with ch05 error it shows everything is normal.. service center also doesn't know which kind of error is this.. pathetic app and service..

U need to describe which model supports this feature. Some people are hardly trying to find where's the diagnosis button.

This app doesn't work properly on newer version of Android OS, developer needs to maintain the app and make it compatible with newer OS /phones.

App sucks. It says the app was built for an older version of Android. Can LG be nimble footed and release the updated version?

Please update it soon as possible and also add watts consumption features... It's long time ago since this app is updated..... Or just tell me the you have stopped supporting this app.

Very suck apps and the AC unit aswell for room size 4x4 (1 ½PK) doesn't fell cold ever.. and i need to swicth on the standing big fan to feel little bit cool... never buy AC from LG. (TV, refrigerator is OK)

Only works for A/C units. I need the one that works for fridges. It is also called "smart diagnosis" but this is the only app and it doesnt work.

The most stupid app a multibillion dollar company can develop. Even when refrigrant gas level is low and AC does not cool properly, this app will show everything normal.

I cannot connect the AC with the app. Tried many times by pressing the Diagnosis button but couldn't get the Beep sound. Recommend me any solution to connect it.

the application is very easy to use, but there is no usage history feature for a week or a month. I hope the latest application version can be better

Confused! The app is showing there is no problem but the technician who had come for servicing is saying that there is peoblem is ur AC and needs to be repaired. It will cost arround 5000 rupees. Now I am confused whether app is wrong or the technician.

Last update was on 2017, seem not compatible anymore with the latest android version, lots of parameter displayed are missing, can't say it as smart anymore :(

Only for AC units but it doesn't say that and there's no app for all their other devices with 'smart' diagnosis. Not too smart so far.

Said my drier was working perfectly. It showed NO issues! My drier was brand new and the motor wasn't working correctly, so I had no drier. I was told it was a good thing stopped using it because would have caused a house fire! BUT app said it was running perfect!

This app is working fine, but I wish that it stores previous consumption history. It shows only onetime consumption details and vanish when return from the page. I will be glad if we get new update.
