Don't get. Sales Navigator inbox does not integrate into LinkedIn Inbox, makes the whole thing overly complex and confusing. If you message a lot then stick with regular LinkedIn. Navigator inbox does not tell you if the recipient has read the message either. It's worse than the regular inbox!

The interface is good but I am really upset by notifications bugs. For some weird reason, I never receive any notification on my phone when I get a message. It is quite annoying. Nothing works, I uninstalled it, disabled and enabled again the notifications, etc.

Although this app is quite good in finding the prospects for the sales pipeline but in mobile version I am not able to see page numbers and that makes my task of lead generation a little bit difficult. I request the team to kindly provide a short term solution so that we can view page numbers of prospects in mobile and tablets also. Thanks!

I had installed this app and I am using free trial of Linkedin Sales Navigator. Till the last update I was able to login in the app but after the recent update I am not able to login. My free subscription is yet to end. I need to understand how the app works, only then I can take decision wether to continue or not for the subscription.

Pretty much a LinkedIn app with ability to save people into lists and add custom notes, plus an extended InMail allowance. Beware that messages sent through this app don't appear in your main LinkedIn app. And I couldn't find how to purchase extra InMails additionally to 50 available Sales Navigator premium subscription (as it's mentioned the maximum is 150).

Making user to purchase this app is a fraud, I have signed in on LinkedIn and there they offered me one month subscription free for premium account, when I accepted the offer there it was clearly written that you can cancel the subscription any time and I will be charged monthly from next month of I don't cancel the subscription. However, it forced me to install core sales navigator which is of no use for me. I have cancelled my subscription but they have still charged me Rs. 5900.

poor experience. i received a prompt via linkedin to review sales navigator. clicked on install the thinking that it would take me t the app. it didn't. asked me to log in so that it could tell me about the subscription. still havent see the functionality. very poor experience. if the intention was to let me know about the subscription options, why not just tell me that.

3 stars. Designed to lock you in. I had a premium account a few years ago but left because it was just irritating. I joined again because I had heard good things about it. There is now a tab that shows you your LinkedIn messages. Fantastic, I've been using LinkedIn for about 15 years and have thousands of messages. The bad news is that any new messages that you create in Sales Navigator are in a separate list and will basically disappear if you let your subscription expire.

So much potential, but is low-effort considering the price. Last used filters aren't saved unless you tediously save by name on another page, no quick save button (MUST organize it), pressing back button bumps your search to the very top instead of where you left off... Whoever made this clearly never used a mobile app on their life. How is this a commercial product? Should be free until revamped with quality of life to be business-worthy.

It is impossible to be professsional with Sales Navigator. The searches are inaccurate, which means you end up contacting irrelevant people, wasting time and credits. The mail box doesn't sync properly with regular LinkedIn messages, so you end up having two conversations with the same person and everyone gets confused. It tells you that you have notifications but none show up.

My leads are not directly to what I have specified. Keep bringing me to other places and countries that I don't want to be having business with. Cancelled my account though!

Text editor on inmails has strange typing/memory errors on google pixel 6a lastest android 14 written at this time. Other than that, I feel like they could bring more powerful features from the web version.

Messages do not load properly and newer messages cannot be retrieved.

It is not working properly now. Initially when I put filters I was getting results. Now even after removing the filters I'm not able to find any leads, the result is 0.

The app constantly changes my search after every outreach. The first time I noticed it I had already sent out a bunch of outreach to the wrong demographic with an irrelevant opener. This is a paid service. . . there should be some level of quality. . .

Not sure why this needs to be a separated app. The messages alone are oddly intertwined with the regular app. sometimes I'll get a phantom notification on the regular app and that's my queue to check this one to see if someone wrote here instead. Doesn't seem worth separating it given how many odd bugs it seems to create across the whole experience.

Why can't this be a part of the linkedin main ap? It seems stupid. Also if you are thinking whether to test out a trial I'd say don't bother as although it should help you (theoretically at least) It actually doesn't seem to understand who or what you are trying to contact, or achieve, because it doesn't know your strategy (doesn't pretend to care) and doesn't bother to ask one detail and (if it did) probably still wouldn't work effectively. All in all disapointing waste of money.

Subject: Request for Refund and Continuation of Free Trial for LinkedIn Sales Navigator Dear LinkedIn Sales Navigator Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently signed up for the free trial of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. However, I was unexpectedly charged 5900 rupees, despite the trial being advertised as free. Could you please process a full refund of this amount and ensure that my account continues under the terms of the free trial as originally intended? Thank you Abdul

Fix your app. It prompts me to select new leads every time I open the app, won't let me progress into the app without doing so, but doesn't show me a list of leads without a few refreshes. Happens on my tablet also. Frustrating experience every time I need to jump in for a quick search, and now I have a bunch or junk leads I don't want to save.
