TERRIBLE COMPANY AND BUSINESS PRACTICES! STEALING MONEY !! They "auto renewed" and charged my credit card without me ever approving it for over 3 years. Over 1000$ dollars. Never give them any info or credit card info no matter what.

Excellent!! This app allows me to login to my digital computer that I run and release errors so it will keep running. It rarely shuts down, unlike Team Viewer and I'm extremely happy with how it works!!

Z Fold 5 has green screen when connecting to remote computers. Doesn't work at all. One of the main selling points of this phone and it doesn't work.

I purchased this app for a one-time cost of $29.99 but LogMeIn arbitrarily changed my license to a subscription and then disabled the functionality I originally paid for. They have no honor and out of principal I will give them no more money.

I'm trying to log in from a KNOWN device and as an extra security step the program sends a code to the email I'm trying to remote into! If I could get into that email, why would I be using this app!? Illogical!!! I'm stuck home and now I can't work too! Thanks for nothing LogMeIn!

I use LogMeIn Central to access our entire network at work which has allowed me the freedom to work from home. The vast array of utilities provided for IT is exceptional and continues to be improved upon.

Cryptic error messages are difficult to diagnose. "That was your logmein ID" when in fact, I did use my corporate ID to log in, but the domain had changed. That would have been easier to detect and troubleshoot instead of a lazy error catch

Fantastic Tool. Have been using it since 2006 and it continues to offer more features. The pro version was adopted by our office a few years back and gives us access and tools to meet customer's needs.

They charged incredibly way too much to access your computer from your phone then they discontinued the free online access altogether unless you pay for the monthly service plan I Can't maintain confidence in their billing and infrastructure to suggest them long term.

This app has issues with my Samsung galaxy 8. When I log into the computer I'm working on at work it won't recognize on my phone when I click on something. I have to back out of the app then go back in to see the change, or what I clicked on. When I use the app on my I- Pad I don't have these issues. But I need this app more on my phone for when I'm out and about. I didn't use to have this issue but over the last 6 to 8 months it started. Please help.

Most recent update causes the app to chew your battery even when open. LogMeIn blames your phone, despite this happening on multiple different devices. Claimed it was because we showed a screenshot of the battery usage indicator. This sort of response probably explains why the desktop app has had bugs that remain in fixed for many years now.

Unable to connect on my phone. Shows the "connecting" message, but unable to get in. Look at the client on the pc and it shows a remote control is in session. Had no issues with the app and on pc for the past 6 months. No changes were made. Why is there an issue arising now?

Used to be okay. Now whenever I try to use it to remote into a computer it constantly freezes and kicks me out. I thought something was wrong with the host computer. But if I go to the log me in website it works fine. But the website's super clunky. I see why everybody has switched to splashtop. It sucks too but at least it's cheap.

This app works surprisingly well on my Chromebook, as there is no native application for it. It even recognizes input from a computer mouse, all except for clicking with the center scrolling wheel (as opposed to actually scrolling). This is needed in this age of working from home. If this functionality were added, I'd give it 5 stars.

I like LogMeIn but I wish you could organize your computer structure in a tree format like Active Directory if you wanted to. It would help with managing multiple facilities easier. Also having a more robust way of remotely turning on laptop and tablet PCs that are on individual home networks across the country without the need to have a second PC on that network to send the wake up packet.

It works well just like the desktop app. Disconnects every time you swap to another app, which is a huge pain. I feel like this can be and needs to be fixed. I rely on LogMeIn for my work and I spend an hour or more every day working in this app. Please fix the timeout / disconnect issue! We pay for this product, and it works great except constantly having to log back in every time you open a text message or anything else.

As a small market radio station, we began using Logmein in 2014. Recently switched to Splashtop from Logmein Pro due to insane pricing increases. Logmein went from free to $99(Totally understandable). Then from $99 to $249(Ouch). Then from $249 to $349(Whoa). This last jump from $349 to $899 is simply too much. I would've changed to something else after the last price hike, but didn't have the time to research a new solution. I'd pay $249 all day over the $99 for Splashtop as Logmein is sleeker and more user friendly, but being a Non-profit, we just can't justify the tremendous increase in cost.

Garbage. I pay $1500 a year and I have not been able to see the mouse cursor on any of my remote machines, from this android app, for a while now. Extremely difficult to use, in fact, it's really just unusable. Over 10 years I've used this software. It was perfect in early versions. Great job ruining it. You won't be getting a renewal from me this year.
