This was highly recommended. It is nice but constantly loses bluetooth connection in the middle of processes. Also the app doesn't show individual coin prices. They also should make it more apparent that the swap feature does not work in the U.S. even though I think they use Changely which is available in the U.S. however my crypto does feel safer knowing it is mine. App is nice, just feels like a little more refinement is needed.

Good, but could use a lot of love and quality of life features. - The portfolio has a graph which is great, what would be even better is to implement time stamps as you highlight over certain areas (Coinbase does this). - When looking at individual accounts there too are graphs, however, these graphs are completely flat despite any fluctuations. - Would love to see the app grow into a "one-stop shop" and not have to also check Coinbase, CoinGecko, etc.

I spent $150 for the Nano X and I've spent countless hours trying to connect to the Ledger Live app. It will not connect with Bluetooth or direct connecting with a USB cable. In half a day's time, I connected once with bluetooth, but it won't allow apps to be installed. So far I rate this Nano X as a one star, as it looks nice, is small, but not worth 10 cents if you can't download apps or connect in less than five minutes. Extremely frustrating! UPDATE TO MY REVIEW After two days of updates, downloads, resets, reboots, I finally was connected via USB. Once connected, it was breeze to create accounts for various assets. I have yet to move cryptos to or from, but that is the next step. I have increased from one star to three as I like the finished setup. If I successfully move and send/receive cryptos, I'll update my review again. BT

I love it but the app needs work. Why does it open and show transaction history? It should open into the nice colorful portfolio display. Totals are different from screen to screen. All the needed screens are there, they just are not presented in the right order. Transaction history needs to be switched with the portfolio. Ability to stake from the wallet is amazing! Keep up the good work, just update the app to flow better and get the numbers to match from screen to screen

Works very well, first time setup was difficult but it's only a setup, once you're all set up the interface is easy to understand and use. The device itself also comes with some minor issues, but we're resolved. At first I thought the battery wasn't charging, since I immediately saw the battery not charging screen upon inserting the power cable. I let it charge overnight and the better was at 100% in the morning. Overall recommended, especially since it's more secure than keeping crypto online.

Overall, the app works fine. The app opens each time showing all details without a password option. A password option that can be turned on and off should be added. Before I used the app, I updated the X device firmware and software to the latest version and made sure the Desktop Ledger Live was up to date. The app synced and the same balance shows on the phone app and the desktop.

The app has noticably improved as it's aged and does what it needs to, but still has a very strong "baby's first hardware wallet" feel to it. The price charts are squiggly lines with minimal detail and no option to switch to a candlestick graph or add extra details, which is confusing because most people who use hardware wallets would probably appreciate all the info they can get. The over-simplicity leaves much to be desired and forces you to use other apps to make up for its shortcomings.

I used to really like this app. I've been using ledger for years, but now they're doing too much. I just need a wallet, not a fully comprehensive digital store front builtin to attemp to get me to spend and use my money. They literally stuffed an exhange, credit card, and more into app when I just need it to store my money. Instead, they use it to advertise. They've lost my trust at this point. I'll be looking into alternatives.

To be honest I was a bit afraid of all the negative reviews. Granted I have not used the app extensively yet, but the basic features needed for pairing my Nano X, transferring my tokens and even swapping worked flawlessly. I also really enjoy Ledger's UX, especially on the desktop, and here it seems like it's progressing towards the same great UI/UX of their amazing desktop apps. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase of the Ledger Nano X and the experience that came with it. I would recommend.

Constant data leaks. We need a class action lawsuit. I wish I never bought one. Not it won't even connect to my wallet. Keeps telling me it needsy location. But it is on. I've checked several times. It sees its Bluetooth but won't connect. Complete garage app, wallet, and company.

Love the app. However, I would love to be able to set my total investment and have it show me my capital gain/losses alongside my current overall total. Like if I add $20 it treats that as a gain. So a bunch of small investments would need to be manually added up to find out if I'm at a loss or a gain compared to a current market value.

Very outdated interface and Bluetooth sync is not intuitive and very obnoxious to set up. Ledger better step it up with their Ledger Live app or they will lose their market share to far superior other wallets. I guess it's ok if you don't mind jumping through needles hoops like using QR to import accounts between devices that supposedly are already synced? It doesn't make sense.

I was new to crypto and didn't know anything about cold or hot wallets but saw a video talking about the Ledger Nano. I purchased it, and after downloading this app, I was able to secure my crypto. It was an easy process for a complete beginner. It definitely feels overwhelming at first, but it walks you through the process. I recommended the pair to all my friends and family.

Ledger Live on the computer is awesome, but the mobile version could be better. When transferring crypto from the Ledger to an exchange, the mobile version needs to have a box for the Destination tag like the desktop version does. I made a transfer, thinking I didn't need it, but I actually did and was not able to see my transfer. Glad it was a test send.

Wow. How can this app be so glitchy? If I try and "Create a new wallet" for my Nano X, it goes to a series of lavender screens that don't always update the progress dots along the bottom. Then, when you get to the last screen, 9 out of 10 times it never displays the "Let's do this!" button to actually create the wallet! I have major second-hand embarrassment using this app. Like, how can the hardware be so expensive & secure, if they can't program an app??

I can't stress this enough, this device takes a little know-how into some basic tech setup. It's says it'll take a half hour but in reality between firmware updates and app downloads for your corresponding currency it'll really take about an hour easy. It is a great device and once you know how to use it physically the rest is super easy to figure out on their app. Over-all a very solid device and seems like it'll be pretty reliable.

Using a Ledger feels like an unnecessary hassle. Despite purchasing the more expensive model, It almost never connects wirelessly. Their staking system is clunky, and the entire interface feels outdated and inefficient. At this point, SOFT WALLETS ARE JUST BETTER IN NEARLY EVERY WAY, aside from security. Unless you're securing like $200,000+, the frustration & cost of dealing with Ledger just isn't worth it, in my opinion. I'll be sticking to soft wallets to avoid the headache.

Poorly done service. I had heard they had bad support but now I have experienced it. If you make a ticket in the wrong support group, even if it's a security concern. They will just close the ticket and make you create a new one without concerns for your questions or needs even if emergency. They are just a simple hardware wallet with a fancy app that barely checks who's doing what and says "at your own risk". Don't bother spending 150 or so on a wallet with them. Make your own and be secure.

The boxes that contain the data are too small for the information. The words are literally cut in half! The app itself is very good. Tokens prices do not show up unless you open up the desktop version. Only coin prices show. I can live with the token prices not showing up BUT, the data not fitting inside the boxes is HORRIBLE !!! You guys really need to fix that problem. I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Could use some work... I recieve connection errors fairly often to the ledger device and have to retry several times before a secure connection is established. I'd like to see more information about each token and maybe an "unrealized return", "todays return" and purchased price. Alittle more advanced graph would be a good addition, with faster updates. Overall works good, on the right track.
