We love the content but the app both on the android and Roku tv is absolutely terrible! I can't even get beyond the profile screen, says an error has occurred everytime I use the app. Uninstalled, re- installed, restart phone, nothing works. Roku app just as bad! Why am I paying for content I can't watch anywhere!? In the age of streaming services you have got to get yourself better in the game. Unacceptable!

Love this app for all of the wholesome movies, videos, and comedy for the whole family. There is nothing that I have seen on here that I would not feel comfortable watching with my young nieces or my grandparents. The only big issue (the reason I've changed it from 5 to 3 stars) is it's been glitchy lately, many movies don't load, or I have to restart the app in order for them to work correctly. The search is fairly wonky too. Once it's working properly again I'll put it back to 5 stars.

I enjoy watching the wholesome programs I had a difficult time getting it to work on my phone, and though i've deleted the app and reopend it, it still doesn't work properly. It has been a few months since i first started to have problems with the app. I still have problems with it skipping back to the top while im trying to scroll down to see what there is to watch

Good content, but the app has terrible functionality. If I scroll across on categories, it resets me to the top of the page. This is frustrating when I have to scroll to the bottom to find a category I'm interested in, only to be reset to the top again. If there's a way to neatly view all of content, I haven't found it. An easily accessible A to Z list of titles would solve this issue.

This is a fantastic idea, though horribly executed. I look forward to the day that I stop getting network connection errors in the app, but can still stream via Chrome, Brave & Firefox on the same device. If I didn't get booted out every 1-15 minutes it would be a great app. I love the service via web browser (though it is very clunky there too, but at least you can view the videos fairly easily in landscape mode), but this app leaves me wanting to just find other ways to stream.

I guess I'm just used to Netflix and Disney plus. I really like when they suggest things I might like based on movies I've watched or liked and when I'm watching a series, how the next episode just starts automatically. Both off those seem to be missing in this app. One final disappointment is that some shows have a progress bar running across the bottom of the screen while the show runs. It would be nice if that wasn't there.

Seems like they want to make this a bad experience. They recently started showing advertisements when you first go to your profile. This is distracting and requires extra clicks to skip. They also removed the 'my list' section from the home screen. This also requires extra clicks to get to the shows I want to watch. Both changes make the experience worse.

Overall amazing, it is a little frustrating when I click on a suggested title related to something I'm watching or interested in and they disappear and have all new titles when I go back. Also when I leave the app it will usually start my show from the beginning and yes it's frustrating. However all the content and quality of shows is so superior to any other streaming service. I don't mind the little kinks all that much, it's just inconvenient.

I have been searching for a lot of these movies for some time with some difficulty since they aren't being made anymore. I do hope there might be some improvement made on some stuttering that I have experienced in some of the older movies (ie. The Best Two Years). Only reason I didn't provide a 5 start rating. Otherwise, this app is perfect!

This is a review of the app, not the content on the app. I am not a fan of this app. It is very hard to enjoy the videos because of some of the apps behaviour. For example, if you pause a video the app closes the video and puts you back to the previous page. This is very frustrating because my progress is lost and instead of unpausing and continuing the video I now have to start over and try and find my place again. Also when I tap while a video is playing is shrinks the video. This is also odd

Blank screen. I had been using the website and it wasn't completely compatible with mobile. screen wouldn't rotate, I couldn't fast forward, no info on the movies just click and it started playing. I was happy to find out their is an app except it's even more disappointing... If I hadn't already been planning to cancel subscription after the free month I definitely am going to now. Too bad since there is so much content wish they would focus on fixing their problems more and less on selling

The content is great. The functionality of the app is way behind other streaming apps. It doesn't have a resume option if you've already started a movie. If you fastforward, it always buffers after every 3 minutes. Once again, the content is great. It's functionality needs a lot of improvement if I'm going to continue with the service.

I love the content and the idea behind the app but 9 times out of 10 it's just a spinning circle that never loads. When I call customer service they just tell me that they're having technical problems. The app is not ready for primetime and until they can keep it from having "technical difficulties" I'm not going to keep renewing my annual subscription.

Crashes at times. Slow or fails to load some pages. When I try to download sometimes it doesn't work at all. Not a huge deal, but I dont like when I watch a show my phone must be oriented a certain way and I dont have the option to rotate it 180 degrees and have the image flip. Usually just an annoying issue when I have a charger connected. I'm still glad to have these videos accessible. I just want the app to run smoother.

Love the content, but the app needs work. It will jump back to the beginning when trying to scroll through to find something to watch. It doesn't save where your are at, so if you don't finish a movie then it starts at the beginning next time. Also, it would be better if it could connect to a tv right from the app, instead of having to screen share my phone to the TV. We would use it a lot more often if we could use it on the tv.

The app is a terrible experience & errors out constantly. Please fix your app! When I go to type in the search field the keyboard closes every time I type a letter. The app freezes often, then force closes. When watching a video using Chrome cast, the player closes (completely) on the phone & you cannot reopen it unless you disconnect, connect & replay the video...until the player closes again. If you are casting & you try searching for another video, the app freezes up every time. S22 Ultra

I love the app and the content provided. I'm having a difficult time casting to the TV. The blue cast symbol comes up on the TV but the show doesnt play. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that helped and it didn't make a difference. It didn't always ' get stuck' at the casting screen. Also before it gets stuck, the TV does show the name of the show I am casting and then goes back to the casting screen.

Sometimes the option to select certain episodes shows up, usually does not. Won't pick up where we left off. Makes it difficult to watch shows. A "Continue Watching" section in each profile would be great. Good shows for the family and totally dig it for that, just hoping for an improved user experience.

I can't download movies on my Google Pixel 7. It wants me to give it permission to my files to do so, but that's not an option under my phone's settings. And several shows keep having technical issues when I try to download specific episodes and telling me "something went wrong, try again" over and over. I've written customer service about it several times, and they're completely unhelpful and kind of rude.

Content is wonderful but the user experience could be better. It seems a lot of people have issues I've had lots of problems on the app. It doesn't let you turn off auto play even if the green toggle is switched off and it only has the option to resume or start over a show that you've been watching on the website. When I click out of a show on the website it goes back and forth instead of taking you right out of the movie that's one thing I like better about the app.
