Level Up Your Life! This is a great app for to organize your goals. I love the fact that you can level up specific skills you set yourself, and the reward page to keep you motivated! Also, if you fail a mission, you lose the reward value, so it keeps you on track and helps with procrastination. My only complaint is that I can't seem to get locations for missions to work right. The search function is completely busted. Overall, a great tool!

Works great, except for 4 notable bugs I've found. If I mark things off too fast, it'll sometimes duplicate a task. If I mark things off too fast, it'll sometimes crash. If I tap the "Mission Complete" pop-up to make it go away faster, I don't get my XP/RP from it. Also, the reminders sometimes don't go off. Aside from those, it works just how it should. Good app :)

I've always loved the thought of leveling up, but the only way was through gaming. This app mostly, if not completely captures that experience. Also, a suggestion: Could you create a pie chart setting that compares the skills' categories instead of the skills themselves? I have sooo many skill inputs, it's become inconvenient 😅 Edit: please update the app. It would be great to see what new features could be brought to life

I absolute loved the app... I've put a lot into it for the past 6 months and have come to depend on it for tracking quite a few aspects of my life... but then I got a new phone, and the restore backup feature doesn't work. This is extremely distressing for me, as it will take me hours to try to recreate my current set up (I honestly don't care much about the levels and exp stuff, but there's that too)

LifeRPG is an interesting game that can be as fun as you can be imaginative. You can set up your life's goals as quests, and gain experience and level up your skills as you complete them. As well designed as this game is, I'd like a few additions to make it more interesting: 1) Job class/rank/tier system you can set up to unlock automatically as an achievement after you reach a certain level or skill for extra motivation. 2) Energy level to rise with the experience and skill level. Energy to be spent depending on the difficulty of the task. 3) A negative consequence to failing a task, like temporarily lowered Energy, experience or skill level. 4) A simple icon menu on top for easy access, since a pop up menu is already available in the corner. 5) In the Rewards item creation menu, I wish there is a way to determine if the item is consumable before it is in the inventory. And a way to sell the Rewards from the inventory for money.

I always come back to this app when I need to get things back on track. I like how open ended yet simple it is, and you can use your own sounds for the feedback. Funny, but hearing water running over rocks is more rewarding to me than a monetary reward. Also, when I level up in skills after completing a task, I take a moment to reflect on how it's true. It's like this app rewires your brain to appreciate successes you hadn't noticed.

Love this app. Use it as a planner! I downloaded two quest style rpg life management apps. The first (Not this one) was really impressive. Quests unlocked after you were level X, it had goals to help you with life improvement, etc. Then I looked at this one. It was completely bare. I had no idea what I was going to do with it. I thought, what am I supposed to do? Come up with and write down every possible life goal? How am I supposed to use this? Well, I lost my planner a few days later, and I thought, hey, I'll write stuff down in that LifeRPG app until I find it. I have since stopped looking for my planner, and have moved completely to using this app. While there are some small adjustments I would make, like the "fail" button simply changing the due date to the current day, (isn't that what "reschedule" is for?) And possibly having the option for more than one (nameable) reward currency (ooh, and maybe being able to customise the logo like with the other aspects?!) This app is wonderful, and I live the functionality and customizability. 10/10 would recommend (and have!)

I have a couple problems with notifications. Sometimes they just do not go off, and other times I'll get 2 identical notifications. Also, and much more irksome is for daily tasks it does not reset. I will miss notifications because I did not check it off the previous day. If there's a daily notification, it should go off every day no matter if I responded to the previous days task. Otherwise I miss things. I have to have notifications on another app because this one is so unreliable, and I'd rather them be in one place. I've been hoping these things would be fixed for over a year, but I never said anything about it. I hope speaking out will get these notification problems handled. Thanks!

Great app for managing life skills and feeling a sense of self-improvement. After trying many of these apps, this was one of my favorites but elected to continue trying others. As others have said, this app could be given improvements by allowing skill degradation and improving the skill balancing. This has been one of the best apps of it's kind with little to no monetization, which makes it quite friendly feeling with lots of feature available to all.

5.Sept.2023: I thought this app was dead after I saw the last update was more than 6 years old, but I still purchased it because of everything it provides. I hope the developer comes back and starts fixing it up more. Also, the map needs work because it's not functioning well. 8.Sept.2023: Compatibility with Google calendar would be awesome, as I use that for my schedule. 19.Sep.2023: Mission notifications not appearing.

Cool app, nothing more nothing less. By far my first choice when it comes to widgets on my home screen. I haven't really completed any missions I set up for myself but when I do I'll be curious to see my "stats" increase. One thing confuses me: For the Avatar icon next to your name, it gives you the option to upload your own image but when I tap the CUSTOM button it says "purchase this item from the Shop" but I can't find anything that looks like a premium/purchasable version of this app???

So this app is really great. It helps me organize my thoughts and my day since I'm a scattered mess and I love the parent missions function so I can break my day down as small as I need to do. Almost. And that's why I have four stars. It gets to a certain level where it'll acknowledge there's a mission there but it won't show it to me. I'll have to go under all missions to see it. For example, I have a 'things for today' parent mission. I go in and there animals, house, and school. Under animals I have snails and cats. Under snails, I have to clean their cage and change their dirt but it won't show me that in there. At the top of the screen it says I have 0/3 missions completed in there but it doesn't show me the missions them selves. I have to go to all for that. But other than this minor annoyance, this app is really stellar. If there is any way to fix this then personally, I will be completely happy with this app and my rating will go to five.

The app is great, almost perfect it would be great if it has reward expiration timer, my rewards are usually playing video games, if it has a built in timer and notification that would make it perfect and also, something like key items, that will be required for a mission to finish or a skill to activate. Great app doesn't have ads, helps to keep me organize while having fun to do it.

Moved my entire Google keep to do list and then some into this app. For me it is the best productivity management tool I've used to date. Its only flaw is backing up to the cloud doesn't work for me, though if I can find the data file I might try it manually. Syncing 2 devices would make this near perfect. And I'm using it completely free. Aside from a custom profile pic, I've not even seen functionality I need to pay for.

Pretty cool, but could use some improvements. I think if the tasks were failed automatically it would give more incentive to use the app regularly. It would also be kind of cool if you could add items to the rewards store that were level locked so you would feel more like the levels did something. I'e also been having an issue where if I skip a task it will either make a duplicate or change the time the task is due.

Although I admire the endless amount of customization I hate to be 'that guy' and say its too overwhelming a task to literally customize the entire game. I think it would have been better if the game came packed with pre-existing missions and tasks as well as classes/titles while also giving the user the option to create his/her own as they so please to suit the needs of their own lives. Its a good app don't get me wrong, this is a fantastic idea, but I open the app and I have no idea where to even begin. 🤷

This is a fantastic app if your motivated to keeping yourself on track. But I keep finding it hard to give myself a task then write it down for XP. How ever with the repeat function, i can repeat an "organization tomorrows task" task. I think this app would be best if you could link your account together, and send tasks to either you significant other, friends, or even your kid to Make chores fell more like video game quest. But all and all fantastic.

I really like this app and appreciate how customizable it is. There are really only a couple issues. For one, the map is a good idea, but it's so hard to use, it's not really practical. A search would make it much more helpful. For two, I'd really like an option for negative EXP. There's a lot of stuff I fail to do, yet my skills and level can only go up. I'd find it a lot easier to track just how well I'm doing if I could see myself slipping just like I am IRL. Maybe not to negative, but to 0?

This is actually a really great concept to help keep people organized whom have difficulty focusing or struggle to maintain life goals. The app is very clean and easy to look at as well. The only thing I'm not very fond of is the way 'parent' tasks are set, I feel they should be inverted or thought they would be at first impression, with the first step being the first one you view when viewing them collapsed, otherwise having collapsed task lists is pretty pointless since viewing the ultimate goal first thing every time can feel overwhelming and daunting, defeating the purpose of even making the small step-by-step goals at all. I would suggest either completely inverting the way they are displayed (first step being shown first until clicking then viewing next step, or completing then viewing next step)... or providing the option to do so.

I've used this app on and off for a year or so, I like it, but I do wish there was a way to calculate xp based on time spent on the task. For instance, it takes 10,000 hours to master a skill in real life, so having skills go up more slowly based on time spent could feel more rewarding in the long run. Even if fear, urgency, and difficulty are the main factors for exp of the main player level.
