As soon as I click on a nearby place, e.g. Cafe, it says "Please install Google Maps to get place. Well, I have Google Maps installed. But what's the point of having using this app if it just goes to Google Maps. I may as well just use Google Maps instead of this app. Uninstalled.

This is legit as far as street view! It's NOT live, but I don't need it to be live. After spending time looking at other apps and their reviews, most of which complained that the apps were phony, I tried this one and found what I was looking for. And I didn't see an ad. This app also has useful features such as compass, currency exchange, weather, etc. 7/03/23: It must be brand new as I'm the first to post a review.
