Buyer beware! Six months after selling my home/ending my mortgage Ruoff attacked my credit report with false reports. One of the stories they gave me was because they had bad communication with a client of theirs. Not my fault. Very rude employees often giving me multiple different stories. After months of neglect they finally fixed it. But I never received compensation and the business never paid any consequences. Lots of hourly employees who don't care who their mistakes hurrt. Buyer beware!

It's literally just the mobile website. The app doesn't appear to give any more functionality than that.

Login button leads to a blank white screen that doesn't load. Can't use the app if I can't log in 🤷🏼 Using on Android on a Samsung Galaxy for reference

Was great before the makeover, NOW you can't login without saying forgot password It doesn't show your progress AND most of the time nothing comes down to view when clicked on !!! Only giving 1 star because I have too😕

So the app itself was nice. Made the process a little more smooth. The agent(s) Jennifer Goins and her assistant Brooke however were rude, distant, and made me feel as if I were a burden. The phone was never answered when I tried calling and my messages (email and text) were responded to sometimes days later if at all. If you get either of these people as your agents for your own sake ask for someone else.
