Been shopping here for a while. Today a big bug made it give it one star. I spent 2 hours placing an order only for the Payment method I always use not to work. Then everything I had on the cart was erased. What a waste of time... Terrible experience. I'm not even putting the effort in trying to find what took me two hours in the first place.

Doesn't allow to change the language. I choose Sweden as the lounge but then I'm forced to have the app in Swedish and there's no option to have the interface in English. It forces me to use the web version since there I can use the browser's translation. 1 star since it's a deal breaker for me. Another critique: when choosing the delivery point it doesn't allow to auto fill the fields to look for a delivery point with my already saved address. This UX could be improved.

I like Zalando Lounge's app and the quality of the offers. The app is good, clear, and excellent for interaction but has the same problem as others apps: a fixed language to a region. I live in the Netherlands, but I don't speak Dutch yet. Then, sometimes it is tough to interact with the app, specially in the payment process.

for me an app that does not list where the product is made in, and where the owner company is located in, is a useless app. I need to know these two things so that I can avoid certain countries.

I made a purchase of very hard to find stuff on this app. I waited 2 weeks and my parcel was returned back to Zalando because DHL lost my package and no one could answer my questions exactly where my parcel was. zalando customer care was totally not helpful. I then had to fill in forms and get a refund. I was totally unhappy with this.

love the savings, Quality sometimes is a bit off. I had a few t shirts with stains or torn show laces etc. quality could be improved.

The app works very well, it'sreliable. You find good deals from great brands. The delivery times are sometimes too long, but within the expected delivery timeframes.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cancelled Reservation Dear Customer Service, I reserved a pair of Skechers sneakers and extended the reservation by 20 minutes. However, when I returned to complete my purchase, the sneakers had been removed from my cart. I was disappointed because I wasn’t notified that the extension wasn’t valid or that the item could be sold to someone else. I kindly request that the item be made available again at the same price, and I hope you can improve your reservation proces

Disturbing! Once installed, you can't stop buying stuff! 🤣 You shoul add "search" option. If it is impossible to give all the details of the products, at least give us the exact names or codes, so we can find them.

Fast & Furious checkout. Extremely easy to navigate, find what you are looking for with ease. Relocate your previous items of interest. Fantastic reduction on the usual price of items. I recommend shopping using the Zalando app.

can't search if you tab away and go back to the app, it will bring you back to the top of the list when items I have bought previously become available again, they keep being on top of my list, how does that make sense?! A lot of discounts are not really discounts and you can find the items cheaper, especially electronics

There is a big problem with the payment feedback. It said that the PayPal payment could not be made, and I needed to choose another way to pay or cancel it. Nevertheless, I cancelled the payment, the full amount was processed. I am waiting now to see what is going on.

I've had this app for many years and it keeps getting worse. They used to have different campaigns with different titles that had different products. Now, everything is more or less the same, products show up throughout multiple campaigns, even a year later they're still being recycled here with marginal price drop. And it's so hard to find anything because "nice dresses" is followed by "exclusive dresses" followed by "must have dresses"and they include also shows in it! Frustrating UX!
