First of all, why will you turn Kuda to kuda business for we non business owner, I had to uninstall my kuda app, downloaded this kuda business trying to reset password and I am not getting the link in my email. No prior notice email nothing. How do I access my money so i can withdraw it and stop using the bank. I need a response as soon as possible.. other apps will give you options to update the existing app but not you guys . Imagine just waking up to a whole different settings . Not the best

hi, please I'm having issues with my kuda app . I was trying to login last night but I was told to download the latest version and I did so. after I sign in with my former app details is still telling they were unable to complete my account process. you should have noticed all your costumers that there would be changing with the bank app

I will stop using kuda..this idea of forcing another app on the customers is just unbelievable and asides that, why the need for OTP when you don't even get the OTP......

Why switch apps? Like what's the actual reason for this nonsense? You guys just lost loads of customers and I'm included. I put in my email and password and it says invalid like I don't understand this sort of punishment. I will leave you guys alone once I'm able to access my money period.

Hi please am having issue with my account I can't log in anymore I was trying to log in last night he told me to download the latest version kuda business bank you guys should have send message to all your customer that you want to change the app now I need money for my children and I can't log in anymore please you guys should do something about the app cause is really annoying

I'll rate the bank and the app 80 over 100, there are alot of bugs that needs to be fixed and I believe the interface can be made more beautiful

Please why is kuda business app stressing me since Monday!!! One minute I am able to login and transact, next minutes it's not logging in while the regular kuda app is working fine. I am stressed please, I need to make an urgent transaction and customer service are not available

I tried to login but it keep showing "Director's Consent" which it asked to INVITE the director. I clicked on the "send invite" showing below but it wasn't responding but keeps loading the page. What's the problem 😕?

After installing the application i couldn't sign in to my account as i am not receiving OTP code and the "resend code" button is also not working. My suggestion is Kuda should consider sending OTP codes to user's email or both email and phone number rather than just sending OTP to phone number as email is more reliable when it comes to receiving OTP.

You guys are increasingly annoying and I have been avoiding Kuda except when I don't have choice. You insisted I update the app to get access to my account which I did promptly now I can't access the account because you keep saying invalid email or password. I tried to reset pin and you have refused to send a link for me to do so. And it is the same email I get alert on

The button to share the payment receipt is not working. Please look into it. There is no point for it to be there and not be working. I have the latest version of the app, so it's not about an update now.

This is the worst forced changeover. You closed down the old and the new app is not migrating and logging in, so I can't even access my account. Please revert the old app until the new system is ready. I need to pack my money out ASAP

Dear Kuda,how about a lasting solution to your service degradation,the issue is becoming too persistent and I'm beginning to fear for my money.....App started working well,but now I'm back to it not working at all,it says it's my connection problem,but my network is just fine as that is what I'm using to post this review,I think it's time to switch to a better online bank

He guys kuda is broke now they brought up a strategy to renew their app so people will have difficulty logging into the app to access their funds, so they will use this time to clean up their mess, and they end up making more mess in other to cover up for other mess, cus I see no reason no one can login to their account and customer care number hasn't been reachable.... This people are definitely up to something..... Please kuda kindly let us access our funds we didn't ask for an upgrade.

You guys are not operating effectively. I tried logging into my account through the new app, it is replying wrong password. I changed the password yet, demanding for OTP after confirmation through my mail. Currently I couldn't access the number to get OTP and I believe it can be send to me via WhatsApp because I'm in the diaspora. Sent mail for help several times, no response. The bank is nosediving. Very sad with your services.
