Biometric authentication broken on Android. To set it up, it prompts me to insert my password, but the password's text box is not clickable.

Is this a scam? Had issues with getting registered, still got charged $1 and can't login. An email was supposed to be sent for a password reset but has not been delivered.

Got an upgrade from my bank but lounge key won't accept the new card. I simply get an error message indicating there was an error with my card. Can't find seem to find any support email.

Lot of details for a simple app. Strict rules about username but they don't tell you the rules, so you need to try all sorts of combinations before you get one....one you'll now never remember

Just a horrible experience, from the app and their website. Slow, buggy, and will not allow me to update my card.

I really can't rate my more than excellent app, it does help a lot to find the lounges worldwide and gives you an idea of about what you expect in the lounge.

Poor quality. The terms of use are really confusing and don't reflect what you experience in reality. It gives unnecessary headache and long interaction with their support

Cannot search lounges. Keeps saying something went wrong. Used it 2 weeks ago and accessed a lounge. That is also not reflecting in the history. Very frustrating! ☹️...... After trying repeatedly and failing, I penned the above, then went back, and suddenly it worked. There is some gremlin in the system.

I registered now and was charger USD1 twice upon registration. I recall was told there are no charges for Visa cards and don't understand why 1USD twice charged.

I must be lucky not to have any issues with the app. For me it's a bit limited to finding lounges only though as I still show my cc to enter the lounges. Previously my usual lounge didn't have the option to pre-book so having it now is useful but I'm disappointed I have to pay extra £6

This app is a joke, can't register, one card just gives unknown error, second one not accepted, other one just gets rejected. [UPD] thanks for your scripted useless reply. I would contact support if you would put a link to contact into your "fabolous" app.

It's ok when it's working but it's very glitchy and keeps crashing/hanging. It does not work with a VPN on but even without one it's very unreliable for such a simple app.

App a bit slow. Had to close it and reopen to finish registration process.. then they charged me 1 USD once done.. Not sure for what.. If its for verification, it should be refunded right away.. waiting.. I hope its refundable cause I could have just kept on using my card without the app for free.. They should inform the customer ahout it beforehand.

The app is good but has some limitations. For instance, I can't search if a lounge offers Halal food. It would be nice to be able to filter lounges instead of checking each one. And some aren't updated to indicate this.

Just downloaded this and tried to register my visa platinum card for a new account. Can't get past the CAPTCHA loop going round in circles. Refuses to light up the verify button. Now I'm locked out. Yes I am overseas at the moment which is the very reason I'm trying to join. I travel a lot which is supposed to be the point of this app.

The App is not working properly. When I try to create an account it got stopped 3 times with 'something went wrong' notification. I got charged 3 times for registering whereas all 3 times were unsuccessful (the charges were refunded later) Similarly when I wantes to activate fingerprint longin the App needed my password but the password area is frozen.
