Honestly one of the best app. And I have tried a lot over the years. I kept the free version several weeks before buying the 20€ version. I don't understand people who are complaining about adds. It's the exact same adds you will get in every games or other half free apps. Not always appreciated sure! But nothing new here! Also about the 20€, to be fair it's the price I pay every year for a new Chinese learning book. So you know what? Worth it!

It's such an organized and useful app! I love the readings, and the sentence games.

These series of courses are fantastic. They keep you coming back for more. You MUST purchase the dictionary. It shows how common the words are and handwritten version of characters. Pro versions have heaps of extras to get you addicted. I use stories, sentences and flashcards the most.

The application is excellent but too expensive, much more than competitors. No promotion code since I installed it, three months ago

This would be perfect but for some unknown reason dark mode on HSK1 has stopped working, all modes are blinding bright light, which is not very nice when you're on it at night :(

This app helped me a lot! I tried to find an app that has sentences, flashcards etc but couldn't and here you are my saviour! I love using this app because you don't even need internet except for google speech haha! You even listed all the words I missed! Thank you so much!

It'd be nice if the pro membership price was a little lower, or if the memberships could be transfered to the other apps, ex. Hsk1 vs Hsk2. However, the free version seems quite amazing, so I may think about member ship in the future, just a tad expensive...

Fantastic app...love the sentences to push play and then write the sentence...or at least try, which really helps you to learn the characters without looking as well as improves your listening!!! Love this app and recommend it for anyone learning Mandarin!!! 😊

Great! Really impressed they fixed the stroke order for 年. I do pay for the app which is why I gave it a 1 star for that mistake. Why would I pay money for a learning app with mistakes but they said they would fix it on the next update and did so it's back to being the best app I've tried for learning hsk 1 vocabulary, as well as improving reading and listening skills in a honestly fun way. Worth the money in my opinion.

I use it in combination with Duolingo. The free version gives enough to practice words. I like that it shows how to write the characters and know how many lines to write them out. I do wish the pictures were clearer in what they match with. They don't always make sense with the word.

The free lessons are nothing more than information on history, grammar (which is almost nonexistent ) and tones used. The Ad locked lessons dont work because it keeps aayin the ad is loading days after attemoying to open them. In response to the developers' response...so I'm IN China trying to LEARN Chinese, but your app won't allow that...got it. Ciao! SMH I DO use a VPN...its the only way I was able to download the app in the first place.

Great app to supplement your Mandarin learning. I usually turn off notifications for apps but not with this one; this app doesn't waste my time and even has an advanced feel, like I'm really being challenged every day. The Chinese characters practice is just what I was looking for: teaches you the proper way to write and defines the characters, and there is a fun and fast paced game mode for that too. No annoying ads!! Maybe some banner ads but I barely notice. Will be getting the paid version!

I don't think you can learn Chinese from this app, but I think it's a great supplement to other apps and books. You can practice listening, reading, vocab, etc. My only issue is some of the audio uses sound effects that make it too obvious what the correct answer is - I know the answer has 出租车 in it when I hear car noises.

Lots of different games that focus on learning different parts of Mandarin (spelling, pronunciation, grammar, etc). There are a few rough points in the app, such as some of the picture cards don't make much sense, i still haven't figured out the intended use for the system that allows you to star words, and the awards screen freezes if you try to back out of it instead of clicking on the award. all of these are minor and I'm very happy to have this app.

This app is very expensive, but overall, it is very good. You can use it for free, but obviously, paid gives you full access. Another downfall is that if you wanna continue through HSKs, you do have to pay for them separately. I would highly recommend this app, because it pretty much combines all other learning apps in one: dictionary, flashcards, games, etc.

這個是最好!This app is phenomenal! It is very straight forward and there are lots of different ways to practice! I have learned a lot using the pronunciation exercises and the brand new listening exercises! This app is practically perfect! I would definitely recommend it! To note though, sometimes the English translations are slightly off. They can still be easily understood. Love this app!

Best Chinese learning app, hands down! It has everything from characters to sentences, pronunciation, stroke order and count, simple and traditional, and verity of learning games. This is so we'll thought through. I have never seen anything like this for any language or other app. This is setting a new standard as to how language apps should be designed. And best of all no subscribing required, only a one-time payment to enjoy no ads, free updates for life, and unlocking tones of full features.

Excellent Chinese learning app that lets you practice your skills in a game form. I like that there are games for tone training and pronunciation. Also, some of the games can be played silently, like the hanzi character games, so it's an option when you have some time to fill in public (like waiting in a line). I'd love to see an AI chat feature get added!

This is a great app with lots of great content. It should be 6 stars out of 5, but there are 2 problems with it. My perpetual grumble about not being able to mute annunciation in word games aside, the most fundamental limitation is the cycle length in the word games. I.e., words you get wrong should come up more frequently so you can learn from mistakes more easily . This is also a bit of an issue in reinforcing correct answers.

I tried soooo many language apps and this is seriously the best. like you learn so much in such a short amount of time while feeling rewarded by the games. I was surprised with how much progress I've made by using it for like a week, versus studying normally with the hsk videos trying to memorize what they're saying I barely made any progress, can't wait to complete and move on to hsk 2.
