The app is certainly nice, but I wish there was more I could do with the attributes that I'm growing. I almost feel like there's no point in tracking Str, End, Cha, etc if I can't do anything with them. The shop system is nice, though and the app is very easy to use once you get the hang of it. I love that it works offline, too since I have a bad internet connection.

Highly customizable. Great stability (doesn't crash). The pomodoro timer is a nice touch. The app takes a "your life is the rpg" approach rather than the "what you do in your life impacts some fictional character" approach. I personally prefer this strategy. Overall, for the price I would say it's great. Highly recommend if gamification kind of stuff easily motivates you.

Amazing app, really helps me keep on track. I use the coin rewards in the app as a way to curb my impulse spending and it's doing wonders. Plus the features and level of customization are great, more than I could ask for. I only paid a few bucks for this thing and it's worth at least 5x more for what I've gotten out of it. Plus, no ads and no extra incentives to pay more money in the app (which honestly just makes me want to support them more)

After trying each of these apps that I know of, this one far and away tops them all. The level of customization never seems to end, to the point where trying to list your options here would be a wasted effort. Doesn't chew through your battery, either, like some other ones can end up doing. Absolutely worth paying for, imo.

Phenomenal! Customization alone is amazing. No ads, no performance issues and tons of ways to personalize. This has helped me immensely! 3 suggestions: 1) Option to increase XP needed to lvlup. Right now, it requires the same level of XP to reach lvl 10 of an attribute as it does to reach lvl 20. Would love the option to make it increase level by level -- it requires more xp to level up the higher you go. 2) More community engagement options would be nice. 3) G-calendar integration.

Quite a step up from Habitca. However, there are two main complaints that I have. Unable to sync across devices and no desktop equivalent to use on the browser. If there was, it'd be phenomenal. Right now, it has a lot of power that's held back by the device it's used on. But God, I'm praying it takes off and we get some sort of account syncing.

I really like the app! I am motivated to complete my tasks, I like the World feature and you can customize times and days to do tasks. I haven't used a few of the features yet, like the Pomodoro. The purchase price is certainly worth all the work that went into this app! Overall, I really enjoy using it so far! The only problem I've run into was the amount of tutorial I needed to get going with it. It's kinda overwhelming but once you get the hang of it, it's no big deal.

I'm overwhelmed by the complexity of this application; it's just too much for me to handle. I can barely keep on task to get out of bed and start work on time. When I opened up the app I went through the guided tour which was already information overload. After completing the tour; and not retaining a single thing it said, my brain went to mush when I saw how many menus and options presented. It's not fair to give a low star rating, but this app is not for me. I need something more simple.

This is made for a certain kind of person, as evident by the provided description from the developers. For some, this may seem pointless, or it may be life-changing. Update: I will be leaving this app. I still think it's a great concept, but the complexity and limitations (tasks can only go in one category, etc) are not for me. However, the gamification aspect helped me gain a new perspective that I will be carrying with me as I switch to pencil and paper, so I'm thankful I tried it out.

I love this app and use it frequently, especially for the achievements for tracking long-term goals of projects. I was actually wondering if it would be possible to add a or function for achievements unlock. So for example if you have five tomatoes for this task or this other task then you can unlock the achievement. Right now we have and functions. I feel that this would allow for a lot more customizability. Also, the use of linked tasks. When one task finishes unlocks another task

Very well-designed and thought out. A lot of customization. More than worth the cost, for sure. One option I'd like to see (correct me if this is already available) is a setting that allows you to block the ability to "complete" tasks after a deadline. It makes things more challenging and requires more discipline, which could be helpful in some cases. I will probably come up with other ideas later down the line, but this is just nitpicking, really. The app is already great as it is :)

I love the customization of this app, and that I can set my own rewards with the coins. I only have one tiny critique. I would love to have the ability to customize the notification sound. At the moment, it blends too easy with the rest of my app notifications and does not stand out. As a result, I find myself not noticing task reminders. I would love it if you could enable this in the future.

This application is great. The customizability is awesome. If they added more customizability for the user interface, maybe even user-made themes which can be shared commutatively amongst its user base, this app would probably be nearly perfect. Everything else is great too though, because you could just change what attributes level up and all that stuff. Anyway, great app. If there was a subscription option so I could contribute every month, I would have done it.

Really great app. Have to stop using because of it just erasing 15 min of planning repeatedly. Glitching in the task creation window, randomly forcing me into certain lists when Im looking at another, just generally has some weird stuff that makes it kinda unstable for me. I've probably wanted over an hour and half from time lost due to technical difficulties. Not worth it for me. Edit; literally I write this review and delete something off the list and it deleted a random item of another list.

An amazing app for selective individuals. Not immediately intuitive but highly customizable for tasks and to-do lists. I loved using habitica due to the quests and social aspect(now gone), as well as, watching my character level up and obtain weapons, pets, and mounts. I used to try to make my unique awards for coins, however, this app executes that the way I envisioned. As an artist, I would love to see the developers bring more of the visual in-app awards. Overall worth the $ in my opinion.

I'm enjoying the app's daily gamification of my routines. Suggestion: An "auto-use" toggle option for rewards to activate upon acquisition would enhance convenience, eliminating the need to manually initiate them from the inventory. With this feature we could make a copy of any reward we'd want to auto-trigger (which could be hidden from view with the "hide disabled purchase items" shops setting). Leaving standard manually-redeemable rewards to be purchased and sit in inventory until redeemed.

This is the right gameification app for me and my ADHD. Well integrated features (my favorite, Pomodoro that gives the best "currency"). I've tried so many, and they were too much like video games. This one is more like a game, and it's lighter, so I can just use it to organize without too much game interference causing decision fatigue. Can I make a feature request? I'd love LifeUp to have a companion app for my Pixel Watch. At least let me start and control Pomodoros from there.

Phenomenal for habit tracking. If you are not tech-savvy, you may experience a learning curve. However, I use this app daily and have seen the positive and long-lasting effects of tracking my small habits (sometimes helped by the app's reward system, like coins, rewards, and loot boxes). Highly recommend as a companion to anyone wanting to pay closer attention to their habits and decisions.

Love the app and I've been using it for years. I have a suggestion though, it would very beneficial to be able to add the amount of time you want to spend on the task, which would be tracked with the pomodoro function. For example, I want to create a study task with the goal of focusing at least 2 hours a day in using pomodoro. It would also be nice to have the option to show the subtasks under the main task.

It's the first week of use, so my review is subject to updates, but I invested into this app because it has a nice appearance, a pomodoro timer built in and the gaming elements are simple, customizable and fun. There are only 6 attributes like a common RPG character, which I like, and narrowed down area of life to make it logical for my life. There's a slight learning curve but it's not too complex. I had it within a day. overall it's great!
