Does exactly what it says with a great interest rate. UI could do with improving, ie saving pots listed vertically so easier to see more pots at once for better budgeting

ONLY WORKS ON ONE PHONE. Could not access app on second phone - Kroo 2FA authentication code SMS's did not arrive on first phone. Messaged for help but none after an hour. I force-stopped Kroo app on second phone, wiped cache, restarted it, tried again - SMS received on first phone straightway & I was into the account on second phone. However, I was locked out of app on first phone by doing so. Ergo you can only use Kroo on one phone, which is a deal breaker as I need to use two.....

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!! They have closed my account and now are withholding my money for almost a month and are not transferring the money out of kroo. They have requested details of another bank so they can transfer it out however they have not done so and it's been a month. Also they do not respond on their live chat and when you email them you only receive an automated email back. THE APP IS A SCAM. Be weary. I will be reporting them to the FCA aswell.

it's a great banking app. bar freezing payments coming into the account for "security reasons"a bit embarrassing to contact payee for full contact details. however, plus side. if you are able to get the information funds released 🙌

App is good & simple to use but savings pots don't earn their own interest, the interest is bulked into 1 amount from all pots and paid into the current account not the saving pots individually which I don't like about it

Worst banking🤮 app I have ever used Not recommended ❌❌❌❌❌ My account got restricted with my funds inside Tried to get in touch with them for my funds back Every time I getting a answer that the relevant team will get back to me Now they are holding my £60 for more than 2 months in which they making their bank interest Stealing people money with no correct reason Please don't ever use this 🏦 bank

Help with doggie merchants is very poor. Asking for the details of a merchant whose charges you don't recognise is a waste of time they won't tell you who they are. Which is rubbish when you want or need to challenge them over illegal payment. I intend to close my account.

Greasy bank but app needs work very very slow, also no dark mode, would be nice too introdice more features like revolut app. Has like stocks etc

While the app UI is visually appealing, navigating in the app is quite sluggish compared to other banking apps, even legacy bank apps. I am sure this will improve in the future. My three star review is due to having to contact support to change email address. With most bank apps this takes a few moments, with Kroo I was asked to complete ID verification, which seems drastic for an email address change.

Terrible! Transactions constantly being withheld them claiming it's to do with money laundering despite all my paychecks being paid to them! Then you have transactions show up on your account and when you speak to CS, they are clueless, that's if you get through to anyone! Wouldn't trust them with them with my daughter's piggybank! Completely incompetent!

Loading time is incredibly slow. Just freezes on splash screen for ages. Sometimes it doesn't even load onto the app. Very buggy.

So far, this is the WORST app I have ever downloaded. It is ridiculously SLOW. I was asked to set up a passcode, but have to enter my password in every time instead of the code and 80% of the time, it "doesn't recognise it". I don't think I'll be staying apart of the "KroO"

Very good app. Easy to transfer money to other banks and to make payments to individuals. I don't have any DD or SO setup, so I can not comment on these options. The card is easy to use for purchases using either contactless or PIN or online. So far - so good. I honestly can't fault them.

Kroo itself is good, the app isn't great. e.g., Good: they give the best current account interest rate and their standing orders will be sent at weekends. Bad: they try to shoehorn the idea of each payee being a "contact" but don't combine multiple accounts for one person into a single contact, they want you to share all you phone contacts, ad-hoc bank payments need a new reference each time so payments to credit cards, government accounts etc. need the reference entered and checked every time.
