Good performance, but when trying to create account in the ID part, I take a clear photo of my ID but it's doesn't give me the next step to take the photo of the backend, it's returns to first step, and I am stuck in the step for two weeks long

It's good but when I try to take a selfi it doesn't work they give that the network is low even I have a good one and doesn't move to the next steps. I hope if you change the way of creating an account

I am in Saudi Arabia and I want to open a bank account with this bank with a Saudi number, and every time I try, they tell me it is not acceptable, knowing that they tell you to open an account anywhere in the world only from the application. It's a failed app

The link recieved by sms to proceed with the account creation is unclickable and when I paste it into chrome it doesn't open the app or it just opens it for less than a second and it shut itself down! Am sure Attijari has paid tons of money for this app but sadly the IT company has a very low skills! If u are the developer of this app you should be ashamed of yourself because you don't need users reviews to tell you about major bugs! You're supposed to try it before releasing the updated...

I wanted to create an acc, I used the app based on the help of an agent from the agency near arribat center, I made sure to choose the time of the video call I m available in, yet they called way earlier, and I called back, they said that the person handling my document will call me in 10 min. Nothing happened the entire day, and same story goes for three days in row, calling... The person will call you in 10 min... Waiting, no one calls. His name is Reda.

Literally, I've been trying to create an account for 5 months now. Longing in every moment trying to take a selfie however, every single attempt was in vain. Plz, consider fixing this issue as soon as possible so this app could serve its purpose. Thank you !

I wouldn't give it a single star,but i had to do it otherwise you wouldn't be reading my review. The selfie stage is a total failure. No response from the Attijaribank or the app developer,they only choose who to respond to. I am wondering if this is just a scam when they say it's 0 fee ,there must be something for the bank which we will found out once you sign on the dotted line.

Worst services ever. I called them to activate Dotation e commerce. They told you need to come to agency to sing some documents. I went the agency. I didn't sign anything. they told me it will work very soon. I waited more than 3 months. Nothing is activated. I called them again. And they told me. I need to bring my passport to activate it. Is it true it's necessary to have passport to active dotation ecommerce.?

Too much bugs, authentication takes more than 5 attempts, with each of them being 1 min, after you authenticate the loading animation does not go away, can't do cash express although i have not yet reached the limit.... and many more,i guess am switching banks

Login with fingerprint is not working! When I activate it and enter my password to confirm the activation, nothing happens, it stays like that in a loop that gives you the same page of "passwor required" every time I enter password.

The app is not working properly, it didn't allow me to finish the procedure of the account creation, once I get the user name by email and I get a link to proceed with password creation the sms leads me to a webpage that directs me to playsotre to download the app from scratch while it's already installed once I click on it it starts the account creation from scratch...

Its was 5 stars Great App, but Mobile Contactless Payment Activation Needs Fixing The app is excellent overall, offering a user-friendly experience and comprehensive features. However, I faced difficulties activating contactless mobile payment, and customer support's solution didn't resolve the issue. A fix for this glitch would greatly enhance the app's functionality.
