I see why there are a lot of 1-star reviews. This app's dev team might benefit from user acceptance testing. Closing the app while an order is active with a coupon code entered caused the code to remain stuck on that order. Reloading the app makes you start a new order, so the code is no longer usable, though it will still be shown on the account to tease you. Was looking forward to trying out that fish sandwich but it will have to wait til that first order times out I guess.

This app has caused so much frustration in the past with not allowing me to pay and what not. I use the app to get the rewards which I tried to use 150 coins for an extra piece of fish. It ended up taking all 300 that I had, and I still had to pay for the extra piece of fish. I'm done with the app. Why else use it but for the "rewards"? There really should be a zero or negative 1 star option for these problems, because 1 star is generous.

They have an offer for free individual fries with a $5 purchase. Offer ends 7/06. Ive done this offer once about a month ago. Ive been through the menu loads of times. They removed the individual fries from the menu so they don't have to give out free fries! Ive taken screenshots. And just an FYI I don't need to update the app. Terrible scam!

Offers in the app become invalid once applied EVEN if you don't check out and do not use it in check out!!! I created an order and applied the correct "offer" to the order, which was reflected in the checkout total. Decided to wait until after the lunch crowd thinned out a little, reopened the app about 20 minutes later, and the order was GONE! So, I created exactly the same order, and when I tried to apply the "offer" discount, the app said, "Invalid, offer applied in another order"...SMH!🤬

1. Requires credit card entry - no option for payment providers like Google Pay, PayPal, etc. 2. Received cookie notification popups while trying to make payment. 3. Vague response that order had been placed. No order #. Nothing in order history. 4. Store gave me someone else's order when I picked up. Terrible experience from start to finish. That's what I get for giving 2nd chances. ;)

This app made me rage quit my order and go to the Arby's Drive Thru next door. The checkout/payment system is ridiculous. You can only add a card by placing an order, so if it "can't find the order" in your cart after you enter the card there's no way to pay. After that, it won't allow your coupon because it is "on another transaction". I would give it negative stars. Infuriating waste of time after what was a pretty easy ordering process. Note: All app users give it 1 or 2. 5s are for food.

The app was very poorly programmed by people who don't know how to build apps. Every time I have tried using the app, some major error has either prevented me from ordering entirely or I get an incorrect order. The rewards system has never worked but it certainly deducts points without fail while simultaneously preventing you from obtaining a reward item. This app will put the final nail in the coffin of a chain restaurant that has been on the verge of failure for a very long time.

I have had multiple issues using this app. Today I added items to my cart and then applied the related coupon at checkout, no issue at first. I went to another tab to reply to a text. This caused the Long Johns app to crash. So I reopened the app to find my order wiped out. So I added everything to my cart again. This time when checking out, I kept getting an error message when adding the coupon, that it was already in use on another order. I cleared my cache and data, same result. Sigh...

Really unimpressed with the app. First time downloading, there should have been a reward available, there was not. Also the only way to get rewards is through the app only, you can't scan a receipt or give the cashier a code that allows you to use coupons or get points. And when I tried to create an order in the app that should have earned me a freebie, it said it didn't qualify. Not worth the space it takes up on my phone, so I'm uninstalling it.

Hot mess of an app. I have to delete and enter my card info EVERY time I go to place an order because it sticks on the card selection screen. This apparently is an ongoing problem as there are reports of it in other reviews going back several months. The "Special Instructions" box is a joke, you can put 20ish characters in there at most. I'm currently not impressed, they need to do better as there are far less frustrating food apps out there.

awful. from beginning to end. The reward program is a bait and switch - so far, I have attempted to redeem 3 rewards. none work. so that's useless. the system supposedly allows you to save a credit card - no, it doesn't. it forgets them every time you go more than 24 hours without logging in. no digital wallets are supported. the stores get SUPER angry if you order, don't see the sauces in the app, then ask for them once you get there. just really half assed.

As much as I enjoy the food, the app & website for this place is very poor. The entire rewards system is broken, and I've never gotten what I've earned. They have a section for order history that is always blank, so there's no way to track what rewards I'm supposed to have. Even after placing an order, and weeks after picking it up, the app will still say they are preparing an order that doesn't even show up in the order history. There's also basically nothing on the offers page. Needs revamp.

This app is a busted mess. Half the time, it doesn't load all available offers. Whenever I try to pay, it will not let me use a saved card and just freezes on that screen. So then I have to reeenter the card. And now, after dealing with all of the nonsense and specifically selecting a location to order from after finoshing checkout, it changed my order location back to the location closest to where I am not the location I selected and is close to my destination. No way to cancel an order in app.

Clicked rewards, tapped on my rewards to see what it was and it added it to my cart. Cannot be removed. Support doesn't exist, their desktop website does not work at all, will instantly freeze if you try to access it. The contact them page also does not work, and their phone number does not work either. Please, don't use the app, just order in person. Maybe I'm just hangry but man I have never been more upset with an apps performance before.

the app is good for ordering, but should have a feature to scan receipts for times you are not ordering from the app. For example. I ordered from drive-through and the cashier was not able to give me credit for the purchase. Stated they were new and didn't know how. To be honest, if not ordering from the app, most cashiers will not ask if you are a member.

Terrible app, the first thing is it always says to update app, but it never updates it just opens. the second and most important thing is no matter what offer you have, when you go to the checkout and try to add the offer, YOU CANT ADD ANYTHING!! it always says you're not meeting the requirement or not the proper order. if my offer has a $6 minimum purchase and I try to order $20 worth of stuff I still can't add the offer it says requirement of $6 not met. I'll go somewhere else !!

They have absolutely no customer service. I contacted them 15 time about an issue and was ignored. They don't care if they stay in business or not. The app's offers features don't work. The part where you accept the offer is not available. It won't let you scroll down to accept the offer, and the LJS's customer service ignores me. I contacted the area manager to see if he could help, and he never responded. This is why McDonald's drive thru is full and LJS's is mostly empty.

There was a promotion on the app that said BUY ONE VARIETY PLATTER, GET ONE FREE. So I decided to give it a try. The app clearly showed the discount applied. Yet, when I got to the store and looked at my receipt I was shocked to see I was charged full price instead. I'll be deleting the app. It’s disappointing that they can’t honor what they’re promoting, it's misleading and unfair.

Made a purchase online order, and was absolutely pissed off. After getting home found there were no fries in the 2 dinners. Instead there were extra servings of hush puppies. Pulled the receipt to find a hand written note saying out of fries added extra hush puppies. Nothing was said at the time of pick up. This was not what was ordered or wanted. If something had been said when the order was given out, fries could have been changed to a different side. I want 2 dinners with what I want.

Sweetwater, TN location always has fresh , hot, great tasting food!! The staff are always very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, & professional!! This location is always very clean & although they might not be like other fast food restaurants or locations and take a couple minutes more isn't because they're lazy, or don't care about their customers. In fact it's quite the opposite they're not just reheating things & slinging it in a bag. If they wouldn't eat it they don't expect you to either!
