I loved this app... But now it still refuses to log me back in so I can access my rewards even after resetting my password. The password input field is broken and has been for way too long. I frequent KT a lot but this is beginning to sour my experience. If you make an app, bugs like this should be fixed promptly for all devices (ex. Google Pixel). I'm disappointed that this turned into such a failure. Fix this bug so people can use your app again.

The rewards is very nice. But I have been having a lot of trouble logging in. Theres only one email and a couple passwords I would've used and I've tried all of them. It is continuing to say my username or password is not valid. It is very frustrating not being able to use my points because of an error in the system. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times and it still doesnt work. It sucks that this bug is still causing issues.

Very user friendly and great layout! I love this app and use it all the time. It is so convenient and handy to have, especially since I'm always stopping for something after work. Never had any glitches or immediate log outs, always run quick and great. Coupons are easy to put on your card and keeping track of points is great! Add your points up to win or get a free sandwich or coffee only 15 points! Awesome deals and savings on both food and gas!

The app is useful for using the coupons function. Also good for earning and tracking rewards. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the recent so-called improvements to it. It's getting more complicated and confusing each update. My husband used to be able to use it by himself but not anymore. He has a rewards card and uses it for the discounts he can earn on gasoline. He doesn't bother with the app itself anymore. Almost there myself and I'm not technically challenged at all.

The app is a great concept. I love the coupons every month and I am grateful for them. However, every time I get a coupon notification from the app, it crashes said app and will refuse to allow any buttons to work. It won't allow me back in for anywhere from 2 days to a week. I have asked about this previously and been told this is common for everyone by a store associate. So very annoying.

I go to Kwik Trip quite often and I always check this app before shopping because I have gotten some really amazing deals from it. I have been able to save quite a bit of money thanks to the digital coupons that are constantly available and change about once every 2 weeks or so. There is also the opportunity to get a pick of several items that you can redeem for free every time you visit a Kwik Trip and swipe your rewards card 15 times. It sounds like a lot of visits, but honestly it's hard.

App is solid. It works well and theres some ok deals. Overall, i think a loyal customer could get a bit better deals but i really like the sweepstakes idea. The app is solid and easy to navigate. I wish it opened straight to the scan barcode. Set all your stuff down, pull out your phone and dink around until you get the barcode up. I know its only a few seconds really but when theres a line; everyone feels the seconds like theyre minutes. A few better deals and i up the score to a 5.

typically, the app is excellent & works great, is easy to navigate, etc. for nearly a week, however, it's been inaccessible. ive un- & re-installed it multiple times; restarted my phone many times; & done full cache & data wipes and virus scans - all to no avail. this is the 1st time ive had this happen. i have COVID & want to have some items delivered, but the app won't work & my store's phone just kept ringing, so im stuck. =/ i miss you, KwikTrip! [edit] just saw your system is down. 🤞✅️

The rewards app has not been working on my phone for months. I tried deleting the app and re-downloading to no avail. When I open the app and hit the login button, it tells me that I'm not connected to the internet. I am, in fact, connected to my home wi-fi. I even tried my cellular data service, and there was no change. Because of this, my visits to Kwik Trip have decreased. I am visiting a local competitor instead. It's unfortunate because KT are good stores, but the app has become horrible.

You messed up. I used your app to set up auto-pay, set it to "minimum payment" cuz for some reason you all don't think having a custom payment amount is a good idea (it's a great idea, get on it). Unfortunately, when I hit "save" your app failed to recognize the option I selected, and now I'm short a bunch of $ because you have a terrible app that doesn't function correctly in critical ways.

I just went to put in my address for the relatively newish delivery feature, and I could not see what I was typing. My keyboard pop up would squish the text boxes out of the visible window. When i checked my typing, my address was backwards from how I'd typed it, as if I was typing from right to left instead of left to right. I had to leave the app and type it out in a document, then copy/paste it into the box. For delivery. Another attempt, the cart changed from delivery to pickup without show

Keeps crashing! I try to open the app to check my balance, earn my visits, play the scratch game, etc. but it just spins and then closes down. I checked for updates and nothing is available. This has been going on for over a week and I would assume if it was a bug it would have been fixed. Deleted and re-installed to no avail. Very disappointing.

App no longer works! It has been acting up for a few days. I have tried everything. I have deleted the app, cleaned up my phone (maintenance), rebooted my phone, the re-downloaded the Kwik Trip app and it still won't work properly. It takes forever to load and still says I'm not connected to a network, yet all my other apps run great. This is very disappointing since I've never had issues with this app before their last update.

Update: This problem has still not been fixed after more than 2 years. I've already emailed you as requested, attached a screenshot, and did everything I was supposed to do. It hasn't allowed me to order ahead for more than a year. I tried switching locations, uninstall, reinstall, ect but still doesn't work. WhenI chose curbside, carryout, or delivery it comes to a blank page. No one at the stores know how to help me and it has nothing to do with my phone.

While the Kwik Trip app offers numerous useful features and benefits, navigating through it unfortunately isn't a pleasant experience. The layout feels cluttered and less intuitive, making it difficult to quickly find what you're looking for. However, beyond these issues, the app still remains valuable with its ability to easily locate nearby stores, access deals and rewards, and even order food.

Genuinely the most annoying rewards app i've ever encountered. Half the time you're in contact with support trying to figure out why 200+ visits/points vanished, the other half is trying to figure out how to even use the points. First try after they got rid of the punchcard system, unable to use points, re-login, then they're all gone. Now, i've used 45 iirc for a sandwich, now once again all the points are gone. Just losing sanity at this point. Only install if you enjoy pissing in the wind.

It just makes kwik rewards easier. Easy to navigate, the interface is not super duper ugly, lets you add additional offers so you can save a buck here and there. And if someone might not have known (I didn't), there's a little button that lets you watch an ad a day and it gives you one visit as a reward. Pretty nifty little thing. The icon is also simple in design so it doesnt look too ugly on your screen if you care about having a pretty background.
