Great second option in the case you forget your id at home works perfectly, i have to note that at first it was bad and had a lot of bugs to fix thats why some reviews are saying its bad but now they fixed it and its so simple to set up and really helpful, highly recommended

If i moved to messages to get the code and I'm back to app, i lose all data and I've to insert data again while it's better to be saved for seconds or minutes. Also, if there is error in data inserted it doesn't tell what's the error, I've to check.

Does not seem app works on new phones. It works fine on my old HTC phones but not on my new OnePlus Pro 9 phone. I keep getting service unavailable message every time I run the app. Some other reviewers are experiencing the same thing with their new Galaxy devices.

It used to work well before update but refuses to work after updating. Why did you make a good simple app complicated after updating. 3 time reinstalled. Instructions are superficial and no help in problemshooting. Can you please make it user friendly.

Very easy and good App. Some users facing problems..for that the user should press and hold the app icon then press app info..clear cache, clear data and give permission to access camera and memory. That's it. Re enter your data and app works nicely. Great app.

After reinstall, App was not opening on Samsung Note 10. It was giving Service unavailable message. Solved this issue by clearing data and cache of app. Settings-> Apps-> Kuwait Mobile Id -> Storage-> Clear Data & Cache. Getting Mobile id and Upgrading the identity was smooth then. All the best for future enhancements.

It doesn't work I tried on 3 different phones. I get the "Unable to connecting the server" error. Not supported on older versions of Android. Considering this is for a legal government ID the app should be of better quality and should be supported on older versions of Android otherwise it is just useless.

I've been trying for a week to get the app to open. Always says service is unavailable. I've tried both on wifi and off, I've uninstalled, rebooted and installed; nothing works. This app is required to get I to malls and restaurants so...it would be great if I could use it.

App it's not opening at all,it's showing error happened while communicating with the server! Then it's showing service is unavailable, try again later. How many times i tried but still the same problem! Kindly check this matter urgently. Thanks

To update the mobile ID, I re-installed the app but after that it is not opening and the message keeps coming "service is unavailable, Please try again later." If anyone can work on this fix to get this to work, it will be appreciated. My phone is S9+ and operating system is Android.

Hi there..!!!! How was your Kuwait Mobile ID App without Biometric? Sad to say that I can't open it just because can not process due to lack of Biometric Fingerprint.🥺😢 My employer didn't let me go to that.., I told them many times.So now, I don't know what to do.If anything problem when I go outside to go from my holiday,Sad,but still I don't know.😢

Not reliable .. some feature did not work on Android so I had to install it on IOS to complete my authentication with KCB back in April. Now, it just stopped working and keeps crashing on Android. I did un/re-install multiple times but no results. This is an important app and I hope PACI Team fix reported issues asap and keep high QoS in future .. Good luck

I was using this app earlier & it was nice. When i try to open app since yesterday, it asks me to update app. While i try to update app, it keeps on loading for very longer time, and ends with no results. Then, I uninstalled the app and trying to re-install it to get an updated version & but not able to install app. Can anyone help, if any solution to install app? Thnx for your help.

Unreliable. It used to work but now it gives an error and does not work. "error connecting to the server" or "unable to open, service is not available". Messages to that effect. This app is not optional. It's a must have. It must be highly available especially when civil ID cards are not being processed. All the best.

Works well. I faced the same issues like others highlighted in the reviews. I received the message that service is not available. I reinstalled the app. Deleted the Cache in app. Allowed notification. Camera and files and media permission given. Install unknown app is allowed. Then it went well and started to use app.

App won't open on Samsung Note 10 & Note 8 (Andriod 9 & 10) Ever since the last update, Im getting this message" Error happened while communicating with the server. Before Update I was getting this message "Unable to connecting the server The application will work offline mode with existing data' and just close" Tried to contact customer support few times, they replied that matter is resolved without actually resolving the matter. Found that this problem is not on all phones. It does work on some Samsung & Huewei phone (Not all) even with Andriod 9,10,11 Now, I have to buy a phone after checking if the app is working.

if someone facing issue with app then you have to go to mobile settings and set your mobile to automatic set and set time zone also then it will work properly

At the beginning the app worked ok, but lately whenever I tried to open the app, it shuts down and displays a message as follows; "This service is unavailable now try later on." It kept do that at several attempts preceeded by restarting the phone and even unstalling and stalling the app several times. Please try to give an answer to this problem. Thank you

Installed it on my Android phone and worked just fine. Did not have any trouble registering and setting up the pin. I suggest before you start filling your details and proceed, make sure you have a good internet connection. If connectivity drops you could get stuck half way and bad things can happen 😉. If your Civil ID has already expired this app will not work for you even if you have a pending request for new one. Hopefully soon change of address is included on there too.
