Cung cấp hết mọi thông tin thì từ chối cấp hạn mức, cũng ko nói rõ lý do. Trong khi OCB và các bank khác offer mình hạn mức rất cao.

Mình thấy app dùng tốt, mượt. Cá nhân trải nghiệm mình thấy không có nhiều lỗi và cũng không có lỗi nào quá ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm. Thích nhất thiết kế app cá tính và nghịch nên dùng cũng vui mắt và thu hút hơn app của các ngân hàng khác. Mình chỉ thấy có 1 tính năng cần cải thiện: Tap 2 lần vào số tiền của mình để che, nhưng khi thoát app ra vào lại thì số tiền sẽ lại không được che nữa. Mình nghĩ cần phải có cài đặt để giữ được che số tiền kể cả khi thoát ra vào lại

An amazing app with a very thoughtful and clean design. The app is very easy to use. I love the tagging feature to track spending. You can create your own tags and the app can even auto tags future transactions. No glitches so far for me in opening the app, transferring money, or making payments. The debit card offers great cash back. Liobank has the potential to become a leading digital bank in Vietnam.

The UI completely ignores the UX. For most transactions to semd money, we always need to capture the successful screen with all the information including the correct amount of money and the beneficiary information. This app only shows a simple screen saying "successfully sent A amount of money", unusable. If we go back to the transaction lists to view the full information, then there our remaining balance information right on the screen as well. That's just really silly.

Tried to take a photo of my ID for 10 minutes in good light conditions. I always get error messages, blurred or corners cut. Though my camera can take sharp photos. Sadly unusable for me.
