App could be more user friendly. it'd be nice to be able to test the widget functions within the app to make sure they're working, not having to go back to the home screen each time. Also, the "launch activity" feature is just ok. Would be beneficial if they had descriptions of what specific activity each of these is supposed to initiate. Big annoyance for me is that the google voice search activity/function does not work, even on the featured premade search bar widgets (on galaxy s9).

I really like this app and have used it without issue for a while now, but I recently have started having a problem where the text and images in my widgets have shrunk almost to the point of unreadability. They look fine in the apps editor, but on my home screen they're tiny. When attempting to resize the elements, they do get bigger but don't return to their original size. I'm not sure what caused this, as it happened very suddenly. Otherwise love the app!

It's a good app, I'll give it that. The wigit creator has an amazing amount of options. For some people this would be a very difficult app to navigate, but I loved it. I did have many problems with the wigits though after they were made. The contents would change size unprompted. Some things would shift around. I would have to fix it a lot.

Good app that has powerful functions. I gave it 3 stars because the clock refresh is problematic, and this is a basic function that matters a lot. Compared to the system clock on the status bar and system clock widget, the clock by this widget will delay refresh by half to one second, when the screen is on. When the screen is off, and then turn on, the refresh can delay a few seconds. If you want to just check the time by a glance at the screen, you will get the wrong time. I have already removed all battery optimization, and the notification mode is already set to "forced".

It took a while but I'm finally catching on to KWGT. I previously rated the app 3-stars but that was unfair because, as I'm coming to understand, the previous issues I had were due to the widget pack I had installed, not the KWGT app itself. I've since been using better widget packs and they work great (although there have been a few hiccups at times). Creating my own widgets have been a bust lol but it's good practice figuring out where I went wrong. One thing I do wish was possible is the ability to set up different music player widgets with a specific music player app on my phone. I may be wrong but that's what it looks like so far. However, it's not enough of an issue to remove any stars over it. KWGT is fantastic!

It's not the easiest app to begin using, but, once you've got the basics down, it's seriously amazing being able to create pretty much any widget you can think up (especially if you're picky with your homescreen aesthetic). Highly recommended to anyone who can't find the "perfect" widget for their specific needs, and doesn't mind a little time investment.

love Kustom....ive tried Zooper & others but always fall back to Kustom. Im always able to create exactly what I want & exactly what I see in my head no matter how complex, I just have to sometimes get a little creative in my execution & think outside the box My only big gripe is that, when I export my designs to use later on, w/a totally dif setup & wallpaper, etc they never load correctly, always look messed up, things are in the wrong spots, & it is /really difficult & time-consuming to fix

Seriously the BEST App! I've been able to do more with my phone than I ever imagined. I rarely buy apps, but this is a steal for what it can do. There are tons of free themes to download & customizing is easy once you get the basics. Only issue I have is getting search bar to work with non-Chrome Browsers - likely an issue with Android or Nova Launcher. The Backups/Export saved my work when I accidentally reset my phone 🙏🏼 Please add Scrolling Widget capability! Then I could die happy lol :)

There is a steep learning curve if you're trying to make your own widgets, but the fact that there are a LOT of packs on the Play Store makes up for this and new users can and should mess around with the options once they have a chance. Overall it's worked well for me, and other than a few issues here and there (I think it still has a problem selecting calendars that are named the same and recently the feels like temp has been randomly showing 1 degree) it's been good.

I love the new notification widget. I have one request though, please add a way to make the notification be the highest priority, so it doesn't get pushed down. I would also like to see the stock widget be more customizable. currently, most of the assets only give you one or two choices for color or font. I ended up copying the text code from the default and just making my own version, so I could change colors and fonts.

It has a simple intuitive interface that allows for quick and easy design with quite advanced scripting/function capabilities. It kind of reminds me of some of the more powerful WYSIWYG visual programming environments for desktops. The other widget creater apps I've tried we're limited on creativity and custom function. So far with this app I have been able to customize a widget exactly how I imagined it.

Still getting used to the new UI. Seems to take alittle longer to find what you're looking for; the widgets are never in the same order even with options changed, and search function only really works if you know the exact name (because designers don't put tags like "weather" in the widget title). But not a deal breaker. You can potentially make anything you'd want on your screen if you know how. And if you don't know how/don't want to learn there's plenty of ones to download. Love it!

Very cool clock widgets, but I have been having a lot of problems on my Z Fold 5 and even before that on my Z Fold 3. When I open the phone, a lot of times the widget is either really really tiny or so large that I can't even read the time. I have to go into the app and change the size of the widget to make it usable again. This happens probably once a day or so. If it wasn't for that bug, it would be a five-star app for sure.

Well, I've used this app to display a single widget for a very long time. Just recently the background image has disappeared from the widget, and the image is needed, as it's part of the layout to help display the info. No idea why, and not sure I want to spend any more time troubleshooting an app without detailed documentation so users can help themselves, rather than needing to contact support.

I really like this app. Used it for years. I just got S24U. With my previous phone (S21U), I was able to place multiple widgets on screen. Now, I can only place one. When I attempt to add another, it just replaces the one I have. I also cannot add a 1x1 sized widget on my screen anymore. It just adds the Logo. Not sure why I'm having these issues now. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Uodate: I have figured a workaround.sort of. I have to make a 2x2,then reduce the size down to a 1x1.

Issue with PlayPass has been fixed. The app has a tremendous learning curve if you want to create your own widgets, and a vast majority of the pre-nade packs are listed as "incompatible with my device" (Samsung S22 Ultra with Android 14, this was a problem with 13 as well). I know the pre-made ones are not the developers fault, But a little moderation of the ones that show up in the discover feed would be good. Incredibly powerful app, though, if you want to put the time in to learn how.

I love this app! Ive always customized my phone and I've never seen an app like this. Kwgt as well as their other apps (kwlp, etc.) out perform others by a landslide. Their 3rd party capabilities to utilize other apps like tasker take optimization and functionality to a whole 'nother level. It's well worth the purchase. I've purchased every pro key kustom has with zero hesitation. There's a learning curve to keep in mind. But if you take the time, watch some videos, you won't regret it.
