Garbage system It doesn't allow social transfers by link if the other person is using the old Liv app. The link only tries to open the old app and says you have already migrated. Going on the chat for help resulting in the agent simply saying tell the other person to also migrate to livX and end the chat. How can one bank have 2 apps which aren't compatible with each other. Useless system.

The Liv X is one of the worst upgrades for any app in recent times. The original app was trendy and user friendly and this new app is exactly the opposite of it. The team is trying to fit a youth app into an old template. I am still trying to figure out how to do the account top option. I hope you can bring back the old app.

Liv X App requires unwanted permissions, old liv app is simple and easy to use. Liv x the ux is not great it's time consuming, it isn't buser friendly, the transfer feature does not have an option that showcases aed...I wonder why companies change a sturdy app doing well with a inferior one. Please let me know how I can go back to the old app

Finally!!! Closed my account after 8 years. Bugs bugs and more bugs, Most of the UI elements don't even respond, random white screens, UI seems a downgrade from the old app. Now i can login to the old one 😡 Updates: I cant do international tranfers, always result in a failure. Can't do local tranfers, it ask to fix beneficiary details when i do click on fix it says that "IBAN CANNOT BE UPDATED" am not even updating IBAN Such a disappointment

Recently migrated from the old Liv app to the new Liv X app, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. In my Liv account, I had set up a couple of goals and was saving for various occasions. However, after migrating to the new Liv X app, I found that there is no option to transfer the money anymore. Worst App No point in calling thier customer care number as well it's same. Logged in again to recheck but the problem persists.

Thought to update my review!! Not just worst but super dumb app and nothing works untill now beneficiary thing dont work and neither the bill payment previously everything was just click away.. Most importantly cant even activate the debit card!! I got new debit card delivered yesterday and since then am trying to activate but it gives technical error!! XD Who invented this app!!!

I would rate this app 1 star because i find this very unsettling. I regret having Liv X, ESPECIALLY this new updated version of this app. It is totally bad. My eligibility are all gone, for some of the basic stuff example like locking and unlock the card is gone. I can't also withdraw my Money. I don't know what else did they do with the app but I'm not satisfied with it. I would also like to say the old version of liv is Great, which is very user friendly for customers.

I am requesting or suggesting to set up a setting that is friendly, quick, and easy to access the "LOCK & UNLOCK" option for the card. Same in the old version, it is easy and quick to access the lock or unlock option without the visibility of the account's digits of money. As of now, there are so many taps to do before reaching it, and at the same time, the amount of money is being displayed or visible when reaching that lock or unlock option. Lastly, must have quick button or option for exiting

Not happy with the new app. Sent a transfer to an existing beneficiary last week and it still hasn't reached? It was instant with the old app. Also I can't see my actual balance as it doesn't update after spends and transfers which is frustrating as I don't know how much money I have!! On top I was asked for my card number and pin when calling the helpline which just didn't feel safe or right.

The new app does not work as expected. Trying to send a payment to the credit card always results in a failed transaction even though I've removed and re-added the beneficiary several times already (the only thing support may suggest you). Support is really difficult to reach and they can't help you but suggest some primitive advices every time. Really dissapointed with the nes application, as it makes it almost impossible to use the bank

I'm deeply disappointed with the Emirates NBD LIV X new app after migration. It's far from user-friendly; tasks like transferring money have become needlessly complicated. The forced upgrade feels like a blunder, leaving users with no choice but to endure the chaos. Even attempting to stick with the old app proves futile, as logging in redirects to the new version. Yet, the new app is plagued with bugs, displaying inaccurate balance information. It lacks the simplicity and visual appeal & more!

Summary of experience so far: very buggy. It looks better for the most part than the previous app but has lost function. Update beneficiaries from the previous app is not functional; goal accounts are not showing although I see a balance; usage of yellow and grey in parts of the UI makes it very hard on the eyes. Feels like an ENBD X app with a Liv skin and bugs thrown in to make it frustrating as the previous app was functioning fine.

Horrible experience and migration process is not seamless, I am suffering using the new app, I wish if i able to go back to the old app. Smart pass experience is not easy. The new app is very slow and heavy , and it have almost same bad contrast colors like ENBD X app , as it uses light font colors on top of light background colors. Also why the app keep enforces me to give permissions on my contacts list !! Also I cannot find statistics of spends like previous app , the shown chart is wrong.

I would like to apologise, the app is actually great, the staff so helpful. Once you get everything sorted it's amazing. Viva Liv I love it. This was my comment before :unable to find my money that was in my goal account, the set up is more complicated. None of my beneficiaries are added to the new app. I regret the day I decided to migrate to this app, I had to go on weeks trying to get this set up as I couldn't remember the password. The old app was easy to navigate and re set.

The font size on the new app is too small! It makes it hard to see what you're doing and makes every task longer than it should be. The goal accounts should also be hidden like they were on the old app. Honestly I don't understand why the design was changed at all, aside from the occasional performance issues the old app was actually user friendly. Update: I know how to change my phone's font size. The fact remains that the font as well as every other element on the new app is too small

This new app version turns out to be a bad experience and disappointing at so many levels. Please bring back the previous version. With this new update, it failed to migrate all of my beneficiaries, and now I have to add them again!!! This should be part of the migration process as well, similar to ENBD X. Also, one of the features in the previous version that I used to admire alot is the ability to analyze and monitor my expenses by spending categories which is not available in the new version.

Regret the day I migrated to Liv X - as there's no turning back to the old version now. Firstly, beneficiaries were never migrated fully to Liv X and those that were migrated requires an updation in account details which when I am trying to do (which is basically tapping OK only) is throwing error that 'IBAN cannot be changed'. This is frustrating and exhausting. Secondly, it opens up slowly, doesn't display the balance, doesn't have charts. Bad experience.

Extremely dissapointed with the application, you should not migrate your customers with so less capacity of the application. This is totally embarrassing considering that the original app was actually working. Not that we don't want to upgrade, but this is not the way you interrupt regular services for all. After updating the application seems like the funds transfer is still in progress for over 12 hours.

The previous app was way better in terms of functionality & ease of use. This app is modern looks without functionality. 1. The Credit Card has disappeared. 2. The card lock, unlock features requires a treasure hunt before you can access them. 3. The "additional note" function to add note for the debit - Credits are gone. 4. The transfer process is now a lengthy process.

Horrible experience with this new app!! Keeps buffering and takes a whole lifetime to just open up and display the account balance!! The beneficiaries were not migrated to this version of the app even though it's a fast transfer, but it's still so inconvenient. Even after updating the app 2/3 times already, it is still slow and inconvenient. It takes ages to find what u need.
