Resets my preference settings, clock, and date when i charge and or turns off/dies. It does not calculate my sleep and doesn't have an option to adjust it. I did like that it had an option to check your blood pressure, most devices don't, until i checked my blood pressure with it at the doctors,to see how accurate. It was off by almost 6 numbers either way!! Smh i do not recommend

This app decided to be all about the adds when you load the app now you get a huge ad that takes up the whole screen except for a small little flag at the top which if you select it just circles back and you start over. It constantly disconnects from the and and then won't re connect. Going to try it a few more times and throw the band away if it still won't work.

Not worth the purchase. Poor product. Any installed apps to phone that is a step, and calorie counting will work better. Does not link to the device. The wrist band is inaccurate on steps, distance, date, time, and so forth. Inconvenience to have to take apart and recharge in order to continue use.

Ok I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this issue, but not glad at the same time. I try to open the app, only to be shown an ad each time before the app shuts down. I cannot get into it. It works a few times with no issues, then bam. Here come the ads, and the freaking app closes out. I already uninstalled and reinstalled once; I do not want to have to do that every time. The watch itself works great, if not for this ridiculous and overall useless app. You need to fix this problem.

Updated new version and now step, miles, calories, nor the sleep work at all. Before I updated it the steps, miles, calories and sleep were working but the blood pressure and heart rate didn't work but since I updated thats the only thing that works now. Its just a waste if money. Need more directions on how it works and how to change it if it doesn't

The app and watch are never in sync with each other and the App has never kept track of anything, No steps, no sleep history, nothing at all!! Maybe once every other week I'll get notified of a text from my phone. The time is constantly switching to 24 hour system instead of 12 hour system. I see no point in the app at this point, only to change the time when it switches it on its own!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, WASTE OF MONEY

I have the Smart Band fitness tracker watch. The app is super easy to use, but not accurate AT ALL! It tells me I've only burned on average 50 calories per day even when I hit over 14,000 steps. Using a pedometer step calculator online says around 500 cals. Distance is way off. Junk. Everything is way off. The only thing that is remotely accurate is the pedometer, if you wear on your ankle for exercise and cleaning and on the wrist for normal walking. I've counted hundreds of steps to be sure.

Can you correct how steps are calculated, the step show a very high number but a low distance of travel. the sleep function is not working correctly, shows 10 hours of sleep time but indicates bad with no breakdown. the only way to get app to work or load is agree with complete access to your phone. To reset/force stop app, you have to delete the app and reload it. And when you check for updates it takes you to an arbitrary site. app has great possibilities if you fix.

pros: The app has a nice display and doesn't require that you create an account to use it which is nice. Cons:. 1) App seems to run continuously rather than only when its transfering data. 2) On Android 9, the app keeps asking me to grant it "window suspension permission" even though there doesn't seem to be any app permission with that label. 3) Sleep data seems to be too high by about 2 hours.

The app does work for the most part. I bought my F3 watch off of eBay, and the ad said with Android devices it would control your mp3 player through your phone, as well as handle calls. The app does show the phone and SMS "remind" option, but nothing about music control. The text and phone notification feature hasn't worked yet. For reference I use an Android at&t smartphone called a TETRA, and have the latest Android version. The app does find the watch, camera "shake" to click feature works, it syncs steps and blood pressure, heart rate, etc. Heart rate is not correct, and I'm no doctor but I know I have high blood pressure and the app continues to say it's normal. I'm 99 percent sure it's just a random algorithm. Hey it's a cheap watch. You want accuracy, spend $200 on a Fitbit or other name brand. I'm mostly interested in time, step count and water resistance. For those frustrated with the military time, you have to go to the app in Personal Setting and change from 24 hour there, then sync again Might have to reset your phone to re-sync sometimes.

Band becoming useless. App does not sync all data. Sleep tracking stopped working. Cannot get HR & BP in app. 12/31: New watch face appeared overnight. Looks great. Intermittent connectivity and syncing. Manual sync, HR, and BP often fails. 12/29: Worked great until last update. Now it will not sync data from band. App is connected to band. Band shows Bluetooth connection. Tried all troubleshooting tips from the Help section without success.

Needs improvement. I've had this device for three days. App & device synced with initial set up. After that, it just turned into an inaccurate pedometer. The settings don't seem to stay passed 24 hours. Device doesn't do any scanning of BP, SPO2 or Bpm. I am told to "please try again" when I request a scan. I have had to uninstall/reinstall app & reprogram settings daily.

Could not connect M4 Smart Band to phone. Turned on bluetooth and connected the device, but app still would not connect, even using the 'Find' function in the 'More' menu. Looks cool, will be nice when connectivity issue is resolved! Also clear top face of smart band electronic came off while in the band when I was trying to connect bluetooth! Uh oh! Think it was a mistake?

This doesn't deserve any stars at all. just received mine today and was excited, charged the device and have worked on it all afternoon with this app and cannot even find anywhere to turn it on or off or set the time Etc. I have a Fitbit and have never had any issues with it but wanted to upgrade to be able to get the heart rate and other things this offered. But of course it's worthless it won't do it even the basic setting the time correctly. it keeps saying can't find the device

Okay, then frustrating. This app is supposed to work with a watch that monitors pulse, blood oxygen and blood pressure. The only control of the watch is through the app. You cannot even set the time on the watch without the app, and you need to do that every day or so as the watch does not keep good time. But after a while, adds pop up on the app, and it becomes impossible to get to the app itself, so the watch is useless. I have un- and re-installed the app several times but the adds win.

Both the bracelet and the app are disappointing. The bracelet resets when the Bluetooth connection drops. The bpm heart rate displays the last rate measured by manually doing a heart rate. Sleep mode never detects a sleep cycle (plus it no longer exists as a selection). App wants user to agree to terms written in Chinese. Nearly everything is manual instead of automatic. Settings don't stay set. I can go on and on.

App doesn't sync 💓R8 or BP. Multiple attempts 2 record manually. Low # for setting goals is to high. Difficult to turn off or shut down. Leaves icon in notification bar to run in background 24/7. Why? I don't run 24/7! I like the M3 Intelligen Health Bracelet. Beware! When removing device from band to charge, it can open up exposing the inner electronics. Close it back together, still works. The micro USB is longer than all other devices. The cord it comes with is the only one that fits.

Cons: Distance measured in ft, instead of miles. Unit system set to IN LBS, but it still shows ft. Watch Display doesn't turn on automatically when I lift my wrist to check the time. No workout session data- cals, dist & time, only daily stats. Please keep the stats, instead of erasing them when a change is made. Sad to lose the day's data. Pros: Easy to change from Military Time to 12-HR time. Colorful app layout. *I have yet to compare the heart rate & BP. I'll update if they pass the test.

Worked great the first couple of days. The app will not connect my watch to my phone. The smartband's bluetooth however is detected + paired with mobile phone, no problem. I have tried to uninstall the app and restart the phone then reinstall the app several times and I still am unable to connect the devices together. Can't get app to sync with the band. Both band and phone show Bluetooth is on but no shared data. Sleep tracking stopped working. Can’t get HR & BP in app. Whenever you try to do something it tells you to try again later, no matter how long you wait it will say the same message. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

I like the wristband ok, it was cheap and effective, but this app is garbage. Very unintuitive, difficult to find and change important setting like units of measurement, lots of ads (unacceptable for an app that already requires the purchase of hardware) and crashes regularly. I still have found no way to change the units for temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit, and there is no help online unless you can read Chinese.
