Waaaaay too many ads. For every click you do you get an ad. You cant play this game offline so you will ALWAYS get the ads. Ads should be to multiply money or unlock something quickly. Not every second.

Loved the concept, and the game design. Though I didn't want to believe the reviews but I also have to agree with them. The game is hookable and has great potential, but the frequent ads ruin it. I know the importance of ads and how you had to generate income, but not to the extent that every move had to be associated with several ads, some with bugs even. For my experience, I could definitely be hooked to this game, but the ads kinda ruined it. Looking forward you could find a way around this.

Would be alot of fun if the ads every 10 seconds didn't completely ruin the entire game, can't even play it as soon as you click on anything there's another ad. Remove ads and I'll reinstall and give 5 star. Until then this games sucks because of the ads

Too Many Ads!! Need to add an option to go ad free. Stop giving generic responses to everyone and then doing nothing. Cannot even get into the game due to all the ads. Update: so you obviously don't read these, I said not to leave a generic response and you did it anyway. So disingenuous and lame. Would give zero stars if I could.

I love the game and its very relaxing but it's also stressful when there a ad everytime u click on something especially when u done something and it gives u two options one just to collect and the other is the watch an ad to multiple it but when u just click collect it it goes on a ad whats the point in having a options to just collect the money when we just go through ads anyway I get it a free game need ads but not that much there more ads going on in the game than the game itself.

I love this game it is great! The only problem about it is ads. Everytime you click something there is a ad. When you say "no I don't want to watch a ad for extra money" you have to watch a ad anyways. So I would give it a 5 star, but the ads are crazy

One of the worst games for ads. Definitely addicting and worth trying out, but the amount of ads is criminal. Repo, ad. Maintenance, ad. Eviction, ad. etc. It's made worse by the fact you can't play with Wi-Fi turned off. This game "requires" and I turned connection - oh I wonder why! I've read some of the reviews and the developer keeps saying that our input is "invaluable". So basically, they don't care. If you're not willing to listen to your player base, you shouldn't be making games...

I can not get past, "collect money by tapping on the cash icon." There is no cash icon. I have tried to restart the app, uninstall, and download it again. Nothing is working. I didn't even get past 2 tenants. This game is not worth the trouble with this problem, as well as all the ads it shoves in your face. You have to be on wifi or data to play.

Way to many ads. I think it would be a fun game and while I understand free games have some ads. This game has ads every time you try to do anything. Collect rent ad, fix something ad, upgrade ad, ect really freaking annoying. If they ever get the ads fixed to where you can actually play the game I will re-download.

Never have I ever wanted to delete a game so bad like this, the game developers don't care about your enjoyment but they want to max out on ads. If you play the game for 10 seconds, you will get a minute ad even when you selected to collect payment without multiplier, and no, you can't play without internet connection. The game has the potential to retain users but they ruined everything with the ads.

Cool idea, but man is the programing bad. Like VERY bad. Game crashes after about a minute. If I try to interact with a tenant it crashes. If I move the screen too fast it crashes. Almost anything causes it to crash. Sometimes it even crashes immediately after loading up and on occasion it crashes while loading up. Pretty awful experience.

Game seems very fun and it is for about 20 minutes then you might get a bit tired of how many ads there are. Even when choosing an option that doesn't require an ad to choose that specific option. Can't really even do two tasks without have to stop and watch an ad. It's just a bit annoying so sadly, uninstalled.

This game gives you ads constantly even when you have a choice of "watch ad to multiply your earnings", or just take the base minimum. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. and there is no 'ad free' thing to purchase. Only in game funds and diamonds. ANY interaction causes an ad. ANY finished activities comes up with an ad. Expanding and upgrading makes an ad, even when you choose the money option to do this, when there is an ad option to do it for free. If you play this: just always choose the ad option.

The game is fun, but too many ads ruin it. Ads pop up constantly, even when claiming rewards. Each ad lasts 20-30 seconds, and sometimes there are two in a row, making you wait over a minute. It's frustrating when it says it can't find an ad after you watch them for rewards. The ad overload really affects the game experience.

I can't even finish\start a task (ex. Collect rent, inspection, etc) without an ad. Knock on their door, ad. Finish inspection, ad. Want to add a new tenant, ad. I'M SO SICK OF THE ADS!!! And it's not even like I can purchase no ads either. Edit: my input may be Invaluable to you, but if someone wants to play the game and doesn't want to constantly be watching ads it tells them this isn't the game for them.

Fun for about an hour. Unfortunately, play keeps halting for ads, even if you don't select something that requires an ad to get. Apart from that, it's just not challenging enough. Once you've got about 40 tenants, money comes in all the time, enough for you to buy lots more apartments etc. You don't need to address any problems at the apartments except unpaid rent. Just ignore inspections etc., and you can keep on playing.

I'm not one for complaining about ads because I get it, game needs revenue to update. BUT there are just WAY to many ads. Every single thing you do requires you to watch an ad. Even if you don't want to multiply your money, you still get stuck watching an ad. This is could be more fun if there was some progression, but it just appears to be a quick cash grab for the creators. I wouldn't suggest this game to anyone till some things have changed. It's just not challenging enough.

I liked this game enough. It was something to pass the time, hadn't seen anything like it but now the game crashes. And by crashes I mean it gets stuck on "Amenities room" even if I try my hardest to scroll past. I have to start all over so there'd no real progress. Collecting rent & doing maintenance/ inspections are ok but repetitive. No depth. Wish it was more interactive. I know that's asking alot ,

Too many ads. You get about 10 seconds of gameplay if that to a 30 second ad. Even when you intentionally choose not to watch an ad it forces it on you. I looked in the store and it doesn't have an ad free purchase option. The game is a giant money grab. The game has potential but it's not worth fighting through all the ads. I tried airplane mode to see if I could bypass the ads and it won't let you play offline.
