Dumb! Was looking for a mortgage calculator so I downloaded this. Could never get the silly thing to switch from calculating the term from months to years! Uninstalled after 15 mins of wasted time!

Very handy the have. As Realtor I need to be able to give payment data for customers who will be seeking financing. Generally they are pre-qualified, but sometimes we need to make adjustments.

When I think about buying something I can decide the true cost, it's worth to me, is it's. Value worth financing. Just by running the numbers. Saves me lots of money because I don't think the value is there, I don't buy it. Not just large items but small items too.

Time for a smarter app. 4 years! later app STILL won't accept 0% interest rate. The claim of 'improved app' is overrated. Now >2 YEARS later. Bugs still present; (2019/5) preset values do not clear when new value is entered. app will not accept 0% interest rate.
