I have been trying to contact you guys via telephone ,trying yo download your app as well but still no help! Why have you created this app if it isnt being accessible to public. In midst of uncertainity in present conditions what we expect is a response...thats the least your team could do..Hopeless.

Overall experience was fine. Just 1 bitter experience on the flight KU104 on 20/01/2019 from Heathrow to Kuwait where the male hostesses were not ready to acknowledge my pre order of veg Jain meal. And even doubted that I have placed. Asked to check ticket and even after seeing ticket and special order, were questioning the authenticity of the ticket. That was very offending. And that one experience changed my view point of the rest of the 3 journeys I had with them. Thank you.

flight schedule is very bad, frequently they are changing flight schedule after conform tickets. even they are changing connecting flight schedule after boarding. what the hell is this service. i am very disappointed with Kuwait airways. and this is not ones, this happen several times. actually every time....

Worst airline ever..our flight was super delayed..our hotel booking was cancelled because we arrived super late..need to make a new bookings and everything is messed up..no compensation or refund on anything..no proper authority to talk to regarding new flight bookings..or no earliest flight bookings..we waited at the airport in Kuwait for more than 5 hrs for the connecting flight..then need to wait again at the connecting place for another 5hrs..all day was wasted on transferring and waiting...

The only airline on earth where a passenger cannot create a profile to make reservations. It is a nightmare that you have re enter the same data over and over. Adding to that; email confirmation of reservation is not compatible nor red by gmail or google calendar which means i have to manually add the trips to my g calendar

Very bad service experienced from Kuwait Airways. They said they have no responsibility on damaged luggage bag...!!! What a service!!! what a customer care communication through email...!!! I used to travel to and from Kuwait every month. This was my first journey with KU, and this will be my last too. Such an awesome experience!!!!!

Worst service, I got the damaged baggage and I emailed Kuwait airways as well as AFS in Munich airport and they said contact Kuwait airways. At least have some courtesy to reply back to email. Don't you read the review? I already wrote here in the review.

Hello, on both the app and the website, you cannot save changes on passenger information. Even though I entered my nationality and passport issuing country correctly, when I view my booking they are both wrong and I am unable to change them. Please help.

Very bad experirnce . My friend bought Oasis miles online to book an urgent flight. The miles were not added even after 1 day. They deducted the money in 1 second but the miles were not added. He couldn't book a ticket in time because of this. He even asked helpline before buying. They never warned him that if u buy miles they will be added after days. Very unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone to choose Kuwait airways to travel.

They need to improve their software I could not change my reservation through the app. when I contacted them via WhatsApp, they said, call the Istanbul office to change your reservation, and when I contacted the Istanbul office, they said contact the Kuwait airways office in Kuwait. They do not have an international number to call like other airlines. And when I found a contact number for them in the app. for Kuwait, I called, but the call always cut off, I complained 2 times but no responce

App is basically for booking and checking your flight details. If you need to cancel your booking, use a PC or Laptop, and if you need to reach them or ask something from them, if would be much better if you do it through WhatsApp as they are very responsive (less than 30 minutes response time). Overall, it's an ok app. Nothing creative or stands out from the app of other airlines.

I am extremely disappointed with Kuwait Airlines' customer service. My luggage was damaged on flight RBVQB7 (Complaint #MUCKU10651) over 7 months ago. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no resolution. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action. Very dissatisfied with the lack of response. Worst experience. Do not fly in this airlines. I had booked round trip but since it was so bad , I had to cancel and fly with another airlines. However I haven't received the refund and it has been more than 120 days.

Very bad lines, I do not recommend them. Bad employees who are not good at dealing with customers. Customer services are very bad. Complaints are not responded to via mail. In general, I do not recommend these lines to anyone.
