Iam already write review why don't build app in particular standard.what iam trying to say you need to develop every bank interest after pandamic and build the option providing Comparison through best interest providing bank .One of the thing i found interface was really awwful you need to develop with logos . change interface like Paytm with simple and understandble

Where is the saved loan files. Good but still short in some areas. Ok found, can u make like deposits ends at x yr or mth, then cont on without deposit in the compound interest. Tks good app. Wonder why i didnt see the tab save in the beginning. Haha.

Awesome app. Great for figuring out loans and prepayments. Only thing to add would be option of bi-weekly and weekly payment schedule calculations.

App is best. But there is my querry about compound interest calculation.below i have explain my issue for your reference and understand. Let Lum sump amount 100 then every year i invest 100 with the CI 10 % yearly.after one year amount will be (100 ls+10 interest+100 regular deposit) 210.but in ur formula it gives 220 which is wrong . Kindly explain and reply.

It's a great app! Honestly I liked the older version a little better because I preferred the older interface & it had fewer ads. However it's still great!

Calculations are very versitile. A good feature is the ability to email results however, the emailed results are in html format. A more user friendly format such as excel or csv would be very useful.

The app is simple, fast and uncluttered and does what's needed beautifully ... The best part is that ads aren't showed up your face every now and then ... I hope developers doesn't change the app unnecessarily and don't irritate users with ads the future

Super app. Does exactly what I need. If I were in college studying advanced math, I'd need a BA 10 type for it's advanced functions. But this Loan Calculator is simple and works flawlessly. Thank you!

This is a great app, with fantastic functionality. 4 stars because the free version doesn't work on my Samsung S20FE, due to the ads. The Pro version of the app gives no problems at all.

Is there a feature to find difference between 2 dates including days of month, and calculate interest automatically, which can be used to calculate gold loan for example. If not can you please add it. Apart, this app is too good. Thank you.

Best app to calculate your home loan, add variable interests, pre or extra payments and save it to a profile. Light weighted app, smooth and ewsy to use. One suggestion is to add features to export the yearly and montly reports to pdf or excel rather than just supporting html would.be much helpful. Thank you!

Simple. Does what you expect it to and rather intuitive. Only question I had was the definition of the 'regular deposit term' field right after the 'regular deposit' field. But went ahead and the results were great. Displays in summary, chart, and graph formats

4/5 This app is very good at what it does. It could do with a little refinement/polish but the bones are good. I've found it very handy when roughing out ideas for panning my retirement, I will use spreadsheets and a formal financial plan for the next steps. And it fits in your pocket! :-) The one and two star ratings say more about the "user" than the app; there is no patch, code, or mod' for human stupidity. Reading some of the reviews, frankly, leaves me worried for the future of humankind.

This App is quite good, and has a great potential to be great. • I will surely give 5★ rating and will definitely purchase this App if (as requests) ➠ 1. there's a Loan Categorization ➺ Cash Loan, Mortgage, Automotive Loan, and Home Loan, 2. has "Daily" & "Weekly" range tenure to accommodate (very) short-term loans, 3. has "Down Payment" feature for Car/Home Loans, 4. has more varied and more specific additional payments such as: Loan Insurance, Admin Fee, Tax, Discount, etc. • Thank You!

Hi there..good improvements but however now the printscreen scroll doesnt work now. This is when your search criteria is i.e 30 years and the results will take on more than one page and we have to scrool further down to see the entire results. We cannot printscreen it into one single screenshot anymore unlike the precious version. Hope that you can fix this too. Many thanks.

Fantastic and simple. One thing I'd like to see included is adding an additional savings metric with the compound interest. For instance, I'll save a certain amount every month but also, I'll deposit my tax return every year as well. So an additional field to enter an amount and a time, similar to additional payments on your mortgage. Thank you.

I've tried multiple loan and interest calculators and this one is by far the best. I was looking for extra options like, "how many months will I save by contribution an X amount more?" or, "what's the yearly breakdown of interest vs. principal paid?", etc. this calculator had a lot of thought put into it. I have no doubts the developers or the team has financial systems background, due to the level of details and the things you would think, "i wonder if this will calculate (that)?" and it does!
