Not interested in this version. Old one is just fine. My owner installed this in my headunit and deleted it after about 10 mins. He prefers the old one. By far.

This app does not syncronise with the desktop app. I'm paying for your service and here I am losing customes because I wasn't able to respond to them in time. Really angers me.

They took away a perfectly good notification system and replaced it with the same notification for a new visitor or a pertain waiting to chat, this means you'll miss vital customers. Totally ridiculous

Always freezes up on me while typing a response when chatting or writing a ticket. Not an issue on my iOS devices, but never has worked properly on Android.

This app is the best, please I want to upgrade my account before the free trial ends, I would really appreciate if you guys can use Google pay payment method because I don't have a PayPal account and my card doesn't make dollar payments.

There are no notification sounds even though I've checked the options. It's worse that they only come through sometimes and not others. What happened to livechat lite? It actually worked.

Even if I turn off "Accept chat", I still get messages and when they aren't replied, the chats get transferred to other agents. This very disappointing. Please fix it and I will give 5star.

The app does not clear the new chat and new message notifications once they have been read/addressed on a seperate device (laptop). This is incredibly poor app behaviour from a supposed productivity/business app.

Awful colours. Not long ago they used easy colours but now they chose neon colours, it looks so 80's and makes your eyes tired quickly. I requested a correction but they haven't taken action

This app is best live chat app.. but one thing need to be add. There should an options for change profile name.. it will be very very usefull for us... So please check with your tech team if it will be possible than add profile name change option in thia app thanks

Not happy nor interested in this version. Totally happy with the old one so please I beg you DO NOT DISCONTINUE IT. In fact, please get rid of the splash screen telling us this is the old version. Not interested in change at all! Much appreciated I'm advance.

Old app was more accessible. Unable to work out how to see individual queue traffic. I do like that I can view archived chats, but unfortunately viewing individual queue traffic was a critical feature for me.

As of a month or two ago, the app is notifying me on my mobile phone even though I have the LiveChat app open on my computer. There is a setting on the mobile app that notifications will be muted if I'm active on my computer. Now I'm getting a notification on my computer & mobile phone every time there is a new visitor in the queue

Stuck on 3 slides with marketing message about how the new app is better. If I click "continue with live chat", I get back to the slides. Can't get into the app. Edit: Still doesn't work after trying workaround from livechat. I'm stuck in a login loop.

Live Chat is a wonderful chat service, the best! I rely on it as a major part of communicating with my customers. Last time I checked this app was six months ago, and today (August 6, 2021) I can say that 99% of any previous bugs have been fixed! So glad to see that! So now I am using the Android app as well as the Windows 10 desktop Livechat ap. It's a powerful combination that I would not want to be without. Hats off to the developers! Those who didn't like it 1 year ago, go back and see now!

Notifications do not come through and their support have no explanation or assistance. I have created multiple tickets and no follow up or answers. This is not fully operational. I have done all troubleshooting and nothing helps. It's very frustrating!

The old version before the horrible update actually notified me by saying "new visitor " or most importantly INCOMING CHAT!! THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF HAVING A this program as an app. Since this update I have missed 100% of my incoming chats and thinking about canceling this expensive service and getting something that will actually help me. I cant drag my computer everywhere to listen for "incoming chat".

I still use the old version. I like it way better. I don't want this lite. Give us the option of having both because I choose to not switch no matter how big the program size may be. I'm just fine and stable with it. No issues with the old version as all not sure who complained and decided to come up with this but please, DO NOT DISCONTINUE THE OLD VERSION. You will force me and I'm sure other users to switch to a new provider. "If it's not broken....don't fix it" - somebody wise

I use this app for work. The problem is when on lock screen, the app does not notify me when there are customers in the queue. When I open the app, there's already a few customer in the queue. Therefore I have to turn on the phone screen all the time. I have granted full notification for the app, but the problem resists.

I tried to download the old app bcz that was the link provided in the LiveChat session. I couldnt download the old bcz its no longer available. So I was told to download this app instead but it does not load when I try to switch my LiveChat session with "SGT Auto Transport" -- possibly SGT needs to update their email link or their LiveChat account -- so I could only give a 1-star rating for now.
