Lost all of the other games I had, and money I had spent because they put them on this 'convenient' app. The stories and art were nice, but not worth essentially having to rebuy anything and everything I had. It takes too long to earn the currency to bother trying to get them again. Extremely disappointed and frustrated, as I had spent quite a lot of money in the other applications.

I love the games since I've been playing them for years, and I especially adore how you can transfer your old apps into this one to keep them altogether, however, along with several others, Im having transfer data problems with the issues of expiration dates and using the right transfer codes. Otherwise, I love how this app helps save storage space on my phone.

Personally, I have enjoyed many of the stories, & I don't mind the new app. It is a little confusing at first, but can be figured out. My negative rating is in regards to the change to the new app from the individual apps. Before the switch I had purchased- slowly over time - nearly 50% of all stories that had existed, including the 2nd season's, and the extras. Yet they did not carry over to the new app and I have essentially lost over $100 in the process. This is poor service at its finest.

I used to love these stories, but recently I realized that many things are mediocre. The MC has the same look and personality in almost every title, they reuse backgrounds so much that it's noticeable, the art style seems about the same in every title, and some stories just aren't interesting. I think the team for the app may be small, but it'd be nice if there was more variety between characters, art style, etc. It's not bad, and I can enjoy most stories, but the other elements are very "meh"

I got the update 2 days ago and it worked fine. Today I opened the app and now I can't load any stories. I can get to the title page just fine, and see the "continue" and "prologue" buttons. But when I tap on "main stories", the screen goes blank-- sort of. I can still see the UI, there's just no main stories listed, somehow. Every title I go to yields the same result.

I was hoping this might be like a simplified 'library' of voltage stories but it's much more complicated than I thought. Before, you could buy individual routes for characters you fancied. Not just a one time deal. A WHOLE ROUTE you could read over and over again. Now it's more like the other apps that need passes and hearts to progress in a story. I tossed $100+ at the company before it all evaporated when they deleted the apps. No longer a unique app.

I really loved all the stories I've purchased throughout the years, but with the changes and with the sudden realization that if you don't have your transfer ID with you at all times and you get a new phone? Say bye bye to all your purchases if you get rid of the phone you had the app on. I wish there was a more secure way, like having a login that saved your datas instead of an ID we might forget to keep safe. Be cautious, everyone! Stories are cute and drawings are beautiful for the most part!

BEFORE UPDATE: Very well thought out and organized. User friendly and most of the stories are really well written. NOW: Same stories so same review on that end, but now all the stories are in one location, not organized at all, I preferred when they categorize them. It made it so much easier to find what I had a flavor for that day. This app still has quite a few good features, like 3 free monthly stories and unused monthly access passes that now let's you save unused passes up to 5.

New year new review, so this app is massive, in regards they keep adding new stories. And hey once you become involved you understand why. The story is based on love so each ending can be happy or very happy. But it's about the characters then way they all intersect. I would start with anything you want. The buttons are straight forward. Game flow easy to understand. And yes this makes time move very fast. Go ahead and dive in. Oh and there are reviews for each person not just the overall story.

There is a lot of content to explore, free and paid. Of course, the free chapters (or episodes) are a hook for us to buy the complete story so expect to spend money to get the full experience. *Since the last update in January 2022 the app has a lot of glitches. It closes when accessing brand new stories; there's no way to access the Secret Door after it has been opened once even if the app crashed. I really hope they fix this. It's annoying.

I've been a Voltage fan for a while. All of the separate games that you guys decided to fit into one app were free except the microtransactions to gets a main story for one of the characters. That I could deal with. But unfortunately now it's just one big ball of bs and microtransactions. not only do you have to pay more often for a story, but you have to pay to get "hearts" to make certain choices. Seeing all of that just makes, not only me, but a lot of fans disappointed.

I used to really, really like this app. The new UI is much harder to navigate and is not super intuitive. It's hard to find where you can find just the straight title list. Honestly, It took me 10 minutes to find it (it's under search) if I only wanted to read the stories from the most popular titles... well, I've already done that. I think a lot of people who have been with the app since launch are in the same place, especially as they are constantly advertised at the loss of other titles.

I love this game, and have been supporting it doesn't the pass 6 years. I purchased hundreds of dollars worth in stories, and even when it was deleted due to some account issue back then, I did not complain. However, since I started buying the monthly pass, it's been a mess and I feel like they're robbing me. I didn't have the chance to use 2 of my passes last month and instead of carrying it over like any normal company, they cleared my passes and charged me anyways. This is horrible. Having supported them for so long, I feel like Voltage is just trying to take my money without giving me my benefits. Will cancel this. Fair warning to others, use up your passes monthly or you'll lose money. It's not cheap either, $9 a month for three stories only. Thanks for the fun time I guess, won't be returning to spend anymore money until this issue is fixed.

The stories are great. However, there are a few HUGE issues: getting enough coins to read the story. You watch 2 ads a day for the chance to spin a wheel. The highest you can get is 10 coins a spin, which is nearly impossible after doing this for over a year. The vast majority of the time, I get 2 coins. The cost of a chapter? 100 coins. That's not even counting the hearts some stories require so you can unlock good choices, which you can only get through money. The app constantly crashes too!

I have been playing this game on and off for a few years now and this is my second account since I forgot my password for the other account. While I love the stories, one thing that really bothers me is the app closing on itself. Sometimes it will go to the loading page and then immediately back out. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it so many times but it does not seem to fix the issue.

For the past month or so, I've been having a hard time getting the app to work. It keeps either immediately crashing or being unresponsive. Having been a vip pass holder practically from day one and spent quite a bit to purchase stories, the inability to use the app, at least on Android OS which I own, is more than a little irritating. And it doesn't matter whether I'm on strong wifi or data. It will not work.

I really loved these stories but the most recent update makes it harder to navigate. I seem to get so frustrated just trying to get to the story page to see if there had been any updates. The updates for new stories take forever anymore and some they just have completely forgot about. I find myself reading less of this app anymore. It's also getting more expensive. This is a step bank in my opinion. Quite dissapointed!

Horrible customer service. Decent titles. Love Choice is incredibly expensive but has the best writing unfortunately. Stories feel incomplete and make no sense without paying for the scenes. Also low rating due to: I had apparently missed the window for transferring my old purchases over (I had stopped playing for a year). And despite showing proof of purchases they wouldn't reinstate them. Over $100 gone. So remember, they can, they will, and have just removed games you paid for.

Update: After having lost everything due to a transfer error, I gave up on the game for a while. Out of curiosity, I came back and tried again several months later. It worked this time and everything restored perfectly. I'm still taking a star off because of the negative experience and lack of support. And another star since the game is rather expensive for what it is. The stories are well written with likeable characters, though. It has a pleasant art style and great music as well.

I have a love/hate relationship with this app. The stories are decent to good, but the app performance is horrible, which is even worse because there isn't much to it. It's slow, it's clunky, navigation is a nightmare, trying to filter stories just crashes the app and account management is insanely unreliable so it's super easy to lose your purchases. There's also no special deals or anything. No "buy 1000 coins get 100 free", if you watch an ad you only get 1, 2, or 10 cents. That's it
