Holy Grail for sole proprietors! I'm an extremely unorganized person and was incredibly nervous about starting my own business because I know I struggle with keeping track of transactions and recipts. Lili makes it so easy! Everything from signing up tracking expenses has been perfect. I've barely needed to contact customer support but when I did they were quick to get back to me and extremely helpful. I recommend Lili to everyone who is looking to take control and start being their own boss. 💪

UPDATE at end.First, big hassle to make transfers into account, the app has so much glitches. Then 1 year after been paying monthly I decided to downgrade and 2 months after, WITHOUT notice they didn't gave me access to my account and closed it, they say because I had 6 months of inactivity which was a LIE. I didn't had a lot of money on it but I had some. And they just kept it and close the account. Horrible experience don't use this bank. AFTER THIS REVIEW GOT AN EMAIL SAYING I'll GET a CHECK.

Great app for banking, both personal and business. You can categorize EVERY transaction, it even reminds you to sort them. Highly suggest downloading it & trying it out for a few days. If you dont like it, you can always delete it. There's a free version & a paid one. I only have tried the free one.

This is definitely the best banking experience I have ever had. The user interface within the app is awesome while providing a super intuitive and intelligent framework. I have all of my expenses categorized beautifully. And I especially love the fun and caring texts, emails and updates. This company has redefined banking and makes it fun!

I've downgraded my rating from 5 stars to 1. They have failed to remove me three times from there Pro account despite email confirmations it has been done, resulting in monthly fees. They do not reply to emails requesting to be put on the basic plan despite me never agreeing to be upgraded. As of today, they still owe me a couple months in fees but I have no hope in receiving it. As soon as my direct deposits and recurring payments can be switched over, this is getting closed.

Terrible first experience. I had a payment declined for insufficient funds when I had enough funds in the account. I called customer service to ask why they declined for this reason when I had the right amount of funds available. The agent put the request as a dispute. I WASN'T DISPUTING THE PAYMENT! It should have been paid. So that's 2 errors back to back. Nope stay away cause if they are already making errors I'm not staying to see what other errors they will be making with my account.

Ran into so many issues with depositing checks. They were rejecting them and not telling me why. After many calls and emails the only response I would get is "unable to give more information" I ended up opening account at different bank and depositing those same checks with zero issues. What's the point of having an account where I can't deposit money. **UPDATE** it's been almost a month and Lili has yet to contact me and put in any effort to correct the situation. Do not download this app.

I was charged for an upgrade that I do not have. When I contacted support I was given a refund. However, although the transaction is labeled that way they, my account was debited the amount ultimately charging me twice for something I don't have. And now all that can be done is an "escalation to a different department" that has no title, direct contact info nor any timeframe possible to be updated "anywhere between the same day and 1+ years from now" I just have to wait to be contacted"

Love this card, the concept behind it, and how easy it is to use. App is appealing to look at and easy to navigate. Only thing I would say that could be improved is it does take a bit for your money to transfer and post. I think I waited a week for the first one. However, it did say after initial transfer that it should go faster for the rest. If that's the case I will update because so far that's my only critique. Highly recommend!

Great concept. Terrible execution. I tried to transfer funds from my bank account, something glitchy happen after I initiated the transfer, and it sent me back to the screen asking how much money I wanted transfer. I don't have enough funds in my bank to cover the transfer twice. I looked for a pending transfer screen. It doesn't exist. So, I contacted support. This is why the one star review. They don't understand this simple question. Back and forth for days. Horrible customer service.

I've used this account for a few months and up to this point, I've had no complaints. I've been super happy with the account. I even upgraded to the premium account that's $35/ month. And then, I had an issue with an online order I placed. Between the merchant and dealing with Lili's nonexistent customer service, I have no clue what's going on with money that should have been in my account. Some banking services are instant. Nothing is instant or even fast with Lili. Look elsewhere.

App doesn't work. Anytime you try to login it crashes and forces the phone to hard reboot. I have not been able to successfully login to the app at all. Since the lili account can only be accessed via this mobile app with no option to use a website based login that means you can't use the service at all. This racket is clearly aware of this issue and hasn't done anything to fix it. All they seem to do is respond to the flood of negative reviews by saying "we will fix it" but never do.

How this app or bank has 4.4 stars ? Do Not Sign Up! Slowest banking I have seen in my life. This is not banking for business but for the cave man. There is no way to cancel once you choose a subscription. Be aware! I could not find a way to go to basic but only a more premium tier. All their transactions take forever to get completed even if you are paying an expensive monthly subscription. Their app does not have as many tools and perks as they claim to have.

So far my experience has been awesome! The app is really easy to use and navigate through. Tracking business expenses is super easy as well. The Tax bucket is a nice feature as well. Again making it really easy to make sure you are setting aside money for them. I know everyone has a different use for Lili banking and app and uses it for my different types of business, but this is a perfect fit for what my small business needs are currently.

Update - finally got it worked out and account is set up. We'll see how this works moving forward. So far I can't even create an account. It wants a copy of my ID but the app keeps crashing or doesn't even give an option to upload the image. I've tried from the app on my phone and logging in through my computer. Very frustrated.

It's ok. Nothing awful but nothing extraordinary either. I have a pro account, the balance is feature and the life/work feature is nice. Mostly no hidden fees, but i will say, you guys gotta get more atms I'm rural areas. I have to drive 30 min either way to get to one that's free. With gas prices it almost isn't worth the drive, but you guys charge an arm and a leg in fees if it's out of network. Also, to deposit cash, they don't tell you that there is a 5$ fee. Pretty smooth other than that.

I really like the idea of Lili, and when it works as intended, it's great! However, for an online only bank that has no web interface or access via physical location to not have a reliable app with consistently working mobile check deposit, ACH Transfer, or debit activation, that is unacceptable. In addition, in all customer support must be a complete lie, as I have made 2 separate support requests through the app and never received any response or even confirmation.

I love the tax bucket, I pay extra each month to keep it. But my debit card expired at the beginning of January and they just haven't updated it, including in the app. I emailed customer support and got an unhelpful bot response that didn't address the issue at all, and they have simply ignored my follow up emails. I have business payments linked to this expired card that are rejecting and it has made it relatively unusable. An unexpired card should be a basic feature, this is unacceptable.

Generally works fine. As of 7/25/22 mobile check deposit does not work on a Pixel 6 Pro. It takes the front picture, then tries to pull up the keyboard on top of the camera. I minimize the keyboard, take the picture of the back of the check, and then it bumps me back to the start of the process without any error message. Works perfectly fine on an S10e.

Thr prices keep going up and up and they keep taking features away. You can't actually downgrade without reaching out to them even though it's advertised as all online. I'll be closing my account with them this week. I was not notified when the price went from $9 to $15 and even way before that when they moved me to pro from basic without my consent on a "trial" based technicality. That, and they removed almost all the features that attracted me to the basic plan in the first place.
