بلا زحمة نقل افراد او اضافة فرد يعني اضافة زوجة .الى بطاقة عائلتي .شوكت تنفتح هاي الخدمة ببغداد ...و الفرز كذلك . شوكت تنطلق هاي الخدمة

الرسالة النصية لتفعيل الحساب عبر التطبيق او تغيير ونسيان كلمة المرور لايصل للهاتف علما انه تم تسجيل البطاقة بنجاح. اليوم 30 تموز. ولا زال رمز التأكيد لتغيير كلمة المرور لا يصل للهاتف. اين المطورين لهذا التطبيق.؟!

البرنامج سيئ للغاية، إذ لا يحتوي على معظم أسماء المحافظات أو المدن التي يتم تسجيل الحصة فيها. وبسبب ذلك، إذا قمت باختيار المكان عن طريق الخطأ، فلا يمكنك تغييره لاحقًا. أرجو أن تقوموا بإضافة المزيد من الميزات، مثل إمكانية تغيير مكان الحصة أو المدينة، أو أن يقوم البرنامج تلقائيًا بإدخال البيانات الصحيحة. كما أرجو أن تجعلوا البرنامج أسهل في الاستخدام.

Rubbish system, you never receive any text to confirm the booking. terrible. you are not ready for this service. Iraq still has no electricity, e booking is too far foe you guys. do paper work than this. you have no good Internet, unprofessional customer service. eliterate staff. STOP THIS GARBAGE

After scanning ID card with Camera and NFC, in the review step the names have misspelling and we couldn't fix it with our keyboard. please fix this problem as soon as possible, thanks.

good job, I believe you are on the right track. please note that when adding pictures of the required documents, the done or upload button is very low and covered by the phone return button in android. ..
