I have been trying to login In opensooq I have gave my number on which they send code. but I did t receive code and I am so frustrated 😠 😡 👿 😤 I have been trying to log in for the past 3 days and still it ain't showing.Pls reply or s3nd mail.

DELETING THIS APP IS THE BEST THING TO DO!! SCAMMER ALERT!! THIS APP IS VERY UNSAFE!! ZERO STAR FOR THIS APP AS A SELLER!! I am a selling my stuffs and have buyer who already paid in your system.. but to received that i need to have 1,000 in my bank acct.. WHY??

Useless try to register but the app gets stuck when tried 2 to 3 times started giving me the message that I exceeded my registration attempts.

as an app it's excellent. the three stars come because it has ridiculous restrictions for the debit cards. it essentially only works with Bahraini banks. rubbish

When I tried to log in, the app first asked for my mobile number to verify it via WhatsApp. After I verified it, it then asked for my email address. I’m already registered with this email, but the app won’t let me sign in — it keeps refusing my email, saying it’s already in use.

Instead of being a safe marketplace, the platform feels unsafe and full of fraud attempts. Unless OpenSooq strengthens its security, improves scam detection, and makes reporting easier, I cannot recommend it.

A buyer contacted me. He sent me a harmful link, so I wanted to report him to save others using the app, but could not find a button or way to report a harmful link or message. When I sent an email to the customer service, their reply is: Report the ad!!!!!!! The ad is mine. I'm the one who's selling, not buying. Another similar buyer contacted me again a few days ago. It's a very unsafe app.

1. Sellers can easily make ads with wrong info and OpenSooq doesn't work on fixing it. wrong info may include the cars' year, model, price, and make leading to inaccurate search results and extra time consuming effort. 2. EV vehicles' filters for driving range and battery capacity are too wide and do not give the user a chance to filter long ranged cars by their driving range, same for fuel cars' engine size filters. 3. Year slider filter keeps resetting to zero while moving it. More later...
