I used to be able to use this app but can't even get into it now. I answered all the questions but it said too many attempts. Even reset pw but still doesn't work so deleted it. Tried to reload but it just spins. Can't even add it back. Someone needs to fix this app. Update: almost midnight and stuff won't load.

Ive read other reviews and it appears im not the only person to have a problem with registering. After entering all of my information it said the email I was using was already being used. So I tried my backup email and was given the same message. So just for kicks I tried a third email and yes the same message stating email already in use. So apparently the earlier issue another person person was having like mine wasn't fixed and is still an issue. Until it's fixed the app cannot be used.

Terrible app.. Always has login problems and now I see after having it maybe 3 or 4 months it's time for a new password... WHAT??!.... It is absurd to make you change your password every few months and of course it can't be the same or similar to the one you had.. Ridiculous

This app expired my password in Oct. 2021 & again in Jan. 2022. To reset the password you have to enter the last 6 digits of your card. Once a new password is selected it gives an error message stating the password cannot be changed at this time. When the old or new password is entered it will give the error message that the password was attempted too many times & lock your account. There isn't any customer service to help you fix it~! I have written & tried calling - no help rec'd~!

This app is the worst when it comes to logging in. Every time I login, it says "invalid login". So, I have to reset the password every time I log in, because the newest password is invalid. Doesn't make any sense. It's super frustrating!

Sorry, this apk doesn't work at all and it looks like I'm not the only one having the same issue. I almost completed the login registration and kept getting error message saying that my email already exists in the system. Could not be because I tried like 8 different emails and got the same message.

This app and website both are horrible. Constantly, makes you reset password and now it won't let me even do that. I've tried several times now on different t browsers and all say can't verify. When I try to contact customer service, the recaptcha says error for site owner invalid domain key and won't let me even contact them for help.

After registering I was redirected to login page and attempted to login only to keep receiving error messages saying incorrect username/email. Now my account is locked! It was the correct information entered on my part. I attempted to reset password but it will not even allow me to enter my card number due to app issues. TERRIBLE and nothing but a HEADACHE!!!!

This app is horrible I would give it Zero star if I could. It locked me out of my first cards account & I had no way of contacting anyone to fix it, now trying to register my second card is becoming a pain because it won't except @ in emails and says it is invalid anytime you input @ in it. On top of that there is still no way to contact anyone for help. I don't know how this was chosen to be this was to the EBT app for Louisiana. I call to get my balance now instead of using this trash.

Would give 5 stars but, when I opened this app, I saw; change password & restart. I did, then I saw, Account Locked. Too many incorrect log in's. I ONLY LOGGED IN ON THAT 1 DAY, JUST ONCE. So, I uninstalled the app and waited 24 hours and downloaded it again, it does work now but, that issue is not necessary and not good for the app. Could the Dev fix that? Had the app 2 1/2 mnths no issues. Thanks!!!!

Sucks. Trying to get in touch with someone who can help me login in order to use Provider's app. This suck. Hopefully someone will reach out as quickly as possible. This app is a POS. It will randomly lock you out repeatedly claiming that you've used the wrong password too many times, even when using the correct password. Then it forces you to reset everything... Including your questions. Only to lock you out again next time. Why are there questions anyway, if you never use them to verify our accounts? Completely useless.

After the forst login, I tried to login again and it refuses to let me, saying, "password incorrect", after 3 attemps, (I wrote down the password) It told me to reset my password, making me put in all the information once again. I did. It told me it couldn't find the account. Which is such BS.

past few months the app kept making me have to reset my password, even though I saved it in password manager to confirm I didn't just forget my password. I didn't forget it.Then transaction history periodically says zero dollar charges here and there. Something is really wrong with the app and there seems to be no customer service to troubleshoot the issue. So I have tried clear the cache, Uninstall and reinstall but no resolution. Walmart app keeps me better informed of my balance.

After registering, I attempted to login and kept getting an "error try back later" message. Attempted to login from the site and was immediately given an "account locked" message. I'm now wondering if this is even legit. UPDATE This happened IMMEDIATELY after registering. I waited a week and tried to login once. Same error code. Went through all the steps to change password, thinking that was the problem; "an error occurred try again later" Seems like this app is buggy. Not any errors on my part

I am ONCE AGAIN having trouble signing into my account. Why is it every time you guys seem to run updates, i get sign in error messages??? I have tried resetting EVERYTHING to no avail. The app is becoming more of a nuisance than an aid. Either it's time the state find a new vendor or you guys get it together. This app should NOT still be having THE SAME issues.

App states that I don't have an account with Louisiana snap. I tried several times, diff. Phones, iPad, browsers . Etc.. not ever able to register. Mine as well use the App called Providers! It works well for me with no problems. This one never let me register. Frustrating enough SNAP worker still had yet to contact me after 2 months . Frustrated to say the least. Y'all download providers for those who can't register here. It's accurate with my EBT card!

I've recently started having issues with the app not recognizing my password a few months ago. I recently had to change it because I couldn't log in. Upon requesting a password reset, it's now not recognizing my personal info. Then, to my surprise, my first account is still in the system, and I still can't log in. So, I created a new account using a different email. This one worked up to a point, and now I can't log in or reset the password. Every time I do so, I get this red circle with an x.

Extremely flawed app. Every single month, it makes you change passwords, and it can't be a previous one. Needless to say, after a year, I've run out of ideas and had to do so many forgot passwords. It's just not even worth the hastle. It's not like any important information is being protected, so the extra security is pointless. Im better off calling the card. The only thing the app does is show the balanace.
