I like some of the features this app has that others don't, but I find the UX to be cluttered. There is too much information on the screen. I would really love if I can setup the app to show the things that I need. For example, I just want to see my total investment, my portfolio and the goals on the homepage. I don't care how the market is doing or which are the top MFs. Keep it short and simple. Also, please bring in more color to the qpp. Investment doesn't have to be dark and gloomy.

Bulk invest fails all the time. Also the portfolio shows incorrect numbers. For example, 1D profit is updated but then absulute returns are not updated.

my experience of kuvera is pretty ordinary. first of all their user interface is very basic, confusing and not user friendly.you need to go through so many tabs to get basic things. second major and serious issue is reliability of service. it's just an bot platform with zero customer support . i do not find it reliable perticularly when large amounts are involved. don't invest your money otherwise you lose your all money.

EPF feature is so stupid, there is no option to modify the details, it keeps retrying and failing that's it. Once you enter details there's no way you can change them.

UI needs major improvement. As a user I'm hard to figured out which things are interacting and which one is not. Feedback from dark mode use.

App does not allow me to create an account with my valid email id which contains an underscore. Update: They replied and fixed the issue within 2 days. Extremely good customer support.

Avoid it. Tax harvesting feature is horrible. I installed to take advantage of this feature instead it made me regret my decision. Sell order will happen but buy order will fail for some or the other reason. And you will be then charged taxes on the sold units. Very very poorly integrated app with working features.

The app does'nt have a customer support number to dial-up at times of SOS. It doesn't even give us the provision to set-up a primary bank account for mandatory transactions/deductions and a complaint for such an issue is e-mail driven which requires complete business day to respond and resolve. Pathetic to say the least.

One request for the app developers, please implement notification channels. All notifications should not be sent in single channel. I would like to mute fd notifications but I can't because all notifications are in single channel. If I disable it, I would miss other notifications too.

This app is really good but 2 big flaws: Does not allow refreshing external MF portfolio more than once in the month. It seems to be a intentionally put restriction which makes it even worse. Does not allow adding foreign stocks from different platforms or manual addition (for example adding RSU). Both of these makes me give up on the app and go back to ET Money Edit : it seems once in a month import restrict is removed. Increased my rating to 3 star now.

Very laggy. Lags when changing the graft from 3Y to 5y. Not SIP Past Performance calculator, lump-sum only. Details analysis is missing. Saw a lot of good reviews and wanted to go with it for MFs but laggy experience makes to wonder. App is not smooth and UI is not good.

Kuvera is really an user friendly platform, this is the first platform i started using about 5 years now, I have checked other platforms but i feel I am comfortable with KUVERA - which is very simple to use. I do not really need any analysis like other platforms gives, as too much information gives confusion. This is simply great.

Edit: Support team reached out to resolve my issue, I am happy with the resolution. However More features can be added, and the app can be made more user friendly. -------------------------------------------------- Barely functional, lots of bugs, no effort in resolution.

Another useful suggestion: Please add ETF section to explore and invest in ETFs. I have to manually search for ETFs. ------------------------------------------ Please show the values and returns in expanded format like 1,200 instead of 1.2k or at least provide an option to see the full amount. It's annoying to look at 1k, 2k etc. It's unprofessional as well.

The Kuvera app is very good and has a easy navigation. It introduced the easy access to direct MF to the masses. One issue I see recently is that the font size in the app is very small. They should give an option to increase the font size. Else it becomes difficult to use for the 40+ years folks.

Using for more than 6 years and satisfied. App is fast and transactions are always on time. However, they should try to bring in some more feature like detailed portfolio analysis, trends, suggested recomendations but not enforce. Overall, if someone is closely following MF and want to maintain his prtfolio independently , it is more than a good app.

App is really good in terms of UI and ease of use and timely transactions. The only reason I rated 1 less star is because it lacks some of the basic features like: 1. Fingerprint logging 2. Portfolio Update after mkt close 3. STP frequency as offered by AMC 4. Filtering options for the list of mutual funds 5. More MF screening options with data being fetched from renowned sites.

Worst app, there have been no fixes in last 2 yrs, epfo, NPS not working, it was promised and advertised that we can buy gold from this platform which never happened, the MF total is incorrect, even it can't sync with stocks, I have to manually sync stocks. Overall, I waited , waited and still waiting for fixes to be made available but now I plan to move away from this app as it seems they are in heavy loses and can't afford further development and improve their offering. It good to switch.

First of all, I really appreciate the hard work of kuvera team behind this. I'd like to make a couple of suggestions (1) Please add the "consolidated view" option for family accounts in the app. You have this option on desktop site. (2) The navigation menu is not fully displayed in the app. (3) You may also try adding other additional info about the mutual funds, like turnover rate, alpha, beta score etc.

Recently I have had horrible experience trying to complete transactions. After selecting the debit card and entering CVV, the screen just goes blank with a white background and section of screen on top center has a blue something. You think it is working, but it isn't. I got the OTP, but the screen never refreshed to complete the transaction.
