I checked the app, the wait was 1-15 min and when I clicked "Join Waitlist" the button greyed out but didn't do anything. Decided to just go to the restaurant, which took 15 minutes to drive. Upon arrival, checked the app again and it wouldn't let me join the Wait-list because there was "No Wait". Went in the restaurant to find a 15-25 minute wait, which would have been halved if it had let me join the first time. Also, the host got snarky when I informed him of the discrepancy.

Every time I attempt to log in after a week or so, it tells me that my username and password don't match. I then have reset my password. This happens with all darden apps and is quite infuriating. This is borderline ridiculous.

Can't really modify or sub anything. Very very few options to modify anything. Like you have no ability to sub ranch for blue cheese. Absolutely wild how basic and useless this ap is unless you're ordering with no modifications.

Tried to place order and kept sending me in circles. Couldn't add another meal to order! Had to call the restaurant directly to place the order! Wasted a lot of our time... And that's a lot when you're hungry! Doesn't even have an option to send feedback to the app creators.

Someone needs to fix this app ASAP. I order weekly but am about to quit using Longhorn. It hasn't let me log in for over a week. Plus, when I go to pick up and check in, it won't let me choose spot #3, only 1 or 2, even though those spots are full. Ridiculous. If you can't keep up with your tech, you're in big trouble.

The last couple of times I've used the app to check in it has said no wait. At the restaurant I'm quoted 20 minutes. I walk outside to wait and the app still says no wait. Useless to join the wait list. Also - the app makes me login every time I open it. Doesn't save my password. And you can't copy /paste the password which is difficult when using a password app.

App is constantly glitching, 80% of the times I try to order there's an issue with it and often I can't even finish ordering. Today for instance I wasted nearly 20min of my life trying to unsuccessfully order, because it kept on saying "no payment method selected" despite it very clearly being selected, despite restarting the whole app and order, despite my 2 attempts of re-adding my card info, and not being given any other option other than paying right there with my "unselected" card.

Garbage app is unusable. I can't even create an account. If your zip code starts with zero it just sits there saying that's an invalid zip code! If I attempt to choose a preferred location, it freezes the whole app. Utter garbage! Don't bother! *edit* I tried again and now the app has a screen pop up and say "we found that your device is rooted, please use a different device." My phone is not rooted. I stand by my original review, this app is utter garbage.

The app is junk. Delete it and use the website. However, this only works if you don't have the app on your device. Otherwise, the website links to the app and still won't alow you to click "join waitlist" 3/31/23 Still doesn't work. "Join Waitlist" button is gray and does not allow you to actually join the waitlist. Feature has not worked for almost a year. It searches for the location but doesn't provide the next step to actually see the wait time and add yourself to the list.

This app is now completely useless. When I try to checkout, there are no available times, but they are available online. And since it doesn't show any available times, I can't get to the payment screen to checkout. I ultimately end up having to go into a browser to order, which absolutely sucks on a phone screen. I order Longhorn a lot, but this is starting to be too much of a headache.

The first thing the app did was tell me they were experiencing high volume and to use the website. The reason I DOWNLOADED the app was bc the website was so bad! Neither worked. I tried ordering food for over a half hour with no success. Wish I could have just called but I guess w the quarantine they have the phones off the hook. Very, very disappointed.

My previous review was 5 stars but something has changed on the app. I used to be able to store my credit card on it and it made using the app so easy. Order and pay at the same time, or if I dine in, pay the bill through the app using the credit card. Now they changed it and you can not add a credit card to the app, only a gift card. Very inconvenient. I'm not sure I will use this app much longer. Longhorn guest relations: please bring back this feature!

Quick and easy once setup. Had to change my review because of the dozen times I've used it twice it submitted some of the wrong items. The first time I thought I was crazy. The second time I screen shot my order and compared it to what I received. Two out of four items weren't even close to what I placed. The manager told me to call rather than use the app.

This app is useless. We used the waiting list option. Went from 30 to 12th on the waiting list, and arrived at the location to check in the hostess. She said the wait did not give you place on the check-in list for the site. It is something corporate does not used by locations. They can't give check ability or an idea how long a wait would be. It seems to be falsely advertising availability. When times are much longer.

It would be a great app if it actually let you place the order. Instead, I got an error that the pick up time "was no longer available". After trying various pick up times, I placed the order on Longhorn's glitchy website. Lo and behold, my original pick up time worked and my order was confirmed. I'm uninstalling this, it's not worth keeping an app that can't place the order like it claims it can.

Super fast and easy to use. I only have a 30 minute lunch break at work, so this just makes it more efficient for me to quickly place an order. The interface is simple and straight forward, however it never registers when I check in. It tells me my check in was received and that a To Go Specialist will be out shortly, but after 10 minutes, I always end up having to call in to pick up anyways. This has occured three times now and puts me close to the line of being late back to work.

Display of the menu is great! Organization and pricing are easy to follow. My first two selections of steak (Flo's Filet, then Ribeye) were unavailable, with message to try again later. After selecting alternatives, and entering my credit card data, the site would not complete the transaction. The message said that the checkout and payment did not match my login. The name and all info were the same but the website did not make the match. I had to old school telephone to make the order.

Use it often, very convenient! Nice website design! Good food for a reasonable price. Steak is their specialty and it's always good, as are the baked potatoes. The to-go side salad is not as good as dinning in at the restaurant, so, I usually get an extra potato instead of salad on the app. Easy to customize your order and add instructions. Please don't forget to tip! The app provides options of tip percentages or a custom amount so its super easy quick but not required.

Giving 2 stars because it used to work well. Love the app to do call ahead and able to just check in without getting out of the car. But the past 2 times using it, I can't get past the screen of showing wait time. It would not let me complete my call ahead. So I ended up having to call the restaurant and wait on hold for a long period of time. Love restaurants that allow call ahead options on the app. Saves so much time and I love to see how long current wait times are. Please fix this glitch.

I hate this app. The time reservations for picking up orders is ridiculous. I live 10 miles up the road from one of the locations... I'm placing an order at 4:30 in the evening and it is forcing me to not be able to pick it up until 5:15 p.m. .. almost an hour it is being lost because I'm using the app. If I call-in they say no problem, and it's ready when I get there ... But if I'm using the app, it literally forces me to wait to get my food which is completely the opposite of the purpose.
