Great experience, I loved the interface and it was very easy to connect with a lawyer. I was able to choose the lawyer in my native language. The best is lawyer consultation is very affordable as compared to other app, pricing is transparent.

Not sure why legalkart is pushing to rate a lawyer and rendering application useless unless i review the lawyer. What if I want to rate a laywyer after consulting him/her multiple times? Your dumb product managers are pretty useless. Change them asap if there is any.

No lawyer connected for 2 hours.. had paid upfront.. they didn't refund the money initially even though they said they did.. after 6 days I had to initiate contact to get the refund.. Good people.. Good idea of an app if it works as it should..

Best startup I have ever seen, very supportive team, with 24/7 calling and WhatsApp support you will never feel insecured, the challan facility is also very safe and an easy interface to access all the features of the site and app, one should definitely try and feel the fast, reliable and ultra supportive LegalKART team.

I have paid 1200 for the challan on 15th oct but didn't receive any responve from the team. The challan is still in pending. I don't know what to do, the customer case number is also useless not ringing. Edit: got my problem solved by the customer care team instatly.

Didn't know the answer to most of my questions. Kept going to unrelated topics, if he didn't know the answer. Call connection was poor. Couldn't hear half the things that the advocate was saying. Better look for some other service/local firm.

Easy to use interface, could be improved. App says it's 256bit encrypted if it's true then that's great. Good and affordable lawyers for consultation. Atleast we can make a choice regarding whom we want to talk to. Was skeptical of this platform first as there weren't much reviews but it's good.

The lawyer listens the matter and then shares his personal number to call & share the details again. The lawyer hardly understand & speaks english, incompetent waste of money Very unprofessional Not recommended

Takes very long to connect to a lawyer despite the app showing them available. When i finally reached and was explaining the case, the call got disconnected. There is an option to connect back to the same lawyer but the lawyer was not available despite several attempts. Can't be explaining the same thing over and over again. You need to have a auto reconnect option.

i used legalkart and i m very happy with their service. their customer service was awesome. thier service charge is at a higher side and it wud have been perfect if they charged 20% less. Still i am happy with their service and will surely recommend them
