 👍

Signing up to the app was quite easy and straightforward. The UI is minimal and clean . Finding my way around is effortless. And the app has proven useful. I now know what my credit score is . Looking forward for more features to be released

I am usually not a fan of online loan or microfinance apps. But it feels surreal to find an app that can connect a borrower (like me) to potential lenders. I like how the Kredete app makes many things easy at a time. I can save, make USD transactions and still get an online card too… wow!!! I love this innovation… feels like something that should work only in the US… but I’m glad it’s already working here in Nigeria. Lovely to see!

The loan never existed. Don't be deceived. NO customer support at all everything is dead. Submitted documents for upgrade for more than two months and they didn't do anything about it.

I deposited 10k from my palmpay account to my kredete so as to start transacting there, and up to this moment I haven't see the money and palmpay notified me that it was succeful, what exactly is happening, is my money save? Hello 👋 kredete, I am facing some challenges in terms of receiving OTP because I haven't received any OTP since I downloaded the app. What I'm I gonna do to solve the problem
