Unable to create or save items in wishlist. When you add items to wishlist, it shows that iat is added but when you go to my wishlist. Nothing is saved

Nice app! My only feedback is to work on the synchronization code between the app and online. My wishlist is never the same on both.

The app downloads even for users out of the UK which I do not understand why and has no option to set your location to correct country you actually reside. I wonder how come most EU countries can shop online but Switzerland! Truly disappointed from a legacy.

I hate it. Always shows items sold out. There is never a smooth checkout. I have to call for almost everything. How about only showing available items, Tease?

I like the app when it works properly. Lately when I check out, my shopping cart no longer loads up and I cannot cash out. I have to end up going to the site in order to make my purchases

Barely works. I can't seem to search anything. It just loads....and never searches. The app is also slow. The buttons don't work either.

This app will not update ever and it never opens or works I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it cleared cache nothing seems to fix this problem. Fix this ASAP!!! With all the technology today it should work with all I've tried to do already. Not happy

I am trying to look at my repair assessment, but when I click on that, I am taken to this charming web site, which is not for a nanosecond helpful. Trying to get a repair done is one of the most tedious things I have ever encountered in commerce.

App is pretty shotty, and doesn't work half the time and the representatives you talk to literally are the worst 90% of the time. But that might be an LV error and not the App.. sad to say but tradesy is easier to use.

I used to go to the LV store all the time then covid hit and I didnt really know who to shop on the website and the app made it so much easier I can track my orders,Find things i could find in the store, and get customer service 😅. lol jk but it's really help ful if ur a regular customer✌

The app is good but the products are over-priced. I won't dare to give it 2 stars because there's always a problem (409 error, pls, try again) trying to submit registration details. Products like this is what competitors make second version (counterfeit/imitation) about and sell at cheaper rate. I think Louis Vuitton should try & beat down the price in order to get more patrons else I'm waiting for top magazines to list him as the world's most richest man...

It's okay but really slow and buggy. Some buttons aren't responsive, or you have to close the app and then reopen it and click on the button again for it to respond. It's good that they have fantastic customer service via phone but the app is a poor replacement/supplement.

Not luxury. Just expensive. Purchased shoes and a bag that quickly developed issues. If you don't live near a store they require you submit a ticket for repair through the app. Simply received a reply saying "our items do not carry a lifetime guarantee, we invite you to come shop at one of your stores." What a scam. I'm even willing to pay for repairs but they opt to screw over customers instead. Never again.

There is absolutely having a problem loading the products for TOO LONG FOR LIKE HOURS when I'm browsing EVEN if I reset my phone, close the app and open it again, etc. Only 4 products are shown om the list or whatever category IT'S TAKING TOO LONG TO LOAD OTHER PRODUCTS. I. 👏 Am. 👏 Dis! 👏 Ap! 👏 Point! 👏 Ed! 👏 BUT when I use Google app your website works better and faster than this app... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ONNN.

I had a very bad experience with the after sales service. I bought a wallet and it has a defect in it and tried to exchange it although I have the bill, they said they will fix it and takes from 3 to 6 month and pay fees too. And I don't have a store in my country, should I book a flight and travel to bring it back after 6 months!!

I'm unable to create an acct. It keeps kicking me back to the create an account page when I try to enter the verification code from my email. I've sent 2 emails to customer service and still haven't got a response. I'm trying to make an appt to get my LV bag repaired and cleaned!!

I frequently encounter error messages when using the Louis Vuitton app, which makes the experience frustrating. Even more disappointing is the quality of the merchandise. I purchased the Berri PM believing I was investing in a high-quality bag, yet it is already showing significant deterioration. This is extremely disheartening and not what I expected from Louis Vuitton.
