Added money with confirmed transaction but money not available for some reason. Shady ... Holding my money hostage. Either make it available or reverse transaction on my debit card so I can use different app!

Best rates. But I sent money to Tanzania yesterday morning, 26 hours later, it hasn't arrived, it's still showing 'in progress.' I sent to someone else, with same provider in Tanzania, using another service after getting worried about Lemfi, and the transaction was instant. Also, Lemfi won't cancel the transaction! So, I'm not able to use other apps to resend the money, I had to resend with other apps using extra money I had other plans for. Some Lemfi transactions were fast.

The good thing about LemFi is getting to talk to real people if you experience any issue. But they need to match their buying and selling rates as the gap is too wide.

Out of curiosity I finally tried this app. It was easy and fast after all the verification. This is my first transaction and I am very impressed. Please keep up the great work 🙏 I don't know the reason for all these ratings below 5Stars. This App is without a the best users friendly. 👏👏👌

The sole reason for my one-star rating is the subpar payment system. Why is it necessary to request an initial credit? If you are indeed a bank, you should transfer the funds to me first and then process the payment. Why not deduct the payment directly from the card?

this app needs a really upgrade. it took me over 5 hours to register and able to send money. why do I need to deposit the money with you first. then it takes over 15 minutes before the money is reflected in the app. before I could send. when you already have my card details. why can't I just send the money and withdraw from my account

The best app I have found so far to send money to India. Their exchange rates are pretty competitive. Seamless transfer and it supports transfer to all account types( NRE, NRO, Savings) and even UPI. The transfer gets processed in less than 5 minutes. They also have an excellent support team in case if we run into any issues that seldom happen.

Awful, downloaded app, signed up and provided identity conformation, all good, went to add funds and was an error saying i needed to verify account, well I already did, so messaged help team who asked me some details so i gave them that, then they asked more, so again gave them more and then they wanted more personal information like having a bank statement to prove how much i earn and how i will fund lemfi and send money, now does it matter to them as long as the funds clear. Avoid

so far I have used LemFi for about a month, and I have experienced excellent service. competitive rates, smooth and instantaneous delivery , real person customer service, answered all my questions, asked for screenshot of my issue, sought answers and replied to me. I will review again in 6 months.

I downloaded this app after my husband sent me a referral from IG, and I regret it immensely! I started a transfer from the US to Nigeria at 8:30am and was given a timeframe of 3-5 minutes. It's been 10 hours, and the transfer is still "processing." I had to send the money through WorldRemit, which took only about 20 minutes. My fault for trying something new 😡. And they won't even cancel the transfer. At least other apps afford that option. Deleting as soon as my money lands.

There is a serious issue of transactions getting stuck for more than 24 hrs and there is no proper response on support tickets also. My 2 transfers out of 5 got stuck without any reason and all the time i got a automated reply on my query. You guys need to solve this issues asap. I am loosing confidence in this app now.

This is the worst money transfer app I have ever used. I created an account two weeks ago, and it continually asks me to verify my identity, despite having done so multiple times. Each time I complete the verification, I am prompted to do it again. When I contacted support, they informed me that another team would handle the issue. After waiting for their response for two days, I received an email instructing me to proceed with the verification process again, only to encounter the same issue. Th

I transfer the money on 13/07/24 07:30, and still it's showing in progress. Yesterday when i spoke to the customer executive, they said the transaction will be completed maximum by end of the day and still it's not completed.Very disappointed with the service. Many times contacted the help center and still there is no updates. Either refund the amount to the account or complete the transfer.

This app is horrible please don't use. I signed up this morning after uploading my license 🪪 for verification it rejected it even though everything was correct. Then I tried loging back into the app and well you know it would allow me to log back into the app. So I got the password and reset my password and still can't log back in.

Compared to Xoom and Remitly its a good rate to Pakistan but they make money by making you keep a minimum balance. Also compared to Xoom and Remitly LemFi is extremely, extremely, extremely slow. I'm talking about money hitting your account in Pakistan nearly a day and a half later compared to a few moments when it comes to Xoom or Remitly. I would not recommend this app for Pakistan at least, you can try and see how it does for other countries.

App needs to be more robust. I got the payee details wrong and then corrected myself. The App will not accept the correction until I restarted the whole payment process. There were some other issues with it not retrieving country details in the registration process. Having said I like the bank connection security process.

After all the verification processes, It is obviously difficult to add money using a debit card , i tried Master card (debit) Visa Card (debit) . I tried customer support, and they could not fix this issue . The developers of the app need to go back to their drawing board to look into this.. please be aware that a lot of prospective customers experience similar issues..

VERIFICATION PROCESS IS AWFUL This app isn't worth your time. You spend 10 minutes filling out your info and then 4hrs verifying your document and face! Yet you'll still not be successful. It keeps saying, I have 15 seconds to end recording, but the system won't prompt you to stop recording until another "15 seconds" message appears. Other money apps don't give these hassles. Im uninstalling this lemon to free up space on my phone. I'll stick to other apps for now until they get it right
