Do not worked at all here in Brazil. It just kept trying to stream, but this did not work.

Works as intended though no way to make the camera focus manually. Only auto focus.

Worked well for the technician helping me. First time I heard of it and they have to give you a pin when helping you.

Worst application, get freeze & close whn we start recording the screen in rescue lense session.. unable to capture any details.. every user is complaining the same about this application..

Used it for the first time. The Lenovo "rescue technician" gave instructions to follow. What she understood I do not know but she sounded quite satisfied. The application worked therefore it must be good. Though it took a lot of my time to get the system examined.
