The app is very slow at id verification and time consuming, i have never had more bad experience, and if your services are not available yet stop lying pls, i will never rate you a star untill the issues are being addressed. era of internet now is, lying is just as simple as eating, if i were to name the most stupid app it would have to be this leather back.

Although my experience with this app is not excellent, it is a good app regardless. You can exhange multiple currencies on this app. They have an excellent customer service and juicy exchange rates. I have some of my issues addressed but some are not. I hope the ones not yet addressed will be. I also think this app is rigid and very strict in terms of getting approval to transact business and to access multiple accounts. Although it is good to be strict but a little bit flexibility is needed.

I think this is a scam app, my transaction was rejected, I didn't even get a reversal on my funds, they said it has been reversed to my alternative account, when i didn't provide any alternative account. Play store should do something about this app with immediate effect. I didn't see any option to upload a screenshot, otherwise i would have uploaded all the mail they sent to me, as evidence.

Five times I have tried to send money using leather back. They all failed. Not even one was able to go through. And the app manufactures so badly it's unbelievable. Sometimes when I want to send funds the app will take me to verification page and stay there. Honestly I can't with this app. Yes your rates are fantastic but then if I can't use the app what use is it?

Can't log in through the app because it says I haven't verify my account. When I try to log in through the desktop too it asking me to download the app.

Is there a way I can rate this app 7 Stars please? Leatherback is the best crossborder payment app and Fintech platform I've ever used and they've won this customer over from other platforms. I was shocked (in a positive sense of the word) that I was not charged when I transferred money from a foreign account to a local bank account. If I say I don't love this app, I would be lying. Seamless, fastest and the 'dopest'. To the Leatherback team, I will say, maintain the status quo. Salut!!!

The app still needs to be stable. When I enter the currencies I want to swap, I get logged out instantly and it crashes. My saving grace has been a successful transaction in the past so I use it again to see the rates and exchange of its okay. Worst is that your rates are too much and payment confirmation is too long... You can do better

Terrible customer support. The referral scheme has very vague terms and conditions that do not give any guidelines at all, yet the notification to refer others keeps popping up.
