Transferring money to other banks from this bank is weird. It can take more than a week, sometimes the transfer simply drops (even though there's enough funds) and the balances on accounts don't update based on pending transfers. Get it together guys, maybe take a look at Simple's app to get an idea of a modern helpful app.

I use to never get the back of my checks to register when doing a mobile deposit and needed to wait for the option to capture the picture manually shows up. Today is the first time the camera would capture both sides of the checks quickly, so I've moved from a 1 star to a 3 star experience. Still some inconveniences with the app, so no 5 stars yet, but hopefully I can add that soon.

I wanted to link an external bank account so that I could make a transfer; the app crashes every time. OK so if I can't get my money out when I need it what good is this? Radius needs to invest more into their minimum viable product. This makes me question other core, important features, like security. I plan to ditch this once I get my funds completely out of the LendingClub notes trading feature. LendingClub used to be great. Very sad.

100% Garbage. I have to use the website, where it asks for EMAIL and password. When using app it asks for USERNAME and password. They are not the same, and I have never used a username to log in. When I click on forgot USERNAME so Lending Club can send it to me, a message pops up saying they will send a link to reset password. This app is a total waste of time and space.

The app does not provide an in-app transfer confirmation. The app does not show pending transactions. There are government issued apps that work better than this, and that's saying something. The customer service is slow. I have not been able to access my account for over a week. Submitted requested documentation four days ago and still nothing. Would not recommend.

I've been very happy with the mobile deposit process. The app makes it super easy! I haven't experienced ANY of the problems with the app that other users have mentioned. I have also never had a bad experience with trying to transfer money from one account to another. I have a Samsung 8+ and the app works fantastic! I LOVE this bank. I don't have a huge account and my balance is only above $1000 once a month, so maybe it's people with higher balances that have problems.

Radius is best bank I've ever had. I've been a member for over 10 years and during that time have saved and earned money with their interest bearing and fee free checking account. The interest they pay out is higher than most big bank savings accounts. The app allows you to effortlessly perform all of your banking needs with an intuitive and easy to app.

I have not been able to login to the app on mobile. I use my email and password on a web page but then suddenly I have some username on the mobile app to which I cannot find on my account. Also attempting to reset your password through the app does not result in an email being sent. I only know this because the web page allowed me to receive an email however the app did not. Please fix these small but annoying issues.

Mobile app does 95% of what I need on the move and I like the bank. Always easy to get on the phone with a real person and get things straightened out quickly. But PLEASE disable the auto capture function for mobile check deposit. I'm always frantically trying to get things framed in the box and have to retake the photo 4-5 times because it's blurry or out of the lines. Automation≠good UX. It honestly makes mobile deposits kinda stressful which is a hilarious things to say but also, real.

App and Website is really horrible and to be honest, I probably wouldn't use this company again because of it. Its really frustrating that I can't check my loan status on either one. There is no options on the website to see the amount and the app won't let me log in (and I know for a fact that I'm using the right username and password). Tried to do the reset option but the emails never come. Can't wait until loan is paid off cause I can't stand how difficult it is to see my account if at all.

I had a terrible experience with LendingClub. I have three other online accounts and I've never had the problems that I've had with this Bank. As for the app itself, my first bad experience was trying to mobile deposit a check, and the app kept crashing and was never able to take a picture of both the front and back of the check without crashing. I finally got it done after about 50 tries. Other than that, the app itself works, but the bank is so bad that it's not worth it!

I've only been using LendingClub for a few months. And only for savings because they have a high yield interest for account holders. You can pay bills through the site if you have a checking account. Other than that, the app is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. I like creditwise. It shows your Trans union credit score and offers advice, and gives you options to make it better. Nothing fancy but that's how I like it.

Easy navigation, simple GUI and fast. The app is fine. The service behind the app however may need work. The new card expected at acct opening never came. I contacted CS and requested one. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no card. Transfers show instant confirmation, then the xaction disappears. This doesn't make a great first impression.

The app is extremely poorly designed. Pending transactions do not display at all, when you make a deposit it shows nothing. Lending Club could really learn some pointers from Marcus (Goldman Sachs). The Marcus app is phenomenal. After having linked my banking accounts, Lending club showed there were no accounts linked and made me log in to my bank all over again. I had to do this about 3 times before I could do anything. If anything that goes wrong, you have to call, there's no online assistance

I tried to initiate a transfer from an external account, received an error and was asked to edit fields. I edited the fields and re-inititiated the transfer, then I was taken to a page that said the transfer was successfully initiated. I then received one email confirmation. The money was transferred. 3 days later I wake up and another transfer was taken out of my account. This has happened twice using the app and customer service hasn't been very helpful.

UPDATE: It's been six months and Radius hasn't addressed the issue with the deposit feature involving the check's photos. I'm switching to a new mobile bank, but I wanted to let others know the issue might arise because the software can't deal with phone orientation properly. If I turn my phone to the left, so it's in landscape mode when I take the photo, there's an error. If I turn it to the right, there's no error and the photo is successfully taken.

Update: App no longer launches on my phone. So that's a bummer. Still a great high-yield savings account but an app that doesn't function is a little inconvenient. Original: Don't understand why it takes a week and a half for deposits and transfers to clear and it's a little frustrating to have Goal Keeper taken away right after signing up but other than a pretty solid app.

I'm new to LendingClub. The camera app for depositing checks is weak/frustrating. I also have a Capital One account that I have used for decades, their app is quick and easy. LendingClub app does not do well on back side of check (more white space?), it battles with the "too much light" when nothing (lighting, etc) is different than the front side. Otherwise, I am pleased, but if it wasn't for the rates, I'd be looking elsewhere.

I've been using the app for a few years. Today while trying to pay a bill, the app froze during the stage where you select a delivery date. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with LendingClub and their only suggestion was to use the website. I'd be happy to use the website, but the interface is optimized for mobile and sucks on browser (that's why I originally started using the app). I will be looking for a different bank.

Absolute garbage, useless app and company. I've contacted them twice about this issue and no follow up after 3 weeks. App crashes every time I take a pic for check deposit. Since they don't have any physical branches, I can't deposit checks any more. I'm sure this regional bank can't afford to lose any more deposits, but they're about to lose mine. I can't do business this way. So frustrating.
