I'm in a very rural place that I live in and it's virtually impossible to find a dentist that doesn't have limitations on what he does. I need a dentist that does cleanings and fillings not just extractions. But maybe those too. I'm in Gilchrist county and I was going to Alachua but the place where I was going to say that they were no longer accepting adults to care for. The limits of 25 mi away from my home in the filter section of this app needs to be longer like 50 mi or 100 mi from my home.

Downloaded this app and it would not let me setup an account. I tried 3 different times with the same end results. This is a joke, right? Uninstalled not worth it.

This app is just as good as the dental care I receive. Terrible. Keeps asking for same info over and over. Cannot get into app. Login is rediculous.

I have used this app once i set up a user name and password. Now i go in days the user name and pw is invalid. I select forgot pw. It sends a verification code then it says the user name is not a valid user in the system. I go to my computer and sign in just fine with the same user name and pw the app says in invalid. Really are you kinding me. Yet again for april and may. Stupid Wondering why i am late for my payments huh??????? Get a system that works

Sucks. Never lets me sign in. Keeps trying to make me create a new account. And when I put my info in it says I have an account. Not like this insurance covers anything anyways.. I can't wait to switch my plans!! Don't do liberty dental!

Just downloaded. Can access my info online but not using this app. Keeps saying "Invalid username or password" which is not true. Uninstalling.

It takes me to the login page so i enter my info it loads for a while then takes me page to the login page. Hasn't worked for me since I made the account. So how am I supposed to find a dentist? But I sure am billed every month.

I can't login to the desktop website, so I downloaded the app but everytime I try to login, the app crashes. Great.

I called over 10 dentists and nobody takes my insurance but Liberty Dental app says they do. I might as well just Google because this was a waste of time and space. Update your filters/app so it's easier to find dentists.

I have tried to get a hold of my member services for ever I have tried to reset my app to make my life a little easier I have had major dental work needed for over a year or almost a year may I say and I need any oral surgeon extreme pain and Liberty gives me one oral surgeon that tells me 4 months is the quickest they can get me in that is absolutely ridiculous for an insurance policy especially when you have an emergency accident

This app is trash. Website doesn't give the option to log on unless you go to the app. I put in my credentials and it just goes back to the log in screen instead of loading my account. Don't waste your time

Didn't work for me, got stuck after the captcha. The submit button was not able to be selected, just cancel as if I hadn't done the captcha yet. I don't have the desire or need to try and mess with it over and over again so I'm uninstalling.

Doesn't let me log in on my computer. And after logging in on the app it just redirects me to the sign up page. Literally not functioning properly. Will definitely stop using liberty since they can't even operate the most basic of online portals.

App is trash, it never lets me sign in, put all the credentials brings me back to sign in window again. Website same thing it can't even find my credentials and the "i am not a robot" part once you click on it, just spins and spins forever and then it says error

So far, on my phone, this app is working well and easy to use. I have not seen any ads 👍🏼. The instructions for entering information (in the app) to register it, before gaining access, has to be properly entered or there will be issues with setup and logging in. I have not tried using the website and may not need it.

Good app and provides the access to manage the account. Tough, it requires to create a separate login from the Website.
