I was recommended this app by a school, and it's so so easy to use. I am so terrible at technology but the team at Loom have thought of everything. Well done, excellent app and so user friendly. I have recommended to my partner and friends. Thank you for my working day easier and its a fun app to!!

Crashes constantly. Disallows me to record or make use of app. Needs multiple extensions to work. Has not helped me with its intended purpose, sadly. Not a good experience.

App kinda sucks because some videos I've recorded have little audio then the app won't allow me to download some 10 minute videos I have to my phone it gives the option but then never downloads the videos.

While the product is good, the app is a bad experience. Despite the fact that I have a Google account associated with my phone, the app is unable to use that and forces me to login to Google again in a browser window, in order to use the Google account with Loom.

Actually one of the best screen recording apps I've used. You can record your face and your screen at the same time and the audio/screen recording quality is actually really good. Immediately five stars and I really recommend this.

My experience with Loom app has been wonderful, the videos are very sharp and clear, the audio is also very clear, the picture quality is awesome, and I love the fact that after I make a video I can get a transcript of the video, I also like loom video because it provides a link to each video I make a application.

I have a oneplus 6 phone and a google pixel 7 pro. I installed it both phone. on my OP6 I have no issue it record my video and audio. But on P7P it only records the video. the audio is muted. both phone permission to use the video and audio are permitted while using the app. so I don't understand why the P7P is not recording the audio? but on the OP6 its all working just fine.

Efficient, accurate. My clients love that they can pause the video, do the edit or adjustment I suggest, then continue. I sometimes project the main points of the note "behind me" and talk through them. Clients appreciate seeing them ahead of time and progressing through. The highlighted mouse/cursor option is a plus. Okay this is obnoxious and I haven't even gotten into the app yet. Created an account by signing in with Google, as forced to do on the website, then didn't get the option to name my workspace as it froze and skipped to the next page. Now I try to get into the app and when I log in with Google credentials, it logs me back out when I click accept on my two factor authentication login, so I can't really get in at all, and I never set an account password. Very annoyed with this so far.

Updated review: With help from support, the issue I had was resolved so I'm updating this review to 4 stars. I would give it 5 if it wasn't for the 5-minute time limit on the free version, most of what I use this app for takes longer than 5 minutes, if they gave us a 20 minute time limit then... but oh well... When I tried recording a video on my Galaxy S22+ the recording cut out when I hit my home button to get to the screen I wanted to record. Why is this?

Great screen recording app... big complaint is how really badly designed the whole user interface is, controls are hard to find, hidden in tiny drop-down menus etc ....On Android, in my library, after trying tap and hold etc, you have to launch the recording, and there's icons for download from cloud, share, etc, But no delete! I finally found it hidden in teeny tiny drop down (2mins... *more*) Even when you end a screen recording, you land on my activity page... where's the video i just recor

Recorded a video longer than 5 minutes and it disappeared. No warning when coming up to 5 min. Whole video gone. Recorded videos shorter than 5 minutes. Failed to process every single time (did 3 videos before I realized I couldn't play anything back). It doesn't do its basic use case correctly. Very disappointed; wish I didn't have to leave a 1 star but this deserves it.

I'm not actually using this to send anybody messages but I have been practicing my video and audio presence as a matter of professional improvement and I love it. It's helping me so much. I only make videos available to those who are specifically added. I wish there was a default complete privacy mode. I also wish there was an AI remixer to to help me create polished videos from a bunch of ramble.

Wow, I detest this program. It really needs to provude a 10 second delay when you're recording a screen plus talking. Anything less than that does not provide enough time to get from the Loom screen to the document and set the phone down to record video, too. I am using the Android app and it sucks.

I have had a great experience recording meetings with Loom on my devices. I was especially pleased when I discovered I could record on my phone as well 👏👏👌 Pretty cool. Only downside is when there is a glitch while recording it no audio it would be helpful if there was a way to be notified that no audio is being recorded. It is disappointing to finish recording and discover there was no audio recording which defeats the purpose for recording 😕. Apart from that great application!

I have the paid version and it was great, until a couple months ago. Now my android app is NEVER working. I had 3 videos I tried to record last week, all less than 3 minutes, and they still aren't uploaded. I use my phone far more than the desktop version and have since I bought the subscription. This is a huge part of my business and this is getting completely ridiculous. My app is updated to most recent version. When it stopped saving videos they were originally able to retrieve them, but then

The app is actually not the bad on moble! It not only records camera and audio but also it doesn't take up space when you recrd videos longer than 10 minutes. The issue with his app to me is that when I have video that are like 28 minutes long from 6-10 days ago it tells me "Faild to export video, check you wifi" But my wifi is fine and working. Then when recorder, it also shuts itself of randomly without even a warning, or some type of notification. After a while it gets irritating..
