At 1st i rated at 5 stars, followed your fb page but it seems that the "Contact Us" tab aint working and everytime i click on it the just restart. How would players claim their bonus diamond and following if theres a problem with your app.

Game is rigged, players are chosen to win and lose like a certain player gets lucky 9 everytime he/she is the banker and another player loses everytime he/she is the banker and the rest of the players get lucky 9 for the banker to lose big and no matter how long the person who lose wait, he/she will still lose unless he/she switches table... It's so dumb

I don't recommend this game. after a long day to get 105 sodexo pass to convert 100 load they don't give you and then suddenly say Sorry, the exchangeable quantity of this product has reached the limit today, please try again tomorrow and after that I try and try nothing happened it is scam play lucky 9 zingplay instead of this trash.... #SCAM!

just give 3 stars because for me this app is nice gaming apps but i have something to noticed about sharing a winning picture moment !and it says you will recieve 5 go coins but how many times i did this and no 5go coins happened to recieve?? one more thing i'll go to contact on help center chat but chatting is not available always. pls fix this because its so nice to play here. thanks

Dont play this game! Scam apps .. They just want you to buy gold using real money! Developer hired a lot of in-house players and they saw your cards as well... And when you get good combination of cards, it will crack at the very end of the game or sometimes, you could see a weak signal but it wasn't really your connection prob...They just want you to get cracked so you'll get lose! So don't be fool by this sucks game and developer!!!

Kind of disappointing because i really enjoy the game espwcially becuasw of the gocoins you will get every 2 lucky 9 everydau but suddenly they change the reward.. I hope you pit it back because that is what we enjoy much in lucky 9.. we can really say that we are lucky because of thos rewards.. hoping to have it again on the game..

So exciting and addictive, but i gave you 2stars for thiz new upgrade. I'm so disappointed when you removed games that we gain diamonds.. Also go stars only converted to coins.. Befire it was convert to diamond i love the most.. I wish you back the games to earn diamonds and allow again to convert go coins to diasmonds. Thnx and more power.

first of all yes this game is legit gives u money. but my problem is that my winning lucky 9 picture doenst share for some reason i dunno why pls fix it. after that i tried playing 50 hands so i can get 5 go coins i need that 5 go coins so i can redeem 100 pesos sodexo and yea played about 60 hands, no go coins appeared pls fix these.

Its really nice, and i really enjoy playing with this lucky 9 go... And i will invite more friends to play this nice and interesting game... I really appreciate the graphics, controls and tha gameplay is very clear.

THIS IS NOT A FUN GAME!!!!! At first they will let you win but at as you go along, you will lose the game and you will buy pckage for diamonds and golds.... After having a million of golds, you will consecutively lose and end up empty handed again ang will buy again and lose the game again.......not to be recomended!!!! Very disappointing game!!!

This is definitely the most addicting game where you can earn real coins convertible to freebies such as mobile load and sodexo pass. Unlike other lucky 9 games, they will drain your coins forcing you to buy using real coins. I earn 108 gocoins already by playing consecutive days for long hours and it's realy worth it. I Haven't redeem it yet but once I converted it, I'll convert my account to VIP. THANKS MUCH PLAYJOY! ANOTHER MESMERIZING MOBILE APP! SALUTE!

The app is not working. Just checking update on the loading screen and wont go any further. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same issue. My phone has a lot of memory space and has 4gb ram. This is so frustrating.

I've been playing it almost 2weeks but then, the free smasher where you can win items like realme etc. Is gone. For the first time I'd play was so addictive, but now i saw the strange going on here on the app. I rate it 1 star. Sorry,, maybe i will uninstall this app.

Ok i dicided i give this game only a star... it literally wont let me win that much, only a rare few times... and barely even when im just betting alil... Idk if this is just my luck but still! I thought this was supposed to be a stressreliever or so they say... i literally smashed my phone the other day and just earlier i did it again... if u let me atleast win once in awhile .. that would really appreciate it cause if this doesnt change in the time my patience run out il delete this game..

This app is really great. Would really recommend it. But to the developers, it would be really great if you can add money withdrawal through gcash or paypal to help your players in this kind of time. It'll be perfect if you take the load redeeming feature and put money withdrawal instead.And just like the load redeeming feature of course it should be a hundred pesos minimum amount of gostars. And add bingo in your mini games it would be fun. Please consider this suggestion. Thank you so much!

Questionable randomness of the shuffles. I play this in real life, same format but I don't lose straight games the way I do in this. Beware this game and those you meet on the table. Very questionable. A game that should be unpredictable becomes very predictable when it comes to the cards coming in. Play it and see the scam I'm talking about. Will make you lose and lose until you end up spending your own money for golds. Such a shame of a game.

Latest bunch of updates always crashing, app size grew to over 100+mb since I first started playing back at 2018.. since then app grew in size and always crashes. Developers are somewhat an abnormal bunch. Seem that they don't want people to enjoy the game and made it in their own abnormal image.

The game is exciting but the style of the game is not good. We the player become the banker. We compete with each other. Even you won, your chips easily gone once you become the banker. Sometimes its good but most of the time its not. Like other game once you earn big amount then the game easily corrupted or gone, it cannot be retrieved or revived . How disgusting to play suddenly its gone.

The app was great. But there is a bug that i think needs to be fixed. It is, when i get two consecutive lucky 9, when i share the first one, it gives me 5 gocoins, but when im sharing the second lucky 9(consecutive lucky 9, it doesn't give me the 5 go coins even though i still have 1 chance left to claim 5 gocoins. I think this should be fixed because our chances on getting lucky 9 is low and changing. But overall, the app was great, simple, enjoyable and legit. I hope you fix this bug. :)
