2023 update2: You seriously want to charge people 25 dirhams a month when we can't even reach a human for customer service. What a joke. Disgusting. the app is still trash. Maybe instead of throwing ads in my face every 2 seconds, you could try ironing out all the bugs. . Update: Don't use this app unless you love seeing "sorry there was a problem". 2024 update: still garbage.

Very Unprofessional team, no proper response or even listing for the problem before proposing way forward, had to follow up on whats app to get the support on app than been asked that problem will be assisted on whats app with an agent who is not even responding, this was the worst experience in the UAE not only on banking but as general and would definitely change my account to another bank.

Worst banking app ever. I've been trying to close the account since two months and I've paid the pending amount. but the account closure process not yet done and still the bank is charging me 26.25Aed per month for not maintaining minimum balance. While I'm trying for account closure request it is still in process.ridiculous. only option to connect customer care via chat or WhatsApp, and you can get connected after 2 hours of waiting, and suddenly they will exit from chat if we delay the reply.

dear liv bank, as a customer for 8 years now. can please have an explanation from your company, why i cannot log on to my own account every 2 or 3 months there's an error in the app. all the time its asking for password. if i put the password it keeps telling me ERROR!

Liv app not working on Android, i tried logging in with my S21 Ultra 5G and it wont log, it mentions "something went wrong" but in iphone, this is working. Please check the issue. I will delete this review if the problem is fix.

Nothing has got improved after the update.It is still have a problem There is an error in your application. It's not working. It's not opening continuously saying that it has issues error please solve this problem. And your teleBank are not responding for the issue to resolve it

Where do I begin..first its a worst updated bank app, I've been using this app for more 4yrs now and this is the first time I experience to log in in here. What's the worst is they updated it into X-Liv but they can't keep the existing member details of this app. They said it won't affect when you do updating but now I can't even log in, tried to do the forget the log in details (EVEN THOUGH I KNOW MY DETAILS) but italways say SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I GUESS IT'S TIME FOR ME TO LOOK ANOTHER BANK

Simply the most inconvenient app ever. Everytime the password keeps changing on its own and accuses me of forgetting the password. When I try to change the password it says that you need to input a new password. Causing so much pain.

The app says that transferring money to some Philippines is free, i initiated a transfer and they deducted fee, when i message liv chat they replied after 2 days telling me now there's fee and they send me link if the fees , the link confirm that transferring money to Philippines is free..and they sent SMS of reversing the fee to my account and when i checked the balance in yhe app it's not true they didn't reverse the amount to me

I have been using LIV account for 2 years now. I never had any issues using this app. It was very easy to open my bank account and request bank card. Since it was all done via online only which saved a lot of travel time and hassle of documentation. It's truelly a digital bank.

It's hard now to log in to the app. Keep on asking to do update my time zone so it can be match my location. If you try to reset the password it says my device does have NFC whatever to scan the Emirates id. This is so frustrating now. If I have a choice I will not even give it a 1 star rating. It used to be good before the latest Liv update.

I posted a negative review months ago about this App... I will re write a new one... It's pathetic.. I cannot even login, it's says Uhh Something went wrong even if I try to change the password same thing.. even after re installation. I need to pay bills... What bank app is so bad?? Negative 10 if I could give.

The app is not working properly, tried to login but then showing password incorrect tried to resit password, typed the registered eail but its showing try refreshing the app, spent so much time on this please do something about this as soon as possibe

It's been a frustrating week since I've been unable to access my banking application, and despite numerous attempts, I've yet to receive any meaningful assistance from the customer support team. I've tried reaching out through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, but unfortunately, my issues remain unresolved. The coustomer support is very poor. really fedup with is application.

Transaction history and statements are all wrong–the amounts do not match, the helpline is pretty much dead, and loads of technical issues. This makes doing personal financing a nightmare. I get the service is free, but i'd still expect some level of professionalism. If youre a student with 30-40 bucks, it cool, but i wouldnt trust thousands of dollars on this service. Overall, I wouldnt recomment it and im planning to migrate away from it.

Love it, absolutely pleasant experience using it. The only complaint I have, which is very difficult to deal with is the customer support. If you run into trouble, it isn't a very smooth experience trying to get your problems sorted. Please have a fix for this. I understand the chat bot route us great, but having a person to talk to would be an awesome addition.

Great concept to have an online only account, and all support goes through the chat in the app. But then.... the chat should work. Have tried to use it 3x, and only worked once. First time the bot would connect me to an agent and the waiting time I could "find above". But nothing was written en no connection was made. And today the bot does not start. Am able to type, but there is no connect with an agent or bot. Wanted to upgrade to PRIME, but can't get support to answer my question.
