Most of the hotels listed are actually cheaper if you go directly to the hotel's website. Also the app eventually stops working and just loads a white screen

When i signed out it wouldn't let me login, as soon as I entered the verification code it said i needed to connect to the internet even though i already was. It also seems like you guys don't care because the majority review for this app are very disappointing could you update the app so this problem doesn't occur anymore?

terrible... I downloaded the app and attempted to utilize it...it asks for and email address associated with the Lifemart account...when I entered my email address it says that I need to register....BUT IT DOESN'T SUPPLY AN OPTION TO REGISTER...So how am I suppose to register when it won't give me the option or tell me how to register....This is stupid and very poor design. It seems to follow the other reviewers who couldn't use the app....

I tried to download this app from my work employee discount affiliates. This has been nothing but waste of time as I tried multiple times to create account and login to discount page. I was never able. contacted the help desk. They respnded fast.However, they reset my email and account login which had me go through same problem No result.

Used to use this app all the time it does not work now I can't put my code in back a couple months I contacted the company by email never got a response I ended up calling customer service and while on the phone I explained him what was going on and I also read all the comments saying the same thing that the app wasn't working it is still not fixed and it hasn't been working for like 6 months or more when are they ever going to get this fixed.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with.I booked a hotel through them and when we realized the hotel wouldn't be a good fit because of a lack of information on their site, the hotel agreed to give us a full refund. We contacted Life Mart and they also agreed to give us a refund...fast forward three weeks and we haven't seen any refund. We've contacted them multiple times through email and never gotten a response. We've called them and only gotten the run around. Don't recommend.

No recommend, im unable to print either from my company website, lifemart account,, desktop, email. phone app, etc etc. at the end says your coupons are printing, which never happens. My printer is installed in my phone app and my desktop. Its a Joke.

Can't even use the app. Upon opening, the app loads for a second then says "Data failed to load, click to refresh". Clicking produces the exact same result so the app is pretty much unusable for me.

Hi, i have been trying to open the app past 3 days it keeps force closing. I cant even reach the login page. Could you please take a look. This issue is for android version i guess. I use samsung s10+ . I sent feedback 3 or 4 times but no resolution so thought of reachout here

The app is linked to work email. Every time I log in it asks for the email it is linked to. Then it asks for a verification code which is sent to the email it's linked to. Work is so tight with their security that it's near impossible to access work email from home. This app is no good to me if I cannot access it outside of work.

Garbage. Most of the "offers" are just ads. All of the grocery items are pretty unhealthy and most of the "discounts" can be found elsewhere for the same price or less. 5% off at Target?! Only if you apply for their credit card. I can do that w/o lifemart. Can't give it less than a star so here is your one undeserved star.

EVERYTIME I open the app, I have to enter my email, then it requests the code that was emailed to that address. When I go to check that address & return to the app, I must enter the email address AGAIN, which produces another code, thus I am stuck in a loop, unless I get the code via laptop, or other device, which is difficult. This is by far the most useless "benefit" ever offered. I've been a member for several years and to date, I've taken advantage of zero offers. Why? Because every "deal" they offer is readily available anywhere else. Want to look for a deal on a hotel or car rental? You'll find a better offer on Priceline or Expedia. Looking for a deal on insurance? Technology? Tickets? You can easily find better prices anywhere else.

It won't send a code to my email to login & I've sent 2 emails for help & no response. I need to purchase a hotel for 2 people & wanna see if I can get a discount on my hotel. I've tried over 30 times to send a code to my email & don't see any emails from lifemart (I've checked my inbox & spam & no code.) I'm hoping with it being a holiday weekend that that isn't the reason y they aren't responding to me.

As someone new to lifemart, I wanted to see what was offered before I joined, which they show very little of what they offer. The discounts are minimal at best, it seems, unless you're in certian salary brackets. Lifemart has a long way to go to be made viable to anyone that isn't mid-high level management and salary employees. Also, it's basically an app to HOST offers...offers you can already find on your own...which makes the whole service pointless as a whole. I won't be signing up

Coupons are extremely vague and unhelpful. For example we are promised a 65% discount on the entire site on select items, but when you go to the website, sign up and put in the code it's not clear where this particular discount applies or if it's simply a general discount on the site. Other merchants seem to just want to post an ad for you to see without any discount applies whatsoever. Some gym membership discounts seem somewhat legitimate though

How is it that every coupon I try to print from the App never prints, but counts against the use of the coupon? It's not the printer, that is brand new, prints from other apps and websites with no trouble. You need to fix this ridiculous nonsense. Why is this even a problem with so many coupons? How could you not know? Do you really need outside help to be informed of technical day to day issues? Maybe just contact the company on the coupon to let them know it's sort of false advertisement.
