Didn't work at all, and this app won't give me a refund. Right after I purchased for my son, I received a pop up saying the app won't work with my phone. Its not compatible because I have a Samsung 9. So, take my money, then tell me it won't work. What a scam!

So, the game used to work for some time, now after last system update game do not even start. You should patch it. I want my money back, cuz game stopped working before I completed it and now i can't finish it.

I know I put a 5 star rating but it was supposed to be a 4-star rating because I like the game like it's so cool but there's some glitches and it won't let me do other things like it won't let me jump it won't let Batman fly it won't let him transform but I do like the game sometimes and let him fly high jumper Transformer but most of the time it is the glitches

Purchased but won't download. Paid $6.50 and click install. Downloads almost to end then stops. Then click install again. Downloads almost all the way then stops. Samsung S10. Totally out money and have no game. RIP off!

Bought this game for my son was a good game until my phone updated. Then the game wasn't compatible with my phone so couldn't use it. Sent an email to the game provider with no response, really poor service so my advice is don't buy it or don't let your phone update if you have it.

Apparently my phone is too new to play this game so it force closes every time I try to open it and when I asked for a refund or another game of equal value, I keep getting emails about a work order. I would give zero stars if I could. If you have a newer phone, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DOWNLOAD THIS GAME

It shows up a screen it says downloading something and when it gets more than 60% it comes off every single time I get on and I tried it on every single device I had but it never stops doing that

I have been a huge fan of Batman since I was born, he has always been my favorite superhero, and the fact that they make Barman Games on mobile devices, make's me happy because I can record videos myself playing and it's just a quick and easy way to access your favorite video games!

Worked great for 2 days. Until my phone updated to google 10 os, on galaxy note 10. That was a week ago. I've been patient since it was the new year. But they have not updated the app to work with the new os update.

I am unable to play on Samsung Galaxy note 10+ , very very disappointing. I don't want a refund or anything like that but I would like to ask you to please update the game, ya know.... So it IS compatible with the latest Android firmware. Thanks for taking time to read this and I will wait patiently for you to fix the issue. Please stay safe and healthy, God Bless

Don't know why people say it don't work on the latest android I have a newer phone and it works just fine also they do give a refund for a limited time only thing I found that doesn't work on the game is the red brick locator I have it unlocked but it does nothing ok people the console version doesn't have free raom it just feels like it because the levels are a bit bigger and more detailed overall it's just like the mobile version

The games extra files i had to download downloaded but after the first intro animation it went blank and I can hear and tap but not see anything makers pls try fix this because I've wanted to play this game for so long and when I finally get to it doesn't work

Crashed at the very start... Cannot even open the game! Plus, it requires the app to "make and manage phone calls"... There is ZERO reason why a game would need to make and manage my phone calls.

Okay so the game great graphics I love how u add more bosses or replace bosses from the ps3 version but free roam it has never been an option for it not as good as the ps3 version but ppl say when the phone updates it doesn't work I have an iPhone 11 and it updates alot and still works (must be lucky) Edit: I like how it's all so hard and puzzling like the og one.

I last played this game back in 2017, but thanks to you guys i can do so again! ❤️ I know I'm asking too much but can you please provide lego lord of the rings back to the play store? I would love to play that too again! Still i wouldn't complain even if you don't cause this game in itself will keep me busy for a month 🤩

The thing is I've paid for it and yet I still can't play because I got a new phone okay makes sense. But then atleast update the game or else give an option for refund. While purchasing y'all never mentioned that this game isn't compatible with latest version of Android. Well I really love Lego batman but I'm disappointed with this company. They aren't paying attention to mobile version of the game. Just looting people like goblins.

My son has been playing this game for a long time. He has got very far and it makes him start over everytime he opens the app again. It ticks me off because he gets so upset! The problem needs to be fixed!! I give a triple zero if i could!!

The game crashes on startup. Needs an update for newer android devices. Completely unplayable. Lego Batman 3, Lego Marvel, and Lego Star Wars all play perfectly fine, this though can't even access the first level! Refunding after typing this. Not happy!

I really enjoyed this game, but I don't know if Gotham city is able to be accessed. If it is then I am not sure how to get there. It downloaded fine and worked pretty dang good. The reviews that said it didn't were posted in 2020 and 2021. Pay attention to the newer reviews. Recommend buying for nostalgia.

Black screen. I bought the app and downloaded it but it wouldn't show the game just the intro and a black screen, I restarted my phone, changed the graphics driver for the game through developer options, nothing works. I don't know where to contact for support so I'm just writing a review to let you and others know that this might not work.
