Difficult to navigate and buggy. Have to apply to sell digital goods but the application is not straightforward nor convenient. Had to chat and email with their customer service who may have language barrier. Also, list so many categories for sellers to list their products under but still not inclusive enough. What if the product does not fit into any of those very specific categories? Please consider adding "Others" for the convenience of the seller and your platform.

Can you please let the seller upload photos when they reply to reviews? So we can show other customers when another customer is making up lies. There is a woman customer with humongous hands and took a photo of the product she bought to make it look like the product is smaller than expected. Then I compared the item with a ruler and she's a giant! I do know imported products cost money but my small shop is not a charity. I have priced my products fairly despite the inflation since the pandemic.

V.3.3.34 is worst version. It's difficult to manage order that we can't pick order without printing.

Refund only option for buyers?! That's ridiculous! They can just claim that there is something wrong with the item, even if there is none, and they get to keep it and still get their money back. If they really dont want the item, they should return it first. That's unfair! Nilulugi ninyo ang sellers. This refund only option is being abused by these opportunistic buyers, and you're letting yourself be the medium for it, making you a part of a scam.

It was very good but with their latest update it got worse. They made it more complicated. Please revert back to the previous version.

Unfortunately Lazada app is very badly designed and their customer service support is also very poor. Their search algorithm is full of bugs and you often can't find products even by name. Also their algorithms for product categories are badly written and always suggest wrong categories. Customer service doesnt care and noone tries to fix the bugs. Shopee works very much better.

There's commission with vat of a certain percentage that's understandable but why the withdrawal of money costs money? It was better to wait for 2-3 days for being able to finally get money in personal account!

I made my seller account for 2 days. I was shocked because it was not binded with my buyer account. My buyer account was binded with someone's else seller account. I asked to CS to bind my buyer account to be as one with my seller account. They said they can't. After that, I was feeling not safety to use my seller account, so I asked to deactivate. It got deactivated. 2 days later, I asked to re-activate because I need to sell in lazada. CS said it can not be reactivated. Full disappointment.

Unable to join campaign and do much on apps. Must use browser. Not user friendly. Shopee apps, so easy to use via hp.

Please bring back the older version, this new version is not convenient to use. Di mo na makikita yung variation. You have open each order pa so you can see the variant of the item.

Your update make the apps the worst as you removed the quantity of product. Without showing the quantity of product customer purchase will make seller job harder as we have to calculate manually the quantity of product the customer placed. Imagine the customer purchase 20 same products and your apps doesn't show x20!!!!

No notifs of orders but when I check it's been past 24 hours already. The 2 other selling apps remind me when the actual order comes, yours doesn't. Please make the notifications for incoming orders easy.

They have an update and it's not easy to use. Mobile app should be easy and convenient to use. Their previous design is much better than the current one. Please switch the design back as before.

Very bad interference. The new system did not show in a order total have how many items in an order, only shows maximum 2 times. If i didn't go to desktop seller center, I would never know that the buyer bought total 5 items.

The app shall be improved. When send image in chat, the app shall stop scan the whole phone for all the photos. It take a lot of time to scan all the photos. It shall be instant to be able to select photo from phone folders

The latest update making it more confusing to pack orders for customer, have to click in one by one and count manually to see how many customer order, the previous version is better as it shows all the customer orders in just one swipe and show the accumulate quantity customer order for the same product, the current version is a huge disappointment and big failure, please change back to the previous one as this is the thing that I prefer more than shopee , but now is even worst than shopee
