I was pleasantly surprised by this app! It has been consistently offering me surveys to complete for points and actually delivers on their end of the deal. It takes between 5-10 days to get your cash out in gift cards or PayPal $, but (unlike some apps) it does actually pay out. I've made upwards of $40-50 in the past few months. I only do ked it a star because it does take a while to get the payout. It's not going to make you rich, but it's a decent way to make some extra scratch here & there.

It worked great for a while. Recently there have been broken surveys. I'll spend 30-40 minutes on one only to get stuck with no where to go due to a defective button or lack thereof. When customer service was told about it they just said oops sorry. I have also had points awarded for completing a survey and then later they were deducted. As it stands now I have negative points? Lol In short, there are way better survey apps/sites out there. Just do a little research. I'm uninstalling this one.

I'd like to give it 0 stars but seeing as it's not possible then I'll just give everyone a little warning. This app is like so many others & I understand it's a kinda hit & miss with these but when you try to cashout & unable to do so it's a bit frustrating when you've been in touch with them & all they say is to keep trying. Anyway I'm just not gonna waste any more time when they won't even allow $5 to be given after doing the required tasks & what I can say is it's not worth it. Best of luck!

Lifepoints has been a good app. But for whatever reason, I was locked out of my Lifepoints account when I had a nice amount of Liefpoints saved up. I emailed them once about the issue to see if it could be resolved & was told that the matter was sent up the chain to be handled. Unfortunately, I did not hear back after that. I have since messaged Lifepoints two more times & have yet to receive an update or response. I wish they would help me out with this issue especially in the times were in.

I absolutely LOVE LifePoints! It pays the quickest & the most out of all other survey apps/sites that I've tried. I gave the app 4 stars instead of 5 though because lately I've been having to access it through the website instead of the app since it keeps switching to Spanish(which I cannot read) & freezing up. The downside to using the website instead of the app is that you don't get as many surveys on the site. PLEASE fix these issues with the app ASAP. Thanks!

I used LifePoints on their website several years ago and all the sudden I stopped getting surveys available. After a year or so I decided to check back and still no surveys but I emailed them and they reset my account and that fixed it and I've already cashed out several times. I didn't know there was an app because their website doesn't promote it I just decided to see if they have one because I was having browser issues and was happy to see they had one and it works very well.

Easy to navigate, logical sensible, and thought provoking questions. They dont seem to drag out the way some of the other sites do. No repetitive questions. Its a good spot to be. Unlike many survey sites, this one has an unusually high rate of survey participation acceptance rate.... that in and of itself saves me a lot of time. So far, there are No annoying ads that you have to listen to.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I started taking surveys several months ago. I even redeemed points. I think more than once. I tried to reset my password a few days ago and received an error message that my account was temporarily disabled. When I contacted customer service I was told "The information provided during the registration process did not pass some security checks we perform against 3rd party data." I've never had this issue on other survey sites. Beware!

Easy to navigate and use. The app is very user friendly and easy to understand. Fair and honest. Downsides are that there are often a very limited amount of surveys available and that you can spend a good amount of time on a survey (often times you can be one or two questions from finishing the whole survey) for it to just stop and drop you without giving any credit for the time spent on said survey.

It's definitely not bad but could be better if the app could remember the basic info like age, sex, race, location instead of wasting time filling it in every time. Very often you alf fill the app, waste your time just to find out you don't match the criteria. Other than that it's good, pays in different ways you just select whether you want money transfer or gift cards.

I don't know about the rewards as of yet, but the surveys are thought provoking and enjoyable. They make you think about what you REALLY like and dislike. Only reason I took a star is because if you hit a wrong answer you cannot go back and fix it (I was trying to hit strongly agree, hit strongly disagree instead.) And some of the surveys take you back to the top of the page when you are trying to choose every option that applies, EVERY TIME you choose another option...VERY ANNOYING!

I enjoy doing surveys, however this app is an exception. I've been doing surveys they send, but once I get to the end, it locks up while constantly spinning. It either doesn't make it to the last question or once I get to the end of the survey, it shuts down after locking up. Since it locks up the system thinks I have not done a survey or it assumes that I just didn't finish therefore I'm out all the points I should have received. Too time consuming to lose out on points you've earned.

EDIT: I used to think this app was great, but then my membership was randomly terminated. I contacted customer support, and they "confirmed that my account will remain closed." I had enough points for at least a $5 giftcard. I'm frustrated. I was skeptical at first, but I have recieved $35 worth of giftcards!! It actually works! The process is time consuming, but it was definitely worth it. It glitches some, but not enough for me to stop using the app.

Enjoyable surveys for the most part. If I've had a problem receiving my points, customer service is responsive and corrects the issue. I've used this site for years and am pleased! 6/3/22. I'm using the app and it is extremely slow to load. It does not give me the option of biometric sign in and I have to put in my password every time. 7/6/22 App not working . Had to uninstall. Email states I have surveys, but the app show no surveys. app freezing constantly. Hesitant to try it again.

The app is easy enough to work on and is pretty simple to figure out. Most surveys are easy to answer and are well explained. I have one gripe to give the developers about their app,which should be pointed out beforehand so as not to anger the users. I also found that I would get far into a survey and it would suddenly go blank or return to the home screen. I thought I might have touched the return button while my phone was in portrait mode so I changed it to landscape mode and has worked since

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! It started off very well, the surveys were mostly easy/nice, one (& I messaged about) wasn't setup right. I got up to the $5 reward point, then suddenly couldn't login anymore. What's worse, when I contacted about it went through ALL the troubleshooting but STILL wouldn't work so unable to get the reward. So HORRIBLE, do not recommend and am Uninstalling. I am done, even when I tried to contact to get the reward, they didn't read my complaint & kept trying to troubleshoot.

I like taking surveys, and this is one of a few apps that I have signed up with. Life points makes payout quick, easy and accessible. It feels great when you score points! Claiming gift cards is easy. They do have some of the surveys stop at the very end, but that is what the surveys takers need to do to get a broad spectrum of participants. It happens periodically.

LifePoints is a legitimate way to earn money or rewards (e.g. gift cards for Amazon, Walmart, et. al.. When redeeming rewards, the transaction is quick, easy to navigate and (seemingly) safe. Don't be discouraged by not always earning the total offered amount of points when not qualifying; there are more surveys now than when I signed up (6-12 months ago, I think). Just keep taking the surveys and remember: Don't leave a survey (hit a browser button or the "back" button) without finishing!

I've been using this app a couple years with no issues until recently. The app signed me out. I try signing in and it keeps saying "invalid email or password". I've triple checked and both are correct. I tried resetting my password. I get the email, enter a new password, and then get a message......"uh oh....something went wrong". So, I can't access my account at all!

It was great first 3 months. Then all of a sudden I couldn't send money to venmo. I used this to help pay for graduating and was gonna use for helping college. Now u haven't received a survey in over a month. Sent them multiple messages with no response. Update: they replied that they closed my account for some reason. I did nothing wrong. I did the surveys for almost 3 months. I honestly don't know what I did wrong. Don't download this app.
